After much searching for someone to help us full time with our bed bound 100 year old Mother we found Griswold. They were so caring, listened to our needs and found live in full time caretakers for us. The women they found were stellar. They were professional and caring, we came to love them and their services provided us with the help we needed to tend to her physical and emotional needs so we could be there to Love her and sit by her side. They were with us for six months, working with Hospice and by our side as she transitioned this Life to her heavenly resting place. We could not have asked for anything more.

The Staff and the Caregivers, (Ngozi,Desiree,Nancy and Tess) have been nothing but kind, very professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend Griswald Home Health Care.

Do not waste your time. They are unorganized and not reliable. They lost our paperwork and then blamed it on us. We redid the paperwork after being chastised and being treated unkind. They then sent a girl that couldn’t be around animals when they knew we had a dog. When we were trying to work it out on the phone they were so unkind and rude it was astounding. They obviously don’t have a clue what it is like to be a full time caregiver or how much the help is needed. I would never recommend Griswold Homecare and will be sure to advise against them in the Triangle area. Shame on them for their unprofessional service to families in desperate need.

I am so happy with the loving care my Mom has received through Griswold for about 2 years now. The agency as a whole is very responsive to our needs and provides a great comfort to me in knowing when I’m not able to be with my Mom, she is well cared for. I thank them for their service and the excellent job done by all!

Griswold was recommended to me by a placement agency as I was looking for a male caregiver to help my dad. AJ made a huge difference for my father - he was attentive with personal care, home care, and would do things to benefit my dads health like take my dad on walks that other caregivers have not been doing for years. My dad looked well taken care of by AJ compared to other caregivers from other agencies we have worked with.Griswold as an agency has also been great to work with - quick with preparing the documentation, the initial assessment and feedback, really good about checking in with me to see how things are going, and to discuss upcoming scheduling changes.I will definitely go back to Griswold and recommend them for identifying home health care services.

Griswold Home Care provided wonderful service to my parents. They were responsive when we needed care as soon as possible and the caregivers were supportive and attentive with my parents--especially Bertha, Audrey, NeNe, Margie & Crystal! They were amazing! I highly recommend this service.

I called Mark with Griswold Home Care really in an emergency situation to help my parents and he arranged for Jamie to meet my parents that afternoon and had care set up immediately for them 24/7. I thought I was super woman and could take care of 2 households and ALL my family for the past 3 years. Griswold Home Care has sent 2 wonderful, wonderful Christian ladies to help with my Dad. My Dad has always been an easy going and fine Christian man. In December of 2014 my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer. She lived in Florida and we live in Raleigh NC. For my family to be able to support her during her treatments we needed to move her to Raleigh. I contacted Mark Moore of Griswold Home Care because my mom would need 24 hour care during her battle. Mark was instrumental in finding a retirement home for my mom and staffed in home care 24 hours a day for the 6 month battle. Eventually my mom passed but I can not begin to express how blessed we were to have Mark and his team supporting us during this time. My mom was so blessed by her care givers they became family to my mom and my family. Its hard to explain how much joy they provided during this very trying time. They not only provided awesome care for my mom they cared for us also.Marks team is the best there is, they have undefinable compassion and love for the ones they care for. We were so blessed by them during our time of need. We thank God for Mark, and his team.

I cant say enough good things about Mark and Jamie at Griswold Home Care. I needed someone to stay 24/7 for my 94-year old mother, and I needed someone THAT day. Mark wasnt even thrown in the least by my last minute request. I met with him and with Jamie that afternoon and made all the arrangements. He sent us a wonderful caregiver who contacted us by text every morning to let us know how the night went and how my mother was doing. Mark is a wonderful man with deep Raleigh ties, a Christian man who is obviously not in this business just for the money. He truly cares about his clients and their families. Griswold was there for us when we needed them. When I called him, Mark quickly got 24x7 caregivers lined up for us. They were all wonderful. We were afraid that my mother wouldnt like them, but that wasnt what happened. They were very caring, more than I could have ever done myself. My mother made new friends in her last months.
