Tried to set up an appointment as a new patient but was adamantly told I had to have a referral. I’m trying to change my primary physician who I have been using for my endo issues and didn’t want to involve her until I could establish a new physician. My insurance doesn’t require referrals and I’ve never had to supply one for any of my physicians. After reading the reviews its probably just as well. If I could give it less than a star I would.

I got a Dexa Scan from this group. They offered me 3 drugs. I went and got a second opinion with an Echolight scan which showed a much different result. Not only was the tech off on the scan, but the person reading the scan missed some clues that the scan was incorrect. Bone quality was not offered either.

Needed to find a new Endocrinologist since I recently moved to the area. After scouring the reviews and such, I landed on Creedmoor Centre. Really happy I did. They are attentive, and spend as much time as needed. They reviewed my medical records and discussed my history. My meds were changed and after only 6 days, my average sugars have gone down almost 100 points! I am already very happy with my choice and am confident they will do their best to keep my diabetes under control.

My experience with this location is that they have literally never answered the phone in person and that it takes sometimes a while to call back. Just scroll down and look at the reviews. NO ONE answers the phone here. EVER.My experience with staff here is mixed. Some are genuinely nice but several have a bit of a snarky attitude and act like they are doing you a favor by getting paid to do their job (well mostly do their job, as long as it doesnt pertain to answering the phone, calling you back, or treating you with hospitality).I really like my provider now, but my provider before her was medically sound but just very disinterested and again seemed like I was inconveniencing her with questions and requests. For some reviews to balance the ones here on Google, go check Yelp!. That will give you a more realistic perspective. Oh, or scroll down and look at all the people who can never get a hold of anyone in this office.

They seem to be lacking the discipline their position requires. Twice now they have gotten my prescription wrong and shorted me the amount of insulin I need. I wish you luck if this office is your only option.

I had one appointment with Dr. Warren, and the experience with her as a physician was overall good, with a couple of pretty significant issues. For one, she ordered tests for me to have done that required me to avoid things like bananas, Tylenol, caffeine, alcohol, and 2/3 of the prescription medications that I take daily, for at least 3 days before giving the sample and during the days I would be giving the sample. On top of that, she advised that I try to consume alcohol (to replicate the reaction I was being seen for) before giving the samples for the test, and alcohol is yet another thing on a long, long list of things that can skew results for this particular test. I didn’t realize this until I began to look into it after having collected urine for an entire week, and then had to throw it all in the trash and start over, given that I broke about half of the rules that could skew the results of this particular test.Additionally, I’ve tried on multiple different days to call their office, and have only had someone answer the phone one time out of the maybe 12 times I’ve called in the last year and a half. The last three times I’ve called, I’ve received a busy signal and my phone tells me I can either call back or cancel the call, and there’s no other option for contacting them aside from their fax number and their portal, which is a pain. I had to dig through their site for the resources for diabetics, and found an email address after about 35 minutes of searching that I ended up sending an email to, and then they replied via a portal that I didn’t have access to rather than the email, or via the phone call that I specifically requested, having left my number. All in all, a very frustrating experience- I will be pursuing further treatment elsewhere.

I just recently left another practice in Raleigh, and started seeing PA Romal Patel here at Creedmoor Endocrinology. I was very pleased with how thorough she was with my care. Ms.Patel did blood work the other practice did not do. In return I have a better diagnosis, and now can be treated properly. If I had not come to this office I fear I still would not be being taking care of properly. I definitely recommend this office. Hope this review helped.

CCE is great place to go for all your endocrine needs.I have been seen Dr. Warren since she took over this practice approximately 5 years ago. Dr. Warren cares about patients health. Never feel rushed. Dr. Warren spends as much time with you as you need and answer all questions.Staff is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and professional. Love on site lab for blood tests.

Despite my showing up on time, they always make me wait at least 30 to 45 minutes. First sitting in the lobby, then sitting in a poorly ventilated patient room. Ive had several different practitioners and its as if none of them have read my notes. I get the same boilerplate lecture, no substantive responses to my questions, and incomplete care. They have not once mentioned specific dietary changes, such as increasing Omega 3 and soluble fiber. I had to find that information myself. They also never warned me of any side effects of my medications, such a muscle pain. They also seem to not have even looked at the medications they wanted me to take. On my own initiative, I looked up the medications and discovered a dangerous interaction that can lead to kidney failure. I will not be going back.

Would give this practice my highest recommendation! Dr. Warren-Ulanch is an outstanding endocrinologist - kind, caring, wonderful with kids, and very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely my number one choice for any child in need of an endocrine specialist.

My doctor is fantastic, she was helpful and actually knowledgeable, although it is incredibly disappointing that theres no option for rescheduling on the emails they send or on the website, and they DONT ANSWER PHONECALLS, not ONCE, have they answered my call. They have gotten back, to me, of course, but they got back to me far too late for me to cancel my appointment, so Im expecting to be charged although I tried cancelling multiple times. Again, fantastic endocrinologists, but a very miserable excuse for a doctors office if they cant answer a phonecall, and instead of apologizing for inconveniencing me and who knows who else and for taking money from me although my appointment shouldve been cancelled, I was instead asked to not be angry with them and they completely ignored the issue. Id understand if this was a clothing store or a grocery store, but this is peoples health, you should be able to help your clients before it is too late. I wouldnt recommend or not recommend them, but prepared for plenty of inconvenience.

I have been going to physicians in Raleigh since 1965.. It is only in the past several years that I, as a senior citizen who needs competent, caring treatment, inadvertently went to several new physicians who have migrated into this area. For instance, when my life saving diabetics insulin runs out and needs to be refilled to continue to save my life, since 1965 until here recently, all that I had to do is have my pharmacy call the physicians office and the refill would be FAXed to them very quickly with no problem. That seems to not be the case for these folks. We had to call and fuss and do whatever JUST TO GET THESE FOLKS to simply refill my insulin to aid in saving my life . These folks basically failed to do as I requested. What my friends at my pharmacy told me was that these folks did follow through eventually when forced to provide a senior his life saving drug even though they were told by me and my pharmacy that I was completely out of insulin. Then, to put a cherry on the Creedmore Sundae....THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG PHARMACY, and they then turned around and blamed it on a senior who was simply trying to renew his drugs.Welcome to the New Raleigh and the new medical practices in the New Raleigh. As most of the old folks who grew up in this area say, They care more about money than they do about people. I sincerely hope that you folks reading these remarks do not have the experience with these folks that I went through.Caveat Emptor

I am really frustrated with this practice. I find their billing process to be very difficult and have had too many poor experiences in their office. I have consistently had to wait >45mins past my appointment time to be seen. I understand at times things come up but this is a consistent problem here. If I’m going to respect your time but showing up 15mins early, you should do the same for me.

Very friendly staff, but ruined my transition by prescribing ineffective medication. As a result my testosterone levels went up drastically, and I am now considering suicide, although everything was going pretty good with my previous endocrinologist.Would not recommend for transgender HRT.

I have been seeing Dr. Warren and Ravin for almost 2 years. I left another endo office in Raleigh because I felt like I was getting lost in shuffle with calls not being returned and feeling like I was rushed in and out. This has never been my experience with Dr. Warren and Ravin. I always feel I am listened to and always have my calls returned in a timely manner even getting a response after office hours at least once. The staff there is always pleasant and professional. I always give their number when someone asks who I see.

This practice is awesome. The ONLY endo practice recommended by most medical team in Raleigh. The staff are courteous and professional. Dr Warren and Candy, PA are very attentive and treats you as a person not another patient. They will go above and beyond their duties. The dietician and the nurse are great including the office staff and the sharp phlebotomist. Candy was able to change my meds from my old endo and had helped me lose 30lbs and counting. I found I was retaining fluid w my old meds and now im healthier than ever. Thank you so much CCE for your kindness and interpersonal way of medical practice.

Ive been seeing Dr. Warren for at least 8 years and love her. She has been by my side through Hypothrodism, Thyroid cancer, weight gains, and most recently significant weight loss.I feel that I can confide in her about any medical concerns I have and that she will listen. While at first I felt she was reluctant to keep me on a T4/T3 combo for my Thyroid medications, she listened to my concerns and Ive been on some Combination of T4/T3 therapy for over 10 years.Dr. Warren keeps on trend with current Endo practices.
