I was a patient here for several years seeing Dr. Reed, the best family medicine doctor Ive ever seen. She abruptly had to leave due to a medical emergency during a time when I had experienced a tragedy in my family and was actively being seen by her. I was treated so incredibly poorly by the practice for simply not having immediate flexibility with my prior scheduled appointments. One of the practitioners begrudgingly fit me into her busy schedule, yet proceeded to utterly berate me as if that was her intention of allowing the visit to begin with. She did not show one ounce of compassion for anything circumstantial. That visit was so painful the experience has stuck with me for years.Front desk staff was amazingly supportive as I was in tears on the way out.

Recently just returned to North Carolina after being in the military with more problems than awards. Some of those problems being depression, insomnia, anxiety and loss of mobility in my right leg plus Im a single parent. I say all this to say as a medical provider knowing that people come to you for specific reason and understand that life happens and people run late you would think it would be important for actually follow YOUR late policy and actually give a grace period. Finally getting myself together after my second no show appointment after only being 6 minutes late and my appointment being canceled. You dont appreciate my time or my effort and I know you are thinking well dont be late and it wont be a problem. Which is true but my panic attack dont tend to adhere to that very well and the night terrors never get the memo but ill just keep trying. Until then I will take my business elsewhere they understand that it okay to wait insurance might even pay me to do my job.

I absolutely love Dr. Christina and the rest of DPC staff. I have never had an issue with wait times, or getting a response back promptly via MyChart when I have a question. I tell Dr. Christina everything so that it helps her with planning of my health care options.

Best Drs. Love Dr Yarnall. She has seen me since 2013 and always spends time to make sure every need is met. She goes out of her way with all patients.

My experience with Duke Primary Care Blue Ridge has been very good. The care Ive received has been knowledgeable, attentive and prompt. I highly recommend Dr. Reed. On the occasional time when I couldnt see my regular provider Ive been worked into anothers schedule or on one occasion referred to another Duke Primary Care practice to be seen the same day. I especially appreciate the Duke record system where I can see records from all my providers in one place, very helpful.

I have gone here for a couple of years now and I have ALWAYS found the staff very nice and helpful. The offices are clean and the nurses and doctors explain everything if you need them to.Also, I am SUPER excited that Dr. Payne is back!! He really is a great doctor and a great personality.

I went here after several terrible experiences with other Drs at other places. I would highly recommend Duke Primary Care to anyone. They were very prompt, clean, and very courteous. The staff was helpful and the facility was in excellent shape. I will definitely continue coming here for any medical concerns I have.

My experience at Duke Blue Ridge was excellent. Attentive staff, prompt service, and caring physicians. An awesome provider for those seeking quality care in the area.

Very inconsiderate staff. They were unable to keep my appointment or properly record my personal information. For something as important as medical care, I wouldnt entrust anything to workers with this level of incompetence. I would avoid spending any money at this location or within the Duke mega-corp in general. Luckily there are many options for better care in the Raleigh area.

This place is the most disgustingly rude and unmindful doctors office I’ve ever been to. They sent my files over WITHOUT my permission! I was told the doctor would be left a message (Dr. Anderson) which is hardly the offense for such a illegal matter! I went there for a physical and pain in my shoulder that she didn’t even look at and just prescribed me ibeprofen and told me to see a physical therapist. This women should not be able to call herself a doctor, I would think twice before taking her advice she obviously doesn’t care about people which is supposed to be her main concern being a doctor. You think DUKE is ups have better standards. Terrible attitude with these people and I don’t trust them at all. If I could rate a negative I would.

I will never go back here again and I will let all my family and friends to avoid this place. When you call they put you on hold for 45 min, then they transfer you to someone who never answer your calls or return your voice mails. I left 2 voice mail messages for Kia in order for her to transfer my records to a a specialist and its been 4 days so far and no one cares I need a medication on a daily basis as soon as possible and if something bad happens to me I will definitely submit a negligence law suit against them!

I highly recommend Dr. Yarnall to anyone looking to a primary care doctor. Staff is always pleasant and usually a short wait in office.

I do not recommend this office!! Dont waste your time. The doctors are not knowledgeable of anything. Its like they graduated from stupid university. They will misdiagnose you!! I would not want my worse enemy to even go to this place

This place is terrible on customer service. I have been trying to call them all day to change my insurance so I can refill a prescription. First their phone was down all morning (what if it were an emergency?) . I called in the afternoon about 5 times and keep getting reverted to the answering machine or put on hold. I literally cannot get ahold of them and therefore can probably not get my prescription filled.

Treat patients well and almost always a short wait.
