I live 2 hours away from this office. I was in a pinch and was getting too many mixed reviews from google when I tried researching myself. I needed to know if a specific med was safe to take while nursing. I googled “Lactation Consultants near me” and started going down the list calling number after number. I finally reached the number to this office and had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Gale at 9pm. She referred me to two websites that I can use for future reference with the option to do my own reading or she’d look it up for me right then. I opted to do my own digging so she emailed me the links and even sent me a text when she had sent them. Thank you, Gale!!!!!

I am convinced that Ann is our guardian angel! She was such an advocate for my daughter (she actually discovered a tongue and lip tie that were preventing her from eating properly) and kept with us until our breastfeeding concerns were resolved. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Highly, highly recommend!

Met with Ann because my son is tongue tied and its going to be a few more days until we can get it corrected. Our pediatrician was concerned that he wasnt going to eat well enough between now and then and recommended we schedule a lactation appointment. Ann is amazing! She made us feel so comfortable and helped me to learn some important things about breast feeding that I wasnt doing right which were probably reducing the efficiency of each feeding. She was so personable and I felt 100 times better after our appointment. I would recommend her to anyone!

I cannot say enough great things about Ann Conlon-Smith. She got me through the toughest time in the initial bleary-eyed sleepless nights with my baby. I would not have had a chance at breastfeeding AT ALL without her sound advice and loving support. I am forever grateful for her helping me to experience the most special connection in the world with my baby.
