This clinic requires you to subscribe for 1 year which my husband did. However after 1 year he realized he needed to go elsewhere. Reasons being the $2K cost was supposed to cover bloodwork however he always received the bills and had to coordinate with Elevate to have them pay, the problem there is getting anyone to answer the phone. He requested copies of his bloodwork on several occasions and was always told they would send it but he continually had to follow up. No one ever reviewed his labs with him, they just send more T. Were happy to say the new clinic weve found reviewed his labs with him in great detail actually teaching him quite a bit about how to read the numbers and suggesting several supplements he could by (not that they sell for profit) based on his labs. Were glad to have found Elevate but it turns out to have only been a stepping stone to a more involved/caring clinic.

The best clinic that I have been to since returning from Afghanistan. Only came in for a routine post deployment check up to leaving finding some problems to take care of. The entire staff are knowledgeable individuals who have been genuinely dedicated to helping me reach hormonal normality. There was no pressure from their end too make a decision and didnt feel ashamed when talking about my symptoms. Every visit has been great and I hope to continue treatment with this clinic!

Let me start by saying my first 10 - 11 months of treatment was unsuccessful and I was very disappointed. The people that were working with me didnt seem to have a handle on my treatment plan. The shots that they kept recommending didnt work and was very painful. And it seemed like your business had a lot of turn over during my time. Each time I had to start with a new person and explain what was going on. To be honest I was giving up!My last visit I wanted to talk to someone one more time and sure enough it was another new person! However, this person listened and looked over my chart and said that the shots werent my solution. I thought it would be difficult to talk to her but she made the visit very easy. She talk it over with some of her team and came back with a plan. However, it still didnt do the job! My last visit Tiffany had thought it through and knew what I needed to do. She recommend a different course of action which we are currently working on.To be honest, if it wasnt for Tiffany I think that I would have given up! Tiffany seems to be a very caring person who I think is a great asset for your company. I think everyone knows that the people make the business great and you certainly have one of those people working on your team now! Take care of your people and they will take care of your business. Thank you Tiffany for caring and trying to help me through a difficult time!

What they wont tell you until you pay for an evaluation is that the cost for testosterone injections is over $400 for the first month and over $200 the following months for a total of over $2700 a year. Just want people to be aware before they get involved.

There is much they don’t tell you. If you have to pause your treatment there is a reinstatement fee, no consultation included. Go see your doc and avoid these people.

Everyone at this facility was friendly and made you feel comfortable and the staff was Knowledgeable. Doctor Arnold and Tiffany both made you feel like they had your health in their best interest

I dont know whats going on here, but its a bit strange. If youre interested in paying a lot, go here. If youre interested in seeing your bloodwork results, dont.$3k or so/year for T and clomid (gen), they say. Insurance may or may not cover it. But I only got as far as getting a quote. $100 for blood work, which I had been told also tested thyroid. Maybe, maybe not. Asked if I could have the results emailed to me while at the facility, was told this would not be a problem. A couple weeks rolls by and I get a call indicating my T is low, as expected and we discuss pricing again, and I request the results be email. Sure, whats your email? So I provided it again. Another 5 days rolls by and I call them again, desk answers and I ask again. Lo and behold, nothing. Not sure what kind of operation this is, nor anyones credentials, but I get the feeling the place is riding a licensure line between homeopathic requiring none and a clinic that requires an RN. All in all, strange experience.

After nearly 4 year of complaining to my PCM about a lack of energy, low libido excessively tired and weight gain I finally decided to try a men’s clinic. I was very skeptical and even missed my first appt. I finally figured it could not hurt. I went to the clinic and Was greeted by an exceptional staff. After testing and a few medical procedures I spoke with a counselor Tiffany. Tiffany was very professional and assisted me in making decisions on treatment options. Tiffany has continued to be extremely helpful and supportive thru this experience. I highly recommend Elevate Men’s Clinic.

Wish I would have read the reviews. They called and emailed every day until they talked my wife into paying them with MY card. Now, no response to my emails for the last 3 business days. Please read the reviews before going there!!! ****UPDATE**** THEY FINALLY REFUNDED MY CARD AFTER A WEEK, AND GUESS WHAT? THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN THIS MONTH!! AGAIN, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!

Do not go here. Doctors do not live up to their fiduciary responsibilities. They turned me away when I simply requested for blood work done. Go some where else.

Had a rough start with the first management team. Met Tiffany and she is a star. They made everything right and keep me in top shape. If u need anything that has to do with testosterone or hormone therapy this is the place. Tiffany has become family!!!!!

Elevate diagnosed me with low testosterone and created a program to get me back up to healthy levels. Awesome!
