I cant say enough about how Halikierra Home Care and their team came to our aid in caring for Mom. Mom didnt feel she needed care, when in actually she needed an experienced care giver to fit her needs. Halikierra Home Care paired her with our amazing Carolyn, and the match was made in heaven. They were responsive and caring, reliable and informative. We couldnt have asked for a better match! The Services from Raleigh office was absolutely horrible. They terminated my Daughters case after I got knowledge through my Daughters driver that the Aide was talking horribly about my Daughter and I. Personal intimate information that I only shared with the Aide was told the Bus Driver and Drivers Assistant. After coming home on a day the Aide didn’t want to be there and the Aide stating she was forced to come by Administration Brianna because of me my Daughter had a big bruise on her arm. After seeing the Aide and others telling me the Aide was going to let me have it because she had to come into work I questioned was this bruise done by her. The Aide and myself reached out to the office. The office staff Marilyn and Brianna only reached out to Aide Sharon and already made a decision to cover themselves and terminate my Daughter services. I have a investigation going on this agency for them not properly reviewing details and investigating. I would never recommend this company.
