Right At Home is a very great job to work for.It’s one of the best jobs I have ever worked.I Love that you can talk to them about any issue and feel that they are listening and genuinely care about your clients and you. I truly love working with the clients they attract. There are so many different types of clients and I truly enjoy the variety. Right At Home will always be my family away from home. I just began working with Right at Home around June and so far so great! This is my first time working with an at home CNA company and from what I’ve been around and seen so far, everyone working within the company are individuals who strive to make sure their employees and clients get what they need! They had me at orientation! The staff here are just so welcoming and sweet. Everything you need for your assigned shifts, they provide to you before you start! They are VERY flexible with working with your weekly schedule and let me just add their communication skills are top tier too! That’s a win in my book because I am so big on good communication within the workplace! I can go on and on with how great this company has been to me and my clients. 5 stars (:

Right at Home has been taking care of my grandfather for about a year since he broke his pelvis during COVID. His caregivers have always been good. They recently went under new ownership and they have been awesome. Ken, is my mom’s go too for everything! Thank you Right at Home for giving my mom and family peace of mind my grandfather is being cared for.

Absolutely love working for Right at Home. A family away from my family. Been with Right at Home for 7 years and it was the best choice i ever made.

We picked Right at Home to help my elderly parents to remain in their home as long as possible. We researched and narrowed our search down to 4 with Right at Home becoming our final choice. We really got lucky because the caregiver, Sharon, that they sent to my parents was an excellent fit. My Mother trusted and liked her from the beginning. My Father has dementia and Sharon was very good with him. She took very good care of my parents. Recently we had to move my Father to memory care and my Mother to assisted living. Sharon stayed with my Father. Made sure he went with the medical transport without incident, rode in the back with him and sat with him in his new home for several hours. Because of Sharon we did not have to worry that my Father would be transported safely. That was priceless! We have been so blessed! We could not have asked for a better caretaker. She is still continuing to spend one day a week with my parents at their new home. My Mother couldnt bear to give her up completely.I gave 4 stars because the service is expensive and they are not always timely with their bills. My Mother sometimes stressed when she received a huge bill. The employees in the office are always very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a caretaker!
