I have been seeing Dr. Chad for several months now. I have to admit I was skeptical after the first visit; but, I have become a believer over the course of my treatment. I went from having stabbing, incapacitating pain in my upper back to having practically none. He has a wonderful way of putting you at ease and explaining every procedure. The sessions are painless, and the results are priceless. The entire office is a warm and welcoming environment. Jennifer, at the front desk, worked diligently with me to work out the insurance details and always is a delight to talk with. I have definitely found my Chiropractic home. Dr. Chad is not only a great chiropractor but a great guy as well. When I first started going there, I experienced sciatic pain on my lower back and couldnt walk more than 10 feet. After a few weeks I was back to normal and still improving till this day. I highly recommend coming here. The staff there is also some of the nicest people.

Great office!! From the first interaction with the office staff you feel right at home (makes all the difference at an office). Then seeing Dr Chad who is very knowledgeable and tentative to your specific needs. He has great bedside manner and takes the time to ensure you understand everything that he is doing and makes sure all your questions are answered. I have been to quite a few Chiropractors who have only treated the symptoms of my pain, now I feel like the cause of my pain is being addressed.

For all you scaredy cats, this is particularly for you. I’ve only heard people talk about chiropractors, and I never really thought I needed one. My problem, I didn’t educate myself on what exactly a chiropractor did, other than twist and crack my spine. This made me afraid, very afraid! Several months ago I began having issues with my occipital region of my head, my neck, and my right ear, along with sinus pressure and headaches. One of my friends said, “you should see a chiropractor.” I reluctantly went searching on the internet and found Dr B. I called and made an appointment, a consultation. It’s free. It will educate me on what he does, and how he does it. Easy, right? Not for me, I ended up canceling the appointment. I was afraid. Fast forward five months. I’m still having the same issues, but now, they have intensified. So, I called Dr B’s office again and made another appointment, for a consultation. This time I went, and I was still afraid. Dr B sat across from me as he told me about his education, how he loved his job, and exactly what the Atlas Orthogonality method is. He walked me over to the adjustment table and had me place my finger on the adjustment mechanism, all I could see was this thing jabbing me through the skull, or spine. I was afraid! When Dr B initiated the adjustment on my finger, I barely felt it. It wasn’t the jackhammer I thought it was going to be. I wasn’t as afraid anymore. Then Dr B showed me another adjustment tool, and again there was little force on my finger. My mind had created a much worse vision, and outcome. Days later I had my first adjustment, and I was nervous, but all is good in my world now. My fear of chiropractic care is gone, and my symptoms are much better. Thank you Dr B for taking the time to educate me. You and your staff had lots of patience, and I appreciate everything you did and continue to do.

Extremely happy to have found Dr Chad! I come from California where I recently had a bad experience having my neck cracked, so was *extremely* nervous about seeing someone new. Dr Chad is so personable and took the time to answer all my questions--and he did the adjustment without the cracking!!! I never even knew they could do that! The adjustment didnt hurt at all, and Ive been noticing drastic improvement in my pain level in just one week. Highly recommended.

I was raised as a non-believer in chiropractic care. I dont know why. When I was traveling as a small business consultant, one of my clients noticed my lower back and neck hurting issues and insisted I visit her orthogonal chiropractor. What a difference it has made in my life especially as I have continued to age. When I stopped all of the travel, I needed to find a local chiropractor and Dr. John has fit the bill. I go in with pain and barely able to walk. After an adjustment, all is well. He, Gwen, and Kristy are always so bright and cheerful that it makes a visit to the doc a pleasure. All of them are truly interested in your wellness.

My wife and I recently needed to change chiropractors because our previous chiropractors office closed. We understood that Atlas Chiropractic was an in network Cigna provider. Thats important because we have a high deductible plan and 0% is covered if the provider is not in network. Now, we should have checked ourselves and thats on us. However, we mentioned to the Atlas office that wed paid our out of pocket maximum and there should be little if any co-pay. It was explained to us that we were required to pay up front and any insurance reimbursement would be credited once it had been processed. We paid over $750 before receiving notice from our insurance company that none of this was covered.The actual chiropractic care we received was excellent. Its a shame this chiropractic office doesnt show the same care for its patients financial considerations.UPDATE 7/23/2018:Hello Dr. Bocella. I acknowledged that we should have paid more attention and that we were very pleased with the medical care we received. However, we were not told that you are not in any insurance network when we presented our Cigna card prior to treatment and we did reach out to your office before posting this review. When we checked on our insurance reimbursement and realized you are not in network, we called the office to cancel an upcoming appointment. We explained at that time why we were canceling and were told that your office doesnt know what the insurance reimbursement would be until after its been processed through the billing office.

I have been seeing Dr. John for over 5 years now. For me there is no magic bullet, is there for anyone? But Dr. John knows that and has never given me unrealistic expectations where atlas chiropractic plays into my care. But my experience it is an integral part of my pain management and well being, which is in no small part to Dr. Bocellas skill at his craft and overall wealth of knowledge in health and wellness. Strangely enough, it is the Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency (PEMF) therapy which has had the most significant impact on my life. Dr. John rented his PEMF unit to me for three weeks, and my sleep quality (which is huge for overall wellness), energy levels, pain levels... all improved. So I bought one and have not felt this good since. His ability to recommend other modalities that might help my specific condition has been excellent. We discuss the plethora of other things I try and he never tries to tell me what to do, or prove himself, but rather listens and discusses with me to help understand how it fits with what he does. How refreshing!! And his communication with other specialists I have worked with shows that he treats me as a whole patient. A human being. I have been to other Atlas Chiropractors, and I can say without a doubt for all things atlas orthogonal chiropractic, and understanding the human system within his area of work, his is the best.

About 10 years ago I was rear ended by an 18 wheeler, and this severely aggravated a 20 year old injury (broken jaw). For five years I went to all kinds of facial pain specialists, physical therapists, healing touch practitioners, and even mental health professionals - you know, just in case the pain was all in my head. I have suffered from severe migraines for a long time but lately they have been constant and horrible than ever. I am 42 years age old who travels a lot and for 2 months I have a tolerable pain on my whole right leg. One fine day, the pain got increased from the back till my whole right leg and I went to Orthopaedic and after the doctor investigated me, he said I need surgery on the Spinal. I began having left handed pain which was odd because I didnt injure it and it was not my predominant hand. After several months thinking I was just getting old, that it would go away, and my family begging me to see a specialist, I did indeed seek a specialists help. After not being able to give me much to work with except, wear a splint, take Aleve, and wait until the pain was isolated to one area so I could get an injection, I decided to seek another opinion. My father had seen Dr. Boccella for persistent headaches to find his atlas was not in alignment. After battling daily headaches for 30 years, my father is now headache free so I thought Id see what Dr. Boccella thought about my hand. After adjusting my spine and hand, along with cold laser therapy to my hand, I have seen such amazing improvement in just 3 weeks. I am just about pain free. I have been going to Dr. Bocella for chiropractic care for several years. Many years ago, I was in a wheelchair for about a year and a half. Since that time, my body chemistry and weight have never been normal. About five years ago I was diagnosed with Diabetes. Since that time, I have also been told I had high cholesterol, high triglycerides , abnormal liver enzymes and kidney damage. It really seemed that I was only going to watch my health disintegrate. I know, you say just stop eating so much. Except, that has never been my problem. Pretty much the opposite. I didnt eat enough to lose weight but was still fat.During an appointment at Dr. Bocellas office, I saw a sign for a weight loss presentation to be held there at his office. I decided to attend and brought my husband along. We listened to the presentation and I had questions about acid reflux ( have been known to have it without eating a thing). I also wanted to know what made this program different. Dr. Bocella told us it resets your bmi and bmr. I wasnt so sure I really believed that. I started the Chirothin program 7 weeks ago and have lost 27 lbs. I have been in the cycling/ maintenance phase for a week now. I noticed the past two weeks that I had been feeling very tired and was suspecting my diabetes medication dose was now too much. Labs were drawn and I went to my general practitioner today and he told me my blood sugar levels, liver enzymes, cholesterol and kidney function are all normal. He promptly cut my medication dose in half and said he would test my a1c again in three weeks and if everything was the same, no more medication!!! Chirothin has been like a miracle.
