Compared to Quest Diagnostics, Fastest Labs was instant! At Quest, I was forced to wait over an hour and more than 72 hours for results all to run a simple rapid panel urine test. At Fastest Labs, it was done in under 15 minutes for both.

These guys are quick and professional. They only do drug testing so they were quick to show me the sample routine and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Its fairly easy to get to - just off of I40 on Chapel Hill Road. Helpful hint: You only need to provide like a 1/4 cup of pee so dont drink 2 gallons like I did.
