Kelly was great at her work. She made sure to ask me about the pressure so that I felt comfortable letting her know if it was too much or too little. She worked on the areas we discussed ahead of time (surprisingly not always something a massage therapist does!). She was flexible when I needed to reschedule our appointment. The office was clean and quiet, with a spacious waiting area. The massage room I was in was also quite large and well-decorated to feel inviting & relaxing. And she offers 30 minute massages! So I can grab a quick tune up in between longer sessions to take care of tension when I have less time.

Kelly was a consummate professional and delivered one of the best massages Ive had in quite some time. The location was easy enough to find with her placard posted on the building front. Her office was neat and clean and the massage room was spacious and comfortable. Kelly took the time to review my problem areas prior to the session and afterwards provided feedback on what she felt during the massage. I will absolutely be returning in the near future.Update: Ive returned 3 or 4 times since my initial review (once since reopening after the shutdown) and shes maintained the same excellent level of quality and professionalism. Shes kept track of any issues Ive had treated and always makes me feel comfortable. Still 5 stars.

First, Kellys studio was beautiful and very clean! Great attention to detail- down to cough drops and hair ties on the dressing table! I received a relaxation massage and it was amazing! The pressure was perfect. We discussed needs/areas prior to the massage so that conversation was minimal during our session, and she listened very well. I will definitely return again, and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Reason for seeing Kelly: I clench my teeth at night which causes severe headaches and neck/shoulder pain. I also had OLIF surgery to L3-L5 for severe nerve entrapment/pain 11/2018. In short, from my hips up Im a mess.Ive only seen Kelly a few times for pain relief massage, but I am truly getting immediate results. Of course its a work in progress, but tension and tightness are already starting to release. I am starting to feel more human each time I go. She is super attentive to what I say, but more importantly, to what my muscles are saying. She has incredible pressure and techniques; that just screams that she loves what she does. Since were focused on one body section, it can get boring, but not with Kelly. She switches it up everytime so there is no muscle memory. In addition to her skills, she is a very genuine, sweet, caring soul and really cares about making people feel good... literally and figuratively. The girl is just awesome! But, shes my squishy and you cant have her. 😉💚

I arrived for an evening Swedish massage, and while the parking lot was a bit dark, once inside, it felt very comfortable. Everything was clean, calm and comforting. We discussed my needs, any medical issues, and her ultimate goal of comfort with no pain. The table was warm and cushiony, soothing music played, and she used just the right amount of oil, not too much. Her technique and pressure were perfect and she found knots and areas that needed more attention with deft hands. Highly highly recommend! While I dont get massages very often, this one was one of the best Ive ever had! Would definitely go back.

Kelly is AMAZING !! I just had my 3rd baby in February and was in much need of some serious magic hands .... and she delivered!! I left there after my 60 minute massage feeling brand new and relaxed . One of the things that I liked most was she was quiet and respected the fact that I wanted to relax , which I really appreciated.. Ive done massages all over the world and I must say my experience with Kelly really was one of the best ones I had.First, the online reservation system is very easy.The place itself is very nice, clean and inviting.The massage bed was the most comfortable I ever had. Some beds hurt in your face after you lie on them for a long time, and are generally less comfortable. This one was really something else.And of course Kelly - was very professional, asked all the necessary questions, made sure the pressure was good enough, and concentrated on my upper back, which needed the most attention as it was really cramped.Only problem is she lives in Raleigh, NC where I live in Boston, MA, so Ill have to wait for my next visit to Raleigh... ;-)

I emailed Kelly to make an appointment. She responded quickly. I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage. When I arrived at her location I was pleasantly surprised that Kelly was located in a commercial office space with plenty of parking. I walked in and found a very clean waiting room. Kelly came and introduced herself and said please come into my office. There Kelly and I chatted about my health and any special needs I may have. Then she led me to the massage room and told me to undress and lay on the table face down. Again I was impressed with how clean and professional the massage room was, it smelled great and the soothing music was wonderful. Now for the best and what every reader of this review wants to know. How was the massage. Kelly is amazing! She has a very special talent for what she does. Her touch and pressure are just what the doctor ordered. She pays attention to what your body needs and wants. Her technique is fabulous. She worked on every part of my body using just the right amount of massage oil. When she was finished with the massage she told me not to rush and to meet her in her office. I was so relaxed and felt amazing, she has a gift of healing the body. I have had hundreds of massages over the years at some of the best spas the word has to offer. Kelly ranks in the top five massages out of the hundreds I have received. She is hands down the best in Raleigh and all North Carolina. She is a ten in my book. I made another 4 appointments with her before I left her establishment. The massage experience that I had was definitely worth driving from Durham to Raleigh. Very relaxing environment, nice warm massage lotion, smooth hand pressure, and most of all... I felt great! Dont hesitate to set up an appointment with Kelly as your massage therapist. You wont go wrong!

The first time I visited Kelly, I was in so much pain that I was afraid I wasnt going to make it through the session. She was understanding and after leaving, she decreased my pain by ~50% so I was excited to start seeing Kelly regularly (along with a PT). Kelly listens to what is bothering you and attempts in all ways to make you feel comfortable (pressure, temperature, etc). I have received more therapeutic massages (when I was in pain) and also relaxing massages (where I dozed off on the table!) from her. I have seen Kelly about a dozen times in the last 6 months and I will continue to do so.

This was my first massage and I have to say Kellys hands are magic. The atmosphere was very relaxing and Kelly was professional and made me feel comfortable, she addressed any concerns I had and designed the massage to fit my comfort level. The experience was wonderful, as she targeted my problem areas the results were instant and I no longer felt tension, stiffness or soreness.
