Today was my first time at Smoothe and I got a facial and eyebrow wax/henna. I saw Diedre and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and calm. Im an awkward person by nature, but she was very relaxed and genuine, which made me feel very at ease. I highly recommend Smoothe!

I answered *all* the questions on the intake, and she knew from my FB posts that I’d prefer natural over more clinical products. She also made sure I came in so I would know what habits he needs support to create.She spent a LOT of time explaining to him how water intake, diet, pillow cases, touching his face with dirty hands, and proper cleansing (lukewarm water)/ moisturizing (skin is like clay soil, when it’s dehydrated, it takes about 6-8 weeks before moisturizer stops feeling “oily” and actually absorbs quickly).The products she suggested for him to use were less expensive than the ‘natural products’ I get at Target. He’s decided he wants to start packing his lunch more often, and loves that he has a plan to gently improve his skin!Thank you, Lindsey, I’m excited we have your help in making his tweens a more positive with this milestone! 💗😍

After months of watching Smoothes insta stories and feed and growing frustration with my own skin (small acne breakouts, sun damage and discoloration, oily one day dry the next) , I finally made an appointment with Erin. After a brief consultation she recommended the Nano Infusion facial to increase my skins hydration and start lightening some of my hyperpigmentation. Its been over a week and my skin is so happy! Hydrated, soft, and my pores arent angry and blocked. I found Lindsey at Smoothe LLC when I was searching for someone in my area who could remove Sebaceous Hyperplasia using the Skin Classic. Lindsey has reasonable pricing but even more importantly her attention to detail and customer service is fantastic. When I went to see her for a consultation I felt comfortable and confident in her ability to get the results that I wanted. The treatment was quick and when I followed her instructions for after care the healing process was easy and there is no visible scarring. Im SO happy with the results and only wish I had done it sooner! Lindsey is wonderful to work with. Hands down best experience in triangle! I would drive over 40 mins to go see Lindsey after I moved...They truly have the highest standards and best wax of anyone/salon Ive seen. They take the time to cater the products special for your skin and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I see Erin equally as much as Lindsey now, who I love! Also... I have watched them clean the room, and let me tell you, nothing is left untouched in that place.

Lindsey is amazing! Not only is she talented at her profession but she makes this mommy of 4 comfortable to bring her kiddos. She played music for them to listen to and sing. Talked with them and then handed them lollipops and praised them for their great attitude! I came in hairy left feeling refreshed and my kids had a good time! This was my 1st appt since their reopening due to COVID19. As a healthcare provider I was HIGHLY impressed with all of their policies and procedures. Its my understanding Posh Salon 104 are all independent stylists and each of them are following the same protocol. The front door of the salon is locked with a very professional notice, Lindsey came to my car, greeted me, took my temperature, had me read over a list of guidelines, etc and had me use hand sanitizer prior to entering. Upon entry of her room, it was of course extremely clean (as always)!!Aside from providing EXCELLENT tinting and waxing services Lindsey and Erin are definitely going above and beyond to keep their clients safe. I appreciate them and will continue to share their name!!

Went to Smoothe today for an eyebrow tint and bikini wax with Lindsey and I LOVE the results! I am a blonde so my eyebrows are very light, but after the tint today I actually have beautiful brows! Also, this was my first time getting a bikini wax and Lindsey was fabulous! She is an expert at her job! I was a little nervous, but it didnt even really hurt! For the past 15 years, I have gotten my eyebrows waxed at a nail salon. One morning, a few weeks ago, I looked in the mirror and decided enough was enough. They looked TERRIBLE. Misshapen and uneven. I decided to give Smoothe a try. The owner made me feel so comfortable. She explained the different stages of growth and even showed me how to fill them in when she was finished waxing. I brought my daughter with me and she offered her a piece of candy (she checked with me first) and then played the Frozen soundtrack for the duration of my appointment. Ive been seeing Lindsey for about a year now and I cant tell you how good it is to not have to worry about shaving!!! I have very coarse, dark hair and sensitive skin, so shaving and/or waxing always presented problems in the form of ingrowns & skin trauma (as Lindsey calls it).
