Delicious lunch! Ordered a gluten free avocado turkey wrap. They were excellent about preparation. I was sharing the sandwich and honestly had a difficult time not eating the other half before it was delivered. Exceptional. Great people, great service, great cause.

I love Carols Kitchen! The food is great, and they have a good selection of items. Sometimes theyll get slammed, but that just goes to show how many people want to get their lunches there! The kolaches are to DIE FOR, and both the savory and sweet options are delicious.

Small spot but quick. Ordered ahead and picked up. Limited parking around if you’re wanting to walk-in and order. Vegan options! I appreciate restaurants who offer something for non-meat eaters.

I visited Carroll’s Kitchen for lunch at the Morgan Street Food Hall & Market. My food from Carroll’s Kitchen was outstanding! There are plenty of options depending on what you’re craving. Even for a vegetarian like myself. They also have vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options as well. The menu has wraps, salads, sandwiches, and much more. They also have some amazing desserts if you happen to have room after a hearty meal. More importantly, this is all for an outstanding cause. Highly recommend this vendor at the food hall!

Highly recommended lunch stop in downtown. Those people put LOVE in what would otherwise be a typical lunch. Theres healthy options and good for the soul options, too. Plenty for anyone to enjoy themselves! Only downside, its definitely a grab n go. The inside is a small space so it can get crowded quickly at the noon hour.

We ate here for lunch after visiting Marbles museum. It was our first time here, but it will certainly not be our last! And I have already given it rave reviews to many of my family and friends! Everything we tried was phenomenal, but the spinach feta kolache had to be the best thing Ive ever put in my mouth! If you havent tried their food, you are certainly missing out! Keep in mind that they are only open M-F for breakfast and lunch and that there is no seating in the restaurant. There is seating in the public area just behind the restaurant, however.

I can’t make a bad review because this place is truly awesome. The people are so nice & helpful and it is all for a good cause. I came by here at least twice a week for lunch but I’m saddened to learn the 2 sandwiches I always got - the turkey bacon avocado & mushroom melt - are no longer being made. The turkey trot didn’t hit the spot, since it’s similar to every other turkey cranberry sandwich at any other sandwich spot but the chicken pesto is delicious.

Dropped by Carrolls today while I had to be downtown for an errand. I had the half sandwich with soup option ($7). Turkey avocado sandwich (warm with crispy bacon!) and beef and barley soup (the best Ive EVER had). I also grabbed a slice of banana bread for a treat for dessert. Fabulously nice people. Really good food. Reasonable prices. And a mission that is so important today as we try to show each other that were looking out for one another. How can you go wrong? Go. eat. there. now.

I tried the turkey sandwich at the Morgan street food hall location and it was wonderful! My sister and rest of the family got food from other restaurants in the place like lobster and wings and burgers but we all agreed that my sandwich was the bast thing there! Also, as a family that has delt with abuse and hard times we love what they are doing for women in need! Its a wonderful idea and the food and service was great! Keep it up and I will definitely be back and will recommend it as well! Great job Carrolls Kitchen!

Ever since their launch several years back, the food has been consistently delicious and fresh! From their signature kolaches to pressed sandwiches and pastries, they havent missed a beat as they moved from Chef Liz to their current chef, Ryan. I had a chance to preview their Winter menu and thumbs up to the meatloaf sandwich which is thick and hearty paired with BBQ sauce

I work in downtown and this is one of my go-to spots to grab a quick lunch. I love the food and the ladies who work there are fantastic! The only downside is that it is a bit pricey. Hopefully in the future theyll be able to provide more food options or a rotating menu, so those of us who get lunch regularly dont have to eat the same thing every time :)

We used Carrolls for a lunch catering order at a Habitat for Humanity site a few minutes south of Downtown. Our order was for about 30 boxed lunches. They delivered at exactly the time they said they would and the food was really good! The online ordering system was super easy and had good options for the boxed lunches. They provide great value for the money and I would highly recommend them.

Dont sleep on Carols kitchen. If the service mission were not enough, if the ability to get Texas-style kolache in NC were not enough, then the speedy, satisfying sandwiches should be all you need to get you in the door. Dollar to deliciousness-per-minute value is off the charts!
