We worked with Wright Brothers Electric for a recent home project.Trex was easy to coordinate/communicate with, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process.They provided good work at a fair price, and we would use them again for future electrical jobs.

In numerous instances they did sloppy and non-code-compliant work. In some cases, the work they did was dangerous and a fire risk. They left trash all over the job site. They pulled back insulation and never put it back. They installed a charger and didnt read the instructions (hung it way too low). No interactions with this company were positive even after multiple attempts to work with them to make it right.

Awful, went for job interview and interviewer practiced no covid-19 regulations set by governor. No clear answers on what My job would be and snowballed me on pay, ad said $17 per hour he wanted to start me at $12, having over 15 years experience.with that type of leadership Im sure high turnover employee rate which means the customer hurts the most with too many different chefs in the pot.I would never higher them or accept job if he calls.

2 employees were correcting wiring mistake on a mutual job site and were hiding my drop cord from me and rendered it unusable. They were loud and using filthy language where customers/homeowners were in the vicinity.

They were the electrical contractor for our house for the builder. We’ve had numerous problems with breakers constantly flipping when we plug things in, and other power issues for over two years. They’ve consistently come out and fixed the problems, but charge us every time. We paid timely. Had another issue today, and was informed by the office manager that they’re busy and don’t have time to help us. I explained that we had been regular customers and had used them exclusively since they wired the house, she said sorry can’t help you. I asked to speak with the guy who has helped us in the past, and she said, he doesn’t have time to talk to you. He hired me to tell people he’s too busy so he won’t have to talk to them. I asked if he could call me when he has time, and she said he won’t have time. I was flabbergasted by her tone and her dismissive attitude.I don’t think you should ever be so “busy” that you allow employees to be overtly rude to customers. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone use them, as the quality of their work is not up to speed, and you may never get them to come back to fix problems.

Numerous service calls and still having problems.

If you are looking for someone to come out promptly and not say maybe next week for several weeks running you may want to look elsewhere.

We had WBE do electrical work for us at a newly purchased house. They did a good job, were professional and showed up on time. Would hire again for any electrical needs.
