As of Aug 20, 2019, they are currently remodeling/upgrading the facility. The entrance into the building is the green arrow. There are two parking lots, labeled as the red and orange stars. If you park in the orange star lot, there is a paved path you can walk to the lab entrance.The staff were polite and efficient. I was in for drug test and finger printing. I was finished in under 30 minutes.When you walk in, there are two check in kiosks. As with any lab/government/medical appointment, I would suggest coming in about 10 minutes early just in case there is extra paperwork to fill out.When going in for a drug test, I would suggest not wearing any fancy shoes. The bathroom was a little smelly and there were splatters on the floor around the toilet. Hand washing takes place in the examination rooms.

I had a really nice experience this morning. I was in and out within 15 minutes! The woman who took my blood did an excellent job. There was hardly any pain and she was super friendly. I see this place has really mixed reviews, so I wanted to assure people that it actually was a nice experience for me. :)

I went in to have routine labs drawn and everything was great until I got my lab results and was informed by my doctor that the lab did not draw one of the ordered tests. Went back to the same lab to have this test drawn and was told there is no record of any labs ordered by my doctor. How is this possible when I was there 2 weeks ago and have the results? Waste of my time & prolonging me getting my medication.

I made an online appointment Friday for today Monday at 10:15 they open at 10. Here it is 1030 and I’m already out the door. Although there was other people in the office about eight other people I was surprised how quickly they had people in and out of here compared to other places I have waited almost 3 hours just for a pre-employment drug screen. If I had to take another one I would come here I do recommend this place and the staff is nice

I went first thing and was seen immediately. Check in was sophisticated and quick. The front desk personnel were friendly and pleasant, and the technician, Jackie, was very personable and did an excellent job. I would go back again for sure.

The staff is nice, but the facility is extremely unsanitary. The floor isnt clean and the bathroom is disgusting. There is no sink in the bathroom and you have to open the door without washing your hands. You have to wash your hands in the lab room across the hall. That room was disgusting as well. The floors were gross. When I was called in to get my blood drawn, the woman was very nice, but the room was not much better than the rest. The counter seemed clean, but the floors were dirty. Stay far away from this clinic. LabCorp should be ashamed of themselves.

I think they are a bunch of lovely woman. I also observed how great they were with others. It is fast and efficient. I do recommend this place. The bad reviews are false.

I came here for a drug test and my experience was good. I checked in at the kiosk and waited about 30 minutes before I was called back. The nurse was very nice. I would come here again if I needed to.

Barrett Drive LabCorp lost my specimen. Inconvenient to to back and do it all over again (take home test), but okay. When I went to drop it off the last time, I mentioned that the last specimen was lost and was met with rude defensiveness, “we didn’t lose it, there’s no way our Lab lost it, you’re wrong.” LabCorp themselves had previously called my doctor to tell them that they had lost the specimen. Rude staff.

The staff here is terrible . Walked in for an appointment, was told I had to do an extra process before. Even though was upset because of the up and down still said thank you showed nothing toward the staff , and on the way out one of the staff members are going to ask is there a problem to my dad because she feels as though he was giving her some stink eye. MIND you this lady JUST sat down to the front and we were on out way out . How are you getting an eye miss ??? Would not recommend coming to this place . Ghetto , no wonder black persons are not respected!!

Strangest experience. Explained as Labcorp rule to the clients who were flabbergasted, one was not able to sign in b.e.f.o.r.e. 2 p.m. when drug screening starts. There were several people waiting for about 15 minutes.At exactly 2 p.m. we were a.l.l.o.w.e.d. to sign in, and we all had to use the time 2 p.m. After the 3 first people signed in, one person asked what time to use, and a staff member said: 2:03 p.m. because it was 2:03 p.m. at that point. (Please compare with log from Friday, 10.28.2016, 2 p.m.)Somebody tell me, how that makes sense?Also, why did none of the staff members wear a badge/name tag?Also, why did I had to pee into a plastic container, the one that was actually sent off to to the testing lab; why are we not handed a bigger container for hygienic reasons? I had to asked for another container and was given a small cup. I questioned why that wasnt handed to me in the first place. The staff member said the somewhat larger container is designed for a different test. Really?

I was very dissatisfied with my visit to the LabCorp on Barrett Drive. I found it unprofessional when one employee said only one more left! as I walked to the room. I was unpleased with the room itself as it was not clean and had a weird odor. The medical professional did not wash or sanitize her hands before completing the blood draw. Overall I found the staff to be unprofessional and lazy. This LabCorp did not feel like a medical facility. I will not be going back.

Near to my work and home. The blood draw is quick and relatively painless. Im not at LabCorp to find an new BFF so....the staff is every bit as polite as any other medical office Ive visited and thats enough.

I can see why this place has such a low rating. First of all, the Google maps location is way wrong if you search for “LabCorp.” It took me to an abandoned building next to a funeral home 10 minutes away. Only when I put the actual address in does it take you to the right place. I had an appointment but seeing as how your directions aren’t right, I was going to be a little late and wanted to explain. I had to call four times before someone answered. The lady hung up on me as I was explaining that their directions on Maps are incorrect. How tf you gonna hang up on someone?? I’ve worked in customer service for years and I would never let somebody who does this keep their job. Horrible location, long waits, and the front desk staff is rude for no reason. Hope you get shut down.

The wait time is ridiculous. I understand that they are short staffed, but something needs to be done by management. I have been here for over an hour and a half. I wonder if employers who refer new hires for pre-employment drug screening to this particular lab are aware of the wait time. I have been to other Lap Corps in the past and this is the worst experience ever. I have arrived at the time I was told and still had to wait. Not to mention, having a full bladder in preparation for a urine drug screen has grown rather uncomfortable.

This location is horrible the staff is on their personal phones texting while they have a waiting area full of people waiting to be seen, they arent so friendly when you walk up to the window. Snd they take super long to attend you.

I dont have one positive thing to say about this Lab Corp location in Raleigh. Overall, its as unorganized as an office can be, the front office administrators are quite rude and definitely arent the kind of people who should be in any type of client or patient service. To go along with the ice cold non heated waiting room, expect to wait at least an hour in there because they obviously have no respect for peoples schedules or time. Dont go here and avoid it at all costs of you can. Hire new people Lab Corp!!!

I have come to this LabCorp for my Saturday bloodwork because I dont want to miss work. I have never had any problem here. The folks here have always been nice and the facility is clean. I will continue to come here for my bloodwork.

The receptionist is not very friendly. She is rude. She did not greet the customers upon arrival. As customers walked in she let them just stand there instead of telling them to sign in. (finally) I told them they had to sign in after standing there for about 8 minutes.Customers that came in after others were seen first because they did not know they had to sign in. I brought that to the receptionist attention she said there was a space on the other sheet and they could have signed it. I explain to the receptionist they we and others were here first. She then said oh she had an appointment and wanted to debate with me. Until I had to repeat twice that its okay. One gentlemen needed a drug test. She didnt even try to help him just said we dont do drug test on Saturday and just left him standing there instead of saying you can come back Monday through Friday or sorry for any inconvienvce this may have caused. Her tone, body language and character made me feel unwelcome and like I was distrubing her. She didnt even sit up straight.

I made an appt for 8:30am and arrived about 15 mins prior to check in. The facility is clean and quiet and everyone was very nice. The women I spoke with to schedule the appointment was accommodating and helped me find an early time so I can go to work afterwards. When I arrived, the woman at the reception area was very nice and the technician that drew my blood was extremely gentle; that might have been the most painless needle prick Ive ever had. I will definitely come back for any future lab work I need at a LabCorp. To put things in perspective, I was getting blood drawn to be sent to a hospital. The hospital provided a kit, which the technician reviewed in detail to make sure all tests were performed and she called FedEx right after to get it sent right away. I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt as in general, people only go to LabCorp when they are required to do so and people are 10xs more likely to post a negative review than a good one. Personally, I would highly recommend this location.

Extremely unsanitary.....I understand that some are there for a drug test. The bathroom smells awful. No sink or sanitizer in bathroom so you have to pee in cup wipe what ever gential part you have, flush the toilet and open the door with those same pissy hands... The lady administer the test is soooo freaking rude. However the lady at front desk is really nice
