I have been going to visit Bethany for a couple months, she is a very pleasant person who knows how to make you feel very relaxed and also knows what to do to handle any physical or mental problem that Ive had with the use of acupuncture. This place is an awesome way to get accustomed to the treatment and is nothing short of amazing!

A+ on all criteria. Office is quiet and calm. They have healthy snacks out. It is good location and the office & building are clean. Bethany is the acupuncture lady and she takes time to listen to what is wrong. She has a calming presence to her. You can tell she really believes in eating healthy and in managing your stress. For me - the acupuncture has really helped with chronic stress, chronic back pain, and a one time knee injury that I sustained at the gym. The needles in your ears and on top of your head seem to help me with stress (meaning digestion, being calm/poised, being less irritable). The needles in my back directly release tension and loosen up my back. It helps me with my mid and upper back region. I also get cupping on my back and electro stim. I also injured my right IT band and the acupuncture and electro stim seemed to facilitate healing much faster.Let me emphasize that I have full health insurance and go to a regular doctor as well. I use them all in Unison. For example, when I hurt my knee I went to a sports specialist who diagnosed the injured IT band and told me to buy a foam roller to massage the area. I relayed this to Bethany who then took the information and decided to put needles in the side of my knee and use e-stim.Finally - I want to make sure to note that Mira is great too. Mira is also a very calm personality. Bethany is the owner so she is your go to for billing questions or appointment scheduling concerns. And I certainly do not want to leave out the massage lady - Angela. She is a life saver. She does exactly what I ask and I drive almost 45 mins out of my way to go here because its that good. Angela uses her elbows on my back and uses these bamboo sticks, hot oils, and she knows what she is doing. When I get a massage from Angela I literally feel like my back has 20-30% more range of motion. I typically go twice a month and it is well worth the investment in my health.I live in Corporate America and my goals are to manage my stress, to minimize back pain, and to increase my wellness. All three goals are met with the team at Acupuncture associates.
