Well, this was disappointing. After a great pair of appointments with Dr. Daniel and a sleep study which was also a good experience, I began dealing with Jennifer who handles the requisition of CPAP machines and equipment. She is not very friendly, very pushy to give you lots of accessories, doesnt explain billing. She did however say that I could return masks after trying them out due to her suggestion of changing the size of mine vs what I had used in the sleep study which I thought worked great.So after a week and deciding the mask size wasnt working, on Jennifers go ahead we exchanged the masks for the size I wore in the sleep study. Fast forward three months and those initial masks we returned keep showing up on an invoice from them. I talked to Jennifer twice and she said she would make sure they were taken off. Instead she applied the payment I had made on valid equipment charges to those masks I returned and so now I owe for the stuff I already paid for. For weeks now, the office will no longer answer my calls when I phone in.I have never in my life dealt with such a shady operation in the health care arena. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I came here based off my primary doctors recommendation. I wish I had looked them up before I made that decision because as you can see in the other reviews, this behavior is not unique. My advice to the people who left good reviews would be to check your billing closely and dont expect to have any of your questions fairly answered if anything comes up.To top off the ridiculousness, this establishment has an open Bible sitting next to where you sign in at and Christian decor everywhere in the waiting room. They should be ashamed of themselves having those things displayed when operating with such tactics. Dont be fooled. Avoid at all costs.

Dr Daniel is the most caring and professional Doctor my family and I have ever worked with! He truly cares and goes out of his way to help. Many of my professional friends use him and speak very highly of him as well.

Dr Daniel is by far the best doctor I have had. He went to bat for me with a 16 year long LNI case and worked hard making sure my case was taken care of and documented correctly. I have also been seen for sleep apnea and he figured out a solution to help me not be a zombie all day! Not once in my extended time with him as my doctor did I ever have a billing issue so I’m not sure what the other posters are talking about, but by far he is the best primary care physician in the area. His staff is always considerate and helpful as well.

Dr. Daniels has been my doctor for the past 2 years. I think he is a caring and compassionate doctor. I feel that he really believes in making his patients health better by using minimal drugs and a good sound medical practice. I use a Bi Pap machine for treatment of sleep apnea and it is working great for me.

Dr. Daniel has been our family doctor for 13 years. We have received excellent care and highly recommend him as a personable, caring, doctor. He has wide-ranging medical knowledge and when necessary, gives referrals to other specialists. He has treated us for many physical needs including for sleep apnea.

By far the most caring doctor I have ever had. I moved out of the area 2 years ago, and have not been able to find a doctor who comes close to Dr. Daniels level of interest in the patients overall wellbeing.If you are lucky enough to have him as your Physician you know what I am talking about.

Been trying to get supplies since October 2019 I believe and as of June 2020 has yet to happen. They either say the order has shipped or been canceled until this last monday they tried the old its been delivered.

The office visits were great. Getting someone to call to set up a consult was a nightmare. Then they referred me to a place that doesnt take my insurance to get a cpap. I called to see where I was referred to now and had to leave a message. Wonder how long it will take if ever for them to call me back?

The staff at Dove are amazing and actually listen to what you have to say and treat accordingly in a way thats not only empathetic, but fair as well. I see one of their PAs and I would choose this individual to manage my care over an M.D. at the VA any day of the week. Thanks for recognizing that Im human!

Dove Medical Clinic and Dr. Daniel and the staff - especially Jennifer and Pria are the most caring and considerate medical staff I have had the pleasure of encountering. They are always helpful, willing to listen, and ultimately provide a solution to any difficulty. The assistance they provide with sleep apnea is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel and staff.

Ill keep this short and sweet. Yes I did get the BiPAP I needed but:-theyre impossible to get a hold of-they never call back-Ive had the wrong parts sent to the wrong address TWICE and was expected to pay for delivery fees both time. Even though I had to drive down from Renton to Puyallup to correct their mistake. TWICE-they are missing hundreds of dollars of my payments. I have proof Ive paid them a certain amount yet they keep sending me bills for past payments. When I call to talk and fix, they either: dont answer, say call billing and hang up, wont get a manager and hang up-calling billing does nothing because theres no communication between the two-i sent PROOF of all my payments to them months ago and they are now threatening to send me to collections. The only communication from them! Im trying to contact them again but of course they dont want to help me fix it. They just want hundreds of extra dollars from meEasily the worst company I have every had to deal with.

This place closes when ever they want and they make it really hard to get supplies. would not recommend for anyone to go here.

I used this clinic as my primary care for nearly 2 years. I did not see dr Daniels so I can’t speak about his patient care. However, I did see 3 different ARNP’s in my span of being a patient (no one seemed to want to stay?). Curt, borderline rude front staff.And the kicker, recently they sent my info to a collections agent to collect on visits that had been paid by my insurance over one year prior. Thank god my insurance company had proof of payment in the form of cashed checks, or I would have been on the hook for over $500. Of course I won’t ever get back the hour or two it took to figure that out.Would not recommend. I’m just curious why a bill in the mail or a courtesy phone call can’t take place prior to hiring an outsider to collect. Especially when the paper trail shows an obvious billing error.

Dr. Ryan is the best. He takes the time to actually listen to your concerns and questions.
