Marilyn is really good at listening to my concerns and patiently teaching me all I need to know. Heather, front desk, is welcoming and helpful.

I came to Audibel to find a good hearing aid and specialist to help me. Some times I use a hearing assist but it never worked.I was very impressed, Heather the receptionist is very professional and worked with my schedule. Marilyn the hearing specialist was very helpful to me and explained everything I needed to know about my new hearing aid. Now I can hear much better. Ive been losing my hearing for a while now. Everyone is so complimentary, I would love to find some nits to complain about, but fact is, both Marilyn and Heather deserve the glowing reviews. Service is efficient and professional; and the product is superior.As others have mentioned, this isnt my first experience with hearing tests and hearing aids, but it is the best, by far. It is my second pair of hearing aids, but the first ones that actually delivered. My other aids were top of the line from a renowned manufacturer, but I never wore them (maybe a couple hundred hours over three years.) The sound was artificial, not properly dialed in, and I just never was satisfied enough to put up with them. One trip in and Marilyn had these set properly, with only minor tweaks needed since based on my feedback.In 3 months, I would guess I am averaging 15 hours a day with them in my ear, and feel lost without them. My cost per hour for these versus my prior pair continues to fall every day. You can find less expensive HAs, but they are not a good buy if they do not get the job done, or you dont use them in all situations. I highly recommend this firm...and their American made product!

I always enjoy my visits because it is so warm and pleasant from sitting in the reception area talking to the receptionist, she is delightful and full of personality. Marilyn is a jewel, professional and fun loving. She makes each visit a welcomed one leaving you satisfied that you have been treated to the utmost. My satisfaction is beyond what I can ever imagine wearing my Audibel hearing aides. They add joy to my day everyday.

The service provided was good but the hearing aid was awful. I took it back to be checked numerous times and the lady would check it and say this should fix it. She talked me into buying one for my good ear as well to direct sound. This was the biggest mistake because it did not do anything. My advice to you I would not go there and if you do, please dont let her talk you into spending more money for something that does work. It is a rip off.

As a physician, and I am well aware of the skills a health care provider should possess. So when it became clear I needed to be tested for hearing loss, and accept the fact Id probably be needing hearing aids, I set out to find the best office in the area. I chose the Raleigh Audibe office and was not disappointed. I could list a litany of praises for Marilyn and Heather but the simple truth is you would be hard pressed to find a more compassionate, dedicated, concerned, flexible, informative and skilled facility in the Triangle. I give the office on Six Forks Road in Raleigh my highest recommendation.

I have been to several Doctors of Audiology and one other HAS and Marilyn is by far the most caring and professional individual I have ever worked with.A very strong recommendation for both Marilyn and Heather. My sister and I took our mom to this store to be evaluated, thinking her hearing was so bad there was no answer. Marilyn was so kind and so thorough. She performed more testing than ever was done at Beltone.She discovered mom had some infection in her ears and recommended that she see a doctor. She also cleaned moms old hearing aids and repaired a faulty connection. When mom put the hearing aids back in, she could hear again! I dont live in Raleigh, but if I ever have a hearing issue, I will definitely see Marilyn.

As stated by my sister, we took our mom to see Marilyn at the Six Forks Rd location in Raleigh. Marilyn took her time, tested mom, explained her assessment and even cleaned and tweaked Mother’s very old Beltone hearing aids, one of which had not worked for quite some time. Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere is quite some time!!!

Audibel Raleigh is wonderful! Marilyn is one of the nicest and caring specialists I have met. She tested my hearing thoroughly, discussed my hearing needs and matched me with the perfect pair of hearing aids! I’ve had “high-end” hearing aids before, and the ones I have through Audibel are the best! The sound is phenomenal, much like my hearing was before, so crisp and clear. The aids are also very comfortable and discrete--I forget I’m wearing them sometimes! Audibel’s pricing is very reasonable (surprising in fact!) especially for the quality and comfort, plus batteries!The Raleigh office is easy to get to, plenty of free parking and the staff is so friendly! Heather the receptionist is always very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Raleigh Audibel.

Audibel is my third attempt to overcome my defective hearing.the devices are much better than anything i have tried. i can hear much the same as i did before hearing aids became necessary. the devices fit comfortably, i can not even feel them. almost like before i started loosing my hearing.the team here in raleigh are great. dropping in for an appointment is like visiting friends. their professionalism in dealing with my condition is both effective and comforting.
