I called and ordered an external transformer for my pride lift chair that my father needed to use do to having knee replacement surgery. The guy I talked to told me he found the part. This was on a Thursday. I told him I wanted it express shipped. He said it would be there by Friday no later than Saturday. Monday comes around and still no part. So I call and ask. I was told they part he told me was coming wasnt available and they would find me another part. I said fine. They find the part and ship it express and it ends up being the wrong part. So thats $60. For the wrong part and $70. For next day shipping on a part that took 5 days to get. Now they are telling me they will refund the $60. For the part but I have to eat the $70. And pay to ship the wrong part back to them. Do not deal with this company. Also almost every person I spoke with on the phone was rude. I even asked to speak to a manager and still got no satisfaction. Worst customer service I have ever had and at the worst time possible for our families situation.
Stay away from this company. I canceled my order and they still charge my card and shipped the item. To return it and get a refund I had to go through hell and I had to pay to ship it back.

***Red Flag*** I knew something was fishy when they asked us to PRE-PAY $220 to send a tech. They promised our wheelchair lifts would be fixed for $220.00. Needless to say, a part must be ordered, which is understandable, but now they are asking for another $125 service call. If the part ordered does not fix the issue, I must pay another fee. This is coming from the supervisor of the company named Joe. They now operate under a company called Delstal, too. Customers should not be penalized for the companys lack of knowledge.
