I first called this place on Monday, only to be told that the person I needed to speak to was not in and that my message would be given to her and that she would call me on Tuesday. Well, I had to call back on Wednesday because that person did not call me back. After speaking to her, she said she would call me back the next day, Thursday in the morning. That didnt happen. I called in the afternoon and was told by the gentlemen who answered the phone that she was on the other line and she would call me back. Well, to no surprise she did not call me back!Is this how you conduct business? I wanted services for my daughter but seeing how difficult it is to even have someone return my call as they said they would, tells me a lot about this place! Unprofessional at its best! I definitely would not recommend calling them and much less leave our loved ones here!!!

The program director is a bully who yells at staff. Complaints to the executive director were useless even though there were witnesses to the bullying.

As an ex employee of here, I have seen how they do business and how they handle your loved ones. Neglect, abuse, straight down to starvation. You name it, it happens. NEVER take a loved one to here. It would be one of the worse things you could do to them.
