Ive been here several times for MRIs on my shoulder. They are not pleasant but there is no getting around that part. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Only complaint is that cell phone use is not permitted in the waiting room.

Was not seen for scheduled service until 2 hours after my appointment time in October. Follow up appointment in December I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before I told the staff I was leaving and my reasoning. I walked out the door and called Raleigh Radiology and got on their schedule for 4 days later.
