All round great experience. Alicia is my hygienist and is always detailed and efficient. Sam and Tali at the front desk are always welcoming. This visit in particular was great! Those two had me laughing with the fun they were having playing a trick on the Dentist. Such a refreshing sight to see… people actually enjoying their jobs and the people they work with!

I’ve been going to the wake forest location for almost three years now. I love going here because of their great customer service and friendly staff. They even have weekend hours which are convenient for my busy schedule throughout the week. Lindsey was friendly did a great job with my cleaning. I left feeling refreshed with a bright white smile.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Steddum, and it went better than we could have imagined. He did a fantastic job, and my daughters experience was so much easier than when my son had it done a couple of years ago at an oral surgery specialty practice. My daughter hasnt needed anything more than OTC pain medicine during the recovery and has barely felt any discomfort whatsoever. When I looked in her mouth on the third night, it was hard to even discern where the incisions were made because she healed so fast. We are so thankful to have a dental home that can handle everything in house and provide such extraordinary comprehensive care.

I came in at the scheduled time, they took me in immediately and got right to work. They worked very efficiently, communicated remarkably well between hygienist, dentist, and support staff. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. The dentist was super friendly, took a lot of time to explain things in great detail and asked if I had questions all along the way. All staff members were upbeat and it was clear they all really love their jobs and enjoy practicing dentistry. Now I realize why my wife and daughters love coming here. I am a 52 yr old Dad and this is the best dentist practice/office I have experienced. I would really recommend it to anyone. Parenthetically, I don’t ever take time to write reviews for anything—but this place certainly merits such positive comments and rating. I give 10 out of 10 stars. I loved coming to Wells Family to get my wisdom teeth out. They respected my choice of not getting sedation while always letting me know it was an option if I changed my mind before the procedure. I would highly recommend this dentist. The hygienist took time to explain every procedure and device being used from the mobile X-rays they took of my teeth, to the type of cleaning she performed. The doctor spent time with me explaining not only the procedure but preventative methods that could be used to aid my healing for the future. The clinic was extremely clean and every effort was taken to ensure my safety during this time. This was one of the best dentist appointments I have had in my lifetime. In my opinion, Wells Dentistry is the best dentist in Raleigh. Their office staff is friendly and efficient. The office itself is impeccably clean and the equipment and available treatments are the latest and greatest. The dental hygiene team is gentle, kind, and quick (also super friendly!). The dentists are TOP notch-- I got the best crown Ive ever had there. It was done in record time, was totally painless and I was completely comfortable the entire time. The crown is a perfect color match, smooth and a perfect fit with NO sensitivity. There is also no high pressure tactic to purchase unnecessary procedures or products (my last dentist was horrible about this---mouth guards, tooth fillers, expensive toothpaste, teeth whitening). We found Wells when my husband had a dental emergency 2 years ago and our regular dentist wouldnt even call us back, let alone come in to see him (on a Saturday). We called Wells because they listed emergency dental on their website and they called back immediately and were completely compassionate helping us out. We switched our entire family over to this practice and have been very happy.

Lindsey did a great job at cleaning my 14 year old son’s teeth! The dentist was transparent about cavities that need to be watched. I appreciated them putting his X-ray image on the tv screen so I could see for myself as she was explaining potential areas that may need filings. Great service!

Everyone is always very friendly and they are very time efficient. I have never have to wait more than ten minutes to be seen. I recently had my braces removed and they did an excellent job perfecting my smile. I’m more than satisfied with the work they did and how helpful they were with explaining and showing me how to take care of my teeth.

I have terrible anxiety about the dentist due to my last dentist. But, on my first appt Lindsey and Dr Wall made me super comfortable. I love them. They were both super nice and super comforting and I don’t mind going in for my next appointment anymore. Julie is also super sweet. Definitely recommend going here!

As someone who recently got over dentalphobia, I still find the whole dentist experience gross with all the nasty stuff in your mouth. I asked her to keep my mouth as dry as possible during a cleaning, and she did just that. She was also very gentle but effective. I am happy to make Wells Family Dentistry my new regular dentist.

I would like to update this as I just had my teeth cleaned again by Alicia. Once again excellent work! She really does a good job especially since my teeth are very sensitive. Because of my sensitivity I am usually very hard on these ratings. However I would definitely recommend Alicia to everyone.I recently had my teeth cleaned by Alicia. She was excellent. I have very sensitive teeth and she was very sensitive to the issue. I will definitely return and I recommend anyone to ask for Alicia when they get a cleaning. My most recent visit was great. The hygienist was friendly & professional. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She made pleasant conversation but was not overly talkative, which is nice. I just got my wisdom teeth out here. The most pleasant experience I couldve asked for, given the circumstances. The two nurses were very sweet and answered all of my questions, and kept me calm when I got nervous! I wish I could remember their names, they were amazing. The surgery was quick and I am only feeling minimal pain 24 hours later. The medications are not excessive and do not make me feel loopy, which is nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brett Wells for over 10 years. He is fantastic, uses all of the latest technology, and is a very skilled dentist that even made my recent crown an easy process. I also have seen a few dental hygienists in his office over the years but once I was seen by Courtney, I always request her and will move my schedule to see her. She is courteous, polite, and does a terrific job. She somehow remembers little things that we spoke about months ago and asks for updates.
