If I could give these people a zero rating for their services I would. My experience with them has not been pleasant. They would not show up for scheduled appointments for intensive in-home services or would show up late, sometimes even popping up out of the blue. Whenever they did show up for sessions, most of the interactions were Why did you do what you did, versus suggestions to keep the individual from doing those things and ways to make better choices. They would often wait until the last minute to get paperwork completed which consisted of the information they needed in order to get paid. Even after several manic episodes, they still didnt intervene to seek placement outside of the home until they were pressured by several other organizations do so. I was often given excuse after excuse why something couldnt be done but it ended up ultimately being because noone wanted to put in the time or effort to complete the appropriate paperwork to get the job done. They also kept denying certain services that are obviously a part of what is offered based on what Ive seen on the website. They consistently placed blame on others when things werent done properly, but it all balled down to them just not doing their job and what they were supposed to do. If I had known then what I know now about this agency (Fayetteville), I would have chosen a different company to seek intensive in home services from. Someone that actually provides proper care and professional services, not just says it to make them look good.
