I was having a really hard time just making it around in a grocery store because of leg pain and I had already given up my beloved daily walks with my headphone music.It was time to finally get help.I was in pain & despondent.I was well aware of this offices great reputation.I decided to commit to get back to myself after a meeting over my xrays, a plan discussed with Dr. Jeff, and Caseys kind and patient explanation of my insurance coverage with a payment plan for me.I cant say enough about Heidi. I was one of many that she took the time to know, find the best exercise for, make sure form was correct, adjusted if needed, patient with questions, and much more. Heidi is encouraging and she inspires.Now I am ready to get out there again and I plan to keep what ive gained from the all round wonderful care at Raleigh Spine Clinic.

I have always been hesitant to see a chiropractor because I didn’t want to sign up for a lifetime of “needing an adjustment.” However, because of my work out routine, I knew I was due for a visit so I started my search for a doctor that could help me get and stay out of pain. It was clear Dr. Jeff was the right doctor for me when he outlined a custom plan that was tailored to my trouble areas, and more importantly, didn’t last for years. His goal truly is patient first and he focused on preventing reoccurring issues so you don’t have to live with or in pain. He was able to quickly diagnose pelvis and hip issues which we corrected and I can see a big difference in my lifting form. Also, each visit is so pleasant because Heidi and Casey go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Their customer service is honestly the best I’ve ever seen. I just recently started coming here and this is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever been to! The entire staff so friendly and very helpful. They are all so warm and inviting you feel like you’ve known them for years! I have yet to ever have to wait. They take me right into the back. Went in for lower back pain I have had on and off for years. Dr. Roistacher did a review of my case and told me he could help my pain and adjust me or we could put together a treatment plan to fix me long term, resolve the issues that started the pain and thats what is so awesome about this practice, healing not just treating. I thoroughly enjoyed my first chiropractic experience at Raleigh Spine Clinic. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are efficient and I didnt feel rushed during my visit like most doctors appointments. Dr. Roistacher was so kind and friendly. I cant say enough positive things about the Raleigh Spine Clinic. Due to a knee injury it was very painful to walk. A friend suggested I try the clinic. My experience with Dr. Jeff and Greater Raleigh Chiropractic and Rehab has been excellent! I have been to chiropractors for years but never really liked getting cracked. I also found that the chiropractors I have been to only seem to adjust me and put me on electric stimulation. They would also give me a sheet of exercises but I never knew if I was doing them correctly so I would just not do them.Dr. Jeffs office offers me a non-cracking type of adjusting, one-on-one exercises, and massage therapy. I am a professional basketball player who needed a lot of physical attention due to a surgery that I had and the rigors of a long career. After working with Jeff and Heidi, I started my season feeling like a new man. I started going to the Raleigh Spine Clinic after a car accident to help with the whiplash pain. I am in my 4th week of treatment with Dr. Jeff. I have had chronic neck pain for over a year, with no relief from my former chiropractor. Dr. Jeff took the time to explain what treatment I would get, how it would work, and why I needed it. He took time to listen to me and answer my questions. Everything he explained to me made sense. I still have a ways to go, but started feeling better with the first treatment. He treated me as the individual that I am, not just another number. I really appreciate that in a health care provider! Dr. Jeff and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!! I started receiving care from Dr. Jeff a few months ago because of a car accident and he did a wonderful job with informing me about the process and what to expect. When I first start going there I was very stiff and felt a sharp pain in my upper back whenever I tried to turn my neck but after only two weeks I started to see major improvement. After each visit I started to feel better and the stiffness in my neck and back started to subside. Although my care for the car accident is over, I will be returning on a monthly bases for maintenance to ensure that everything stays properly aligned. This is the first Chiropractor Ive been to and I was very skeptical. Ive been going for about 3 months now and I cant tell you how much different and better I feel. It is amazing what Dr Jeff can do. Heidi runs the rehab center which strengthens your core and neck muscles so that the adjustments last longer. At first I could feel each adjustment wear off after a couple of days. Now after Heidis rehab my adjustments last until my next visit. Most chiropractors only do adjustments and never do rehab so their clients need to be adjusted multiple times a week because their muscles cant sustain the change. Everything is pain free and they have several different ways of doing things so you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Greater Raleigh Chiro!

Called in to ask for an appointment...Girl at desk said only thing I needed was a insurance card and ID. She set up an appointment. I scheduled my whole day around appt. Got to the clinic the receptionist did not acknowledge me. When she finally did she asked for my licence and insurance card, took pictures of both and picture of me. She then said we dont accept Coventry insurance and asked for $150.00 payment. She should have told me this on phone but Im sure they expect to get some busy people that have planned there day to just pay. Very inappropriate way to do business. If this is how they try to increase volume I would be careful about using any of there services.. RATING 00000 BAD!!!!

Raleigh Spine Clinic is everything you would expect for a 5 star reviewed practice. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility is clean and well equipped. Dr. Roistacher has amazing bedside manner and truly cares for his patients. He is the first medical professional and doctor that has truly attacked the causes of my pain/discomfort and not just try to band aid the symptoms.I have been dealing with this issue my entire life, but after a few weeks going through Dr. Roistachers treatment I am feeling really good. This was my first time going to a chiropractor so I was very scared of the horror stories that many people have told me over the years. I was in a car accident and had Whiplash so bad that I was at work crying because it hurt to sit at my desk or even walk. During the initial visit, he started me on treatment. Over the next three months, these people became family to me. Dr. Jeff told me everything he was doing and how it would help. Kelly would do the exercises with me and anytime I had to reschedule my appointment Casey made it no problems. When Dr. Jeff is out on vacation he handpicks the best fill-in doctors ever. One week while he was away I had an ear infection that causes pressure and numbness to the left side of my face. After my weekly sessions, the pressure was gone and my face wasnt numb at all. Im happy that Im better but I hate to see them go.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Jeff’s for quite some time. As a business owner, I’ve noticed that often times the people with the best experiences don’t take the time to share with others (life is busy but sharing doesn’t take but a few minutes). So, I decided today’s the day that I let all of you know that Raleigh Spine Clinic is the best kept secret in the Triangle. Why? Their customer service is top notch! Casey is absolutely the best front office executive and her warm and inviting personality is a huge reason why I love this office. Dr. Jeff keeps the latest technology like the HydroMassage and some machine that can make custom orthotic insoles and sandals (one of the best investments I’ve ever made). Tabitha is very skilled in assisting with all levels of therapy and super friendly. You should know that Dr. Jeff looks like a bodybuilder in a white coat and I thought he would be the roughest chiropractor on Earth! I was nervous to have my 135 lb frame handled by such a muscular human being. But, to my surprise, he has the most gentle technique of any chiropractor I’ve previously seen!!! He uses years of experience to know exactly that your body needs. He customizes the experience for you! I love that! And finally, the hours are made for a working professional. I usually go at 6 pm. How many offices have hours that flexible with a doctor and staff willing to see you with as much enthusiasm and professionalism at 6 pm as they did at 9 am? It’s hands-down, the best office for chiropractic therapy. But, don’t take my word for it. Decide for yourself. Look at the other reviews! You will not be disappointed.

I was in desperate need of relief, guidance, and a doctor that truly knew what to do in my time of serious crisis. I had gotten a very bad adjustment for the third time at The Joint - extreme day long dizziness, previously almost nonexistent anxiety attacks also lasting all day, shaking on one side of my body and scary neurological symptoms that at the time could have been extremely serious. I called a ton of chiropractors the morning after and many couldnt take me in. Based on positive reviews, I thankfully found the Raleigh Spine Clinic, who took me in right away that morning. After seeing my symptoms, he did what any incredible and decent human being and doctor should have done - got me into the ER and to get the proper testing to make sure that The Joint didnt do any serious, life-threatening damage. Casey actually LEFT her post at the front desk to personally drive me to the ER and stayed with me until I was able to be seen.I have been seeing Dr. Jeff for over a month and a half now. Still mending the damage that was done by the The Joint and still seeing specialists to get to the bottom of my issues exaggerated by The Joints terrible care. BUT with Dr. Jeffs personalized treatment plan, I am showing HUGE improvement in getting back to myself again. He has been with me the entire way - texting me to check up on me personally as well as his thoughtful staff being easily reachable.Run dont walk to their front door if you are looking for a chiropractor in the Raleigh area. These guys are first rate.

I must admit I have never written a review but feel compelled after my experience. Dr. Roistacher and each of his staff members have been absolutely amazing. I came to the practice as a last resort trying to avoid surgery. After my first visit I left more optimistic than I had been in months. They have a genuine care and passion for what they do. All my And questions and concerns were addressed in the initial visit so that a plan of care that was right for me was established. With each visit the pain has lessened and I finally feel that I am on the right track. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice and the impact they are having on my overall wellbeing. The level of professionalism and compassion that they show to their patients is outstanding. I would highly recommend!

For my entire life, I have been advised to avoid Chiropractic care and I have listened to all of the myths and accepted them as the gospel. If you combine that with having absolutely no tolerance for even cracking my knuckles, it was very easy to find a reason not to see a Chiropractor about my various alignment issues, aches and pains. Thankfully, I met Dr. Jeff and Heidi and I cannot recommend them and Greater Raleigh Chiropractic & Rehab enough. Dr. Jeff took the time to listen to my concerns and to educate me about the practice of Chiropractic, how it can help me and even how to be treated without any dreaded cracking or popping. It is clear that Dr. Jeff and Heidi believe very much in what they do and are passionate about helping people. They do not treat patients like a dollar sign, they do not try to move as many people through as possible. At first when I herd of chiropractic care I always had a very man like mentality about it. Now that I have visited frequently for over a year now to Raleigh Spine Clinic I have seen improvements in my posture which has equated to less stress. The few times I have been sick this year I got adjusted and it did the trick. A great facility with a staff that makes the visit all the better even when im not feeling the best.

I would wake up every morning with severe pain in my shoulder blades, neck and even chest. At first, I wanted to blame it on my pillow or mattress which is 15 yrs old. After running through 5 different pillows with no improvements and a desire to avoid medications, I decided to make the call to Raleigh Spine Clinic to get professional help. After a very thorough consultation and analysis, Dr. Jeff Roistacher isolated the issue using the data collected from the analysis and prescribed a physical therapy plan to recovery. Bottom line, I am a software developer who works 50 - 60 hours a week programming. That work plus any personal device time on my phone has resulted in very bad habits in posture such that my natural head position was consistently leaning forward putting significant pressure on my neck, shoulder, and chest. Raleigh Spine clinic is really something special. Dr. Roistacher and his team use a perfect combination of chiropractic and physiotherapy to give you back your life. When I first walked into their office, just crossing the parking lot was a challenge. After a week, I had very little pain, and after a month, Ive started running 5ks again for the first time in 3 years. In this office, you feel like family. They take the time to get to know you, and make sure that youre constantly getting better. I feel 20 years younger!

I had never been to a Chiropractor before I developed shoulder and neck pain. I wanted to try a non-drug option before they start poking me with needles and steroid shots. From the moment I walked into the door at Greater Raleigh Chiropractic, Dr. Jeff and Heidi always made me feel welcome.Dr. Jeff explained everything that could be happening and all of the options. He also put me at ease by explaining all treatments and adjustments before the work was done. The combination of adjustments, therapy and massage treatments has addressed my issue without pain or unneeded medication.During my treatments, I felt more like I was going there to hang out rather than receive treatment.By the way, if youre concerned about being manually adjusted, the Pro Adjuster treatments that available here is excellent. As Heidi has said before, the Pro Adjuster takes the scare out of Chiropratic care.

I am so grateful that someone recommended Dr. Roistacher. He is the FIRST chiropractor to tell me he could adjust my wrists and elbows (I write a lot on the computer) and today we did my knees for the first time. I never knew there were other options besides the neck and back.He also has what I call the roly poly machines. I hadnt seen them since I left Los Angeles 12 years ago. His practice is set up to offer other options besides adjustments to support your health.Tabitha and Casey are wonderful, too. I called an hour before closing to set up my first appointment and Casey made sure we got it scheduled that night. She is always pleasant and greets you. They have a great automated check in system as well.Tabitha burns a lot of calories each day as she moves everyone to their different stations and keeps everything running smoothly.Another plus is when you first come they take your picture. I joked with Casey saying, I promise I will pay my bills. She laughed and said they took pictures so they could remember everyones name and you are greeted by name.I first came for sciatica but it has been great maintenance and relief of pain. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have been to many chiropractors over the years for a variety of reasons, and many of them were excellent and had specialties to complement their practices. The specialty offered at Greater Raleigh Chiropractic and Rehab can be found in the title - Rehab. Other doctors provide handouts and explanations of exercises that would be helpful, but Im not disciplined enough to do them at home. Dr. Jeff, Heidi and team create a rehab program that you do right in the office during each visit. They teach you proper form and work with you until the problems are fixed. They also offer medical massages (by Deana) to work on especially difficult areas. My neck, back and shoulder problems are finally improving due to the care Im receiving here. I highly recommend them!

I have had lots of success with decreasing my back pain with Raleigh Spine Clinic through the care of Dr. Roistacher. I came to the clinic after unsuccessful attempts at another practice, and with my own primary care physician. Dr. Roistacher gave me a thorough consultation, and found the cause of my back pain. I have had back pain for over a year now, and within a couple months visiting the Raleigh Spine Clinic, I am finally getting back to a pain free back! Words cant express the relief I am feeling after feeling like this pain was going to be a natural part of my life. The staff are always kind, courteous, and helpful. For the same cost as my insurance deductible I was able to get Spinal Decompression. This was a big trust factor for me in my decision to follow my surgeons advise or follow my gut with Raleigh Spine Clinic. Looking back I made the correct choice. I have received the best patient care and I would recommend to anyone looking for a second option from surgery to call this office.

My journey started in Nov. 2016 i was in severe pain was losing the use of my right arm my family never saw me like this my husband was frantic the cost was worth every bit of it and i will now continue here forever. I have been going to Dr. Roistacher for a little over a year now and I can truly say that Dr. Roistacher and his team got my back. I had 2 herniated discs, a bulging disc and spinal stenosis all in my lower back from l4-l5 to l5-s1. How I got it is a good question, but at that time what was more important to me was how was I going to get better. I remember not too long ago I couldnt stand for more than 10 minutes without feeling severe pain. The pain radiated from my lower back to my hip and thigh with a lot of tingling sensation in the right leg. My days consisted mostly of watching youtube on exercises for herniated discs. After trying all kinds of stretching and exercises I realized that it did not help. Treating pain is very hard as finding the source of the pain is the first step. After getting my mri, Dr. Roistacher immediately knew that I was a candidate for spinal decompression and as bad as I felt, had no hope, Dr. still said that any doctor that would operate on me would be nuts. That gave me hope. And once I started the spinal decompression therapy along with physical therapy I was on my way to recovery and still am. During my injury, I would go to the gym like once a week just to try, and one month I gave up, just didnt go at all. After the therapy Im back to going 5 times a week.After Spinal decompression does its trick, I started to listen to my body as in, if I knew I was in pain I would rest, if I knew my posture was bad I would adjust it. If I was stiff I would just start my stretching routine. Stretching is probably the most important factor from here on out. I know that Dr. Roistacher and his team helped me get better and I thank all of them for their hard work to our community.

At first I was sceptical about seeing a chiropractor. I have had bad posture for most of my life and thought that it would take years to correct so saw the exercise as a money pit. How wrong I was.In two short months, Dr Jeff, along with the execellent rehab work of his wife Heidi and the awesome massage skills of Dina, have transformed my upper back and neck. They have moved my head back over 1.5, centralised my neck from a 1 deviation, taken 1 rounding out of my shoulders and 0.75 tilt out of my hips. Im amazed. It seems so strange to look straight into peoples faces rather than their belly buttons. I feel taller and not nearly so tired.The treatment was painless and the results very quick.What I also liked is that you get to see Dr. Jeff right from the get-go, within minutes of arriving, the road to recovery starts.

Im SUPER picky about the hands that I trust to take care of me. After over a decade of chronic pain due to 4 shoulder surgeries, I finally have relief from chronic headaches. My treatment plan was extremely thorough and I appreciate the time taken by Dr. Roistacher to fine tune it specifically to my needs.During my treatment for my chronic pain, my son and I were rear ended. Chiropractor Jeffrey Roistacher is a lovely man and extremely pleasant. In regard to his personality and genuine demeanor, I would give him 5 stars. The purpose of my review is not to bash this practice, but to hopefully provide useful information to anyone reading this.Long story short: Go to an actual back doctor (a physiatrist or an orthopedist) with a medical degree BEFORE you go to the hassle and money-waster of seeing a chiropractor.The reasons I give this practice only 2 stars is because (1) almost everything I was told to purchase was unnecessary; and most importantly, (2) DC Roistacher failed to diagnose a serious back condition that will require a back brace and surgery.I was not aware of these oversights until I later went to a series of second opinions by physicians who specialize in the back and in the feet. This is the reason that I am writing this review a couple of years after the fact.Greater Raleigh Chiropractic quoted me a price of $300 for foot levelers orthodics and provided me with a very convincing, high-tech looking electronic diagram of how I balance the weight on my feet. DC Roistacher was adamant that this would help with my alignment, etc etc. So I took the printouts to an actual food specialist, a podiatrist. This doctor basically laughed at the printouts and told me I 100% do not need special orthodics. If you choose to go to Greater Raleigh Chiropractic and Rehab, be very careful what you say yes to. I strongly suggest a second opinion from a physician before making any sort of investment.The next part was a big mistake on my part -- hopefully if youre reading this you will be smarter than I was. I shamefully have to admit that I did not previously realize that there are medical doctors who specialize in the back!!! If youre having back pain, DO NOT START with a chiropractor. There is a huge difference in the skill level and the type of training they receive, compared to that of a physician who specializes in the back. Start with a physician and see if they advise seeing a chiropractor.I am now seeing an actual back specialist and he told me that I have a severe condition that requires surgery. This opinion has been seconded (and thirded, and so on, by many other physicians). It is significant to note that DC Roistacher failed to diagnose my condition. I am not bashing this mans profession; however, this goes to show you the difference between a medical doctor and a chiropractic doctor. I do not think that DC Roistacher is a dishonest man at all (like I said, hes a great guy), but I think that my physiatrist was spot on in saying this about chiropractors: Given what they know, chiropractors do the best they can.

My coworker suffered from debilitating neck pain that effected all areas of his life. After a very short time visiting Dr. Roistachers office, today he seems like a new person. I felt the need to write a review because the transformation was like night and day. I highly recommend Dr. Roistacher to anyone that suffers from neck or back pain, as I have witnessed how he helped changed my coworkers life first hand.

Not really sure what to expect, my wife signed me up for a consultation with Dr. Jeff and the gang. First, thank goodness it is not like a stuffy doctors office! I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. The consult allowed me to see not only what was the root of my issues, but also a clear path laid out by Dr. Jeff as to how we would correct things. As a firefighter, I can assure you I have been less than kind to my body and some things I began to accept as just part of job. So far it has been a bit over 3 weeks, and the progress made already is phenomenal. And the flexibility to meet my ever-changing schedule was really top notch. Its refreshing to see the customer/patient still comes first, instead of making me put my life on hold.The program doesnt focus solely on realignment but also on strengthening the core and other troubled areas to help prevent future issues. And for me, since we are focused on my back, the Rolly Table is awesome. Its like you are being kneaded by a big rolling pin. The music selection is always a plus, featuring none of your typical stuffy elevator music, rather music that usually gets at least two people grooving along. The exercises and stretching Heidi puts me through seem simple enough, but they really stretch and condition you. Other patients are also in the room working on their various stretches and exercises as well, so there is never a shortage of conversation, again leaving you feeling comfortable instead of closed off, like at a doctors office. After all that, next for me is the muscle stimulation through electro-shock, so to speak. Small electro pads, a little bigger that what you see doctors use on an EKG, send controlled electrical current directly to the muscles providing relief to tense muscle groups. Think of it as a masseuses hands that never get tired. The best part is, it is set to your comfort, so you have the say in how intense it is. Finally, Dr. Jeff applies final corrective tweaks to leave you feeling, at least for me, good as new! In fact, I have been so pleased with my experience, it motivated my wife to seek their help as well! Thanks to Greater Raleigh Chiropractic for fixing the whole family!

I have been dealing with SacroIlliac Joint Dysfunction since 2008 and a shoulder injury since the fall of 2012. I finally found an office that integrates chiropractic care, physical therapy, and medical massage to ensure my injuries are entirely corrected.The first time I went into the office- I noticed a friendly atmosphere where everyone (staff and patients) seemed to talk and engage with everyone, The chiropractor, Dr. Jeff, starts off with a great app that measures the amount of correction needed to make a paitent as normal as possible. He also measured the distribution of body weight in my feet.. The major two things he noticed and planned for was correcting my neck which was 1 1/2 inches forward from the point it was supposed to be, and the second major issue was the difference in how my weight distributed in my feet. This app then creates a report to let you see everything that was measured. This is emailed and by the second visit, the physical therapist, Heidi and Dr. Jeff discussed my plan of action.Since then I have been going 3 times a week to correct my injuries. I have to say that I cant remember the last time I felt this well. The new massage therapist, Dina, is phenomenal and her rates are comparable to others. The good thing about Dina is that she also meets regularly with Heidi and Dr. Jeff to see how she can help with your plan of action. With the skeletal correction, muscle strengthening, and massage of the tight muscles, the rate of improvement is accelerated compared to past attempts to correct these issues.The office has an comfortable, fun, home - like feel because the staff as well as patients engage and talk about anything from kids, exercise, music, movies, etc. The physical therapy room is open where Heidi will give everyone their workouts/stretches based on your needs. Alot of other patients may have the same injuries, at which point Heidi will include others that could benefit from the workout. Other things that make this outfit great, additional ways to make you feel better. Products such as biofreeze, detox and energy teas, kinesio tape, therapeutic pillows, etc. The staff is always brainstorming on new products to aid in all the patients road to healing.I admire this integrative style of healthcare. Multiple specialties of care under one roof dedicated to a whole body approach to good health. It allows someone to address their health issues without running to 3 different offices, and without paying more for time, gas, and office copays. Having all three specialists there to discuss your condition and recovery week to week expedites your rehabilitation.

You will not find a better Clinic or Doctor in the Raleigh area. I highly recommend Dr. Roistacher!
