I really enjoy most of this salon, the atmosphere is really cool and hip. My last haircut with Delaney went great, however my most recent appointment with Mandy did not go so well. The sides and front came out very choppy and uneven, she did not even wet the hair to check the lengths. And when I asked if it would be blended, she said yes, but very different result. It seemed she was more interested in speaking with her coworkers than actually paying attention to what she was doing with my hair. For mens haircuts, I recommend Delaney.

Always have a great day when I come here, they offer so many services. I have only gotten my hair done but Im going back for a facial. Prices are reasonable and the girls are very friendly and do an outstanding job.

Recently got a haircut with Mandy, And am super happy with it! Not many people can get my specific hair cut right, but she did amazing! Super professional and sweet, and Delaney and Marissa were a great help and super fast getting me all checked in and made me feel super welcome! 10/10 and will be scheduling my next haircut appointment soon!

I Made an appointment with Delaney to do my hair. It was suggested that I get a touch of color so we went with purple. I’d never had my hair colored before and Delaney nailed it! I got a facial here . The salon is not very clean. The esthetician forgot to wax part of my brows and also didn’t use the microdermabrasion tool on half of my nose .

Scheduled with Delaney. She convinced me to try BALAYAGE for $350 turned my hair orange. Said she would create a beautiful “lived-in” blonde and cut two inches off like I requested for healthier hair. Did not happen. Delaney put no color on my 3 inches of grown out grey. Just half inch of my roots. Then bleached the ends of my hair and blow dried immediately. Delaney told me she would put an Olaplex treatment on my hair. Did not happen. Even worse, this salon accused me of fraud and cancelled my appointment to fix Delaney’s poor work. Then they changed their mind and said must be somebody else doing fraud and I could come back in. So the receptionist is absolutely rude towards me and then the owner acts like my hair is the problem not the stylist’s error. This is how you treat customers that CHOOSE your business and spend $350? Get real. I see why so many walkins are depending on Groupon for discounts. This place is awful! Wish I knew before I paid full price. Cannot believe how badly I was treated!!! Very negative atmosphere and stylists have nothing to talk about besides their cats.

Marissa was awesome! Had two appointments with her to do Brazilian blowout and after a week partial highlights. Love my caramel highlights and my Brazilian blowout was still vibrant. Found my new hair dresser and I am happy with her excellent service. Thank you Marissa!!

So Bailey gave me a awesome microdermabrasion and suggested some products to use on my face...and guys its been 1 week now and my face has improve so much...this spot is def gonna be a regular for me..bare in mind, i have always av acne issues, scaring ect and now i feel so much more confident and my face is glowing btw the ambiance is great..fur rugs and all and the staff are welcoming ..Thanks Bailey, thank you Aura spa..

Friendly atmosphere and staff. Marissa provides excellent deep tissue massage. I have had several massages from her and every time I feel great afterwards. Highly recommend her!

Love Aura Salon and the services it offers. I come here for weekly massages, monthly facials and to get my hair done. The staff is personable, professional and always makes accommodations around my busy schedule. My daughter had her hair done there today (Cut, highlight and brows) and it looks fabulous and is age appropriate. So happy to finally have found my salon after trying no less than six other salons in the area.

I went to this salon today and Sarah did an amazing job!! I have thick long curly hair and have always struggled finding a good stylist that can flat iron my hair! She definitely delivered! My hair is so soft, silky, and sleek! You go girl!! I recommend her to the fullest!

I went into Aura for a facial with Tera. She did an absolutely fantastic job of making me comfortable. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and that she really enjoys doing it. I’ve used the same skin care for over 12 years now and it’s just not working for my skin anymore. Tera and I talked about what I’ve been doing so far and the things I’d like to work on. I wasn’t exactly able to buy all the products to replace what I’ve been doing so she came up with an easy plan for me to ease me into not only getting the changes I’d like to see in my skin but easily transitioning out of the old products into the new. She gave me a solid and affordable plan that I really felt happy with. I had some questions about my skin and she was very open an honest about the truth of the answers and I walked away feel heard and empowered with loving my skin again! I would highly recommend her! She personalizes and does a great assessment of what your skin needs. I already scheduled my next appointment and it’s been less then a week and I’m already seeing changes in my skin due to the adjustments we decided to make in my skin care routine and the cleanser I bought at the time of my appointment. Wonderful products and wonderful service!

I highly recommend this spa and salon for any service from your eye lashes, to massage to hair! Hands down best shop in town. The girls are so wonderful there. Happy, friendly and upbeat. Very knowledgeable. I love learning new ways to style my hair from Chelsea or new tips and tricks for my face from Tera.The owner is pretty amazing too! The vibe for this shop is so relaxing that even my Grandma had a beautiful time enjoying her first spa day.

I was taken back by how beautiful this salon is! Very chic with spa touches which makes it the perfect atmosphere and also makes it unique like all the shops in this area! I had an appointment for a Brazilian sugaring along with sugaring my eyebrows as well; the appointment was with Tera and she did not disappoint! Both were done in thirty minutes flat and she did everything to keep me distracted/ relaxed! She was professional and wonderful at her job! Highly recommend!!!

Husband got a 90 minute massage here today. First off, his appointment was for 9:00am. When we scheduled, they told us to not be late, so he made sure to arrive early. When he arrived, the doors were locked and it looked closed. He tried to call, but there was no answer, and he waited almost a half hour until someone finally showed up. By the time his massage started, it was 9:45am. The work he received was BELOW SUBPAR, and he said that I (his not-schooled-in-massage wife) has given him better massages than he received here. His massage therapist did NOT stop talking the ENTIRE TIME he was on the table (not exactly easy to relax when someone is jabbering in your ear the whole time). To top this off, his massage ended at 11:00am. We paid for a 90 minute massage, and received 75 minutes. We will NEVER come back here, and recommend everyone else to steer clear. Terrible customer service, and not worth the time spent wasted to try them out.

I will follow Tera to the moon and back! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Tera makes you feel right at home and you know you are in good hands. I had a dermaplaning service done yesterday and my skin is glowing and much improved! My husband even noticed a difference! She made me a customized plan and I cannot wait to see the transformation! I am also now all stocked up on effective medical grade product you can only get from Tera! See you next month!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean. I got a Deep massage with Vanessa. It was the best. If you like deep massages this is where you should go.

My fiance went a got a dermal planing and was very happy with the service and knowledge of the people doing the procedure. She has become a permanent customer. She recommends this business to all.

I started coming here because of Group on but now I’m hooked. Friendly & professional service well worth the money. The only downside is parking get there early as it’s a downtown location.

Tera is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. I was in search of a great lash artist for a while, had tried many lash artists before my wedding last year and once I found Tera I was SO happy. My lash retention is the best it ever has been. She not only does a great job but she also is so knowledgable and can answer any question you might have. I wont go to another lash artist ever. Highly recommend Tera, this salon, and all the services they offer!
