My dexa scan was good but trying to get the copies for my new doctor is a nightmare. 2 voice mails and an email and no one responds. Now I have to go to my appointment and my doctor can’t see the scans.

Each time I go for my mammogram, customer service is the best! All the ladies are very patient and kind, from check-in to the end. Today, Beebee was extra sweet and explanative during my exam. Not a place I enjoy going to 😉 but when I do, all of the ladies pleasant attitudes make it a little easier. Thank you!

The customer service is awesome. I was scheduled for a mammogram at 9am and an ultrasound at 12pm in a different building. Penny who did my mammogram and it as painless as possible found out that I had another appointment at noon. While I was getting dressed, she checked with Elaine who does ultra sounds and they were able to switch my appointment. I was out by 10am for both appointments!! AWESOME customer service!!!
