All of the team members are always so helpful. This is an extremely busy location, and I think they do their absolute best to work through their lines while also taking care of the members.

Tried using the video teller line. Took a few minutes to try and even understand what the teller was saying due to her mask. Told her over and over that I couldnt hear her until I was over it and let her know I would just have to go in. Parked and went in and seen a long line so left. Wasnt able to get my business taken care of. If your going to have the video tellers then at least take their masks off so they can be understood. A waste of time ..

ENT just had their grand re-opening of this Pueblo location. Kudos to them for investing in their employees work environment and having a totally remodeled facility for their customers. The drive-through went from one lane to three. The building now looks brand new. The people who work here are very nice.

I’ve been here in Pueblo CO for nine years why don’t I ever see African American employees in my Ent credit union? I see Chicano, Latino and, white. Don’t give the excuse of that “there’s not a lot of African Americanpeople in Pueblo” ,because our numbers are increasing. So where are they? Just curious and no hate intended for the public reader with their assumptions about hate. It’s about fair inclusion and employment opportunities.

My wife and I have been with Ent for almost 15 years, we have never had problems over issues like those that others have stated in other reviews. Yes there are lines in drive-thru, but think about everyone else who is in a hurry and not only that now with covid trying to keep themselves and others safe. Remember we are only human and make mistakes and can only do what we can. We will continue to use Ent no matter what, the people are great and true professionals at what they do when some members treat them like garbage.

I just seen a commercial for ent and they say theyre here for us when we need them or their loans the most! Dont count on it even when youre down on your luck the most when you even direct deposit with ent your VA monthly check and you need a lawyer maybe or to catch up on other things, well ENT credit union really doesnt care so go elsewhere it will save you lots of stress! As soon as I figure out how Im going to figure something out to pay off an item at ENT Im taking my disability check and going to a different credit union myself.

I wish there was a zero rating. I was in a car accident last year and got zero communication from them until they claimed I owed them any money (3 months later). When asked why I didn’t receive any notice and they called me at my job, I was told “I don’t know.” Fast forward almost a year when I was told things were taken care of, I get a letter on the mail that ENT has sent me to collections without any notification from ENT themselves. I will never use ENT again!!!!

Their ads are lies. They dont want younas a member if your business is legal Hemp. Charged me a ton of fees and closed my account without even a letter.Dont bank at ENT under any circumstances.

Ent of if pueblo west is my go to branch even tho the I live on SS.... the waiting is to long just use an atm here and the construction has ruined this branch Im sure when its over it will be fine but I wont be here to find out

The people at my branch of ENT are wonderful every time I come through the door. Id give them 5 stars if it wasnt so hard to get ahold of them on the phone! We have checking and a mortgage with them.

Bad customer service from the mortgage department. Susan the mortgage broker does not listen to client needs and just goes through the motions. She almost caused our deal to fall apart because of outright negligence. Get someone in there who actually wants to do this job.Note: I read another review that nailed exactly what I was thinking this branch has become victim of Pueblo mediocrity. Laziness, unwillingness to do their job, and carelessness are the common threads here.

I love banking with Ent Credit Union! There are no hidden fees and lots of nice features like free money orders. Mostly, Im writing this review to spotlight Briana Martinez who went out of her way a few months ago to set me up with a credit card and walk me through everything from checking online statements to paying bills and creating my online account. She was very patient while I asked a million questions and made me comfortable when I walked in stressed out. Thank you!

The people that work there do such a great job always friendly and knowledgeable. Its great to be part of of a credit Union that actually works for you and doesnt charge all kinds of fees.as a member you get a dividend each year. You cant beat that! I would never use a bank.

Your ATM took my check and then ate my card and restarted the program. Then when it rebooted it claimed out of service. I went back by 10 min later and the atm was up and running. There is no 24 hr customer service so there is nothing I can do until Monday. I have 1 day off a week to do my errands and grocery shopping, which is tomorrow but you screwed me on that one. I will be closing my account on Monday and recomend that my business and everyone I know do the same. This is bullshit. 100%

I have never had anything less than a positive experience here. Long lines happen at lunch time, but usually I am in and out. The staff is quick to assist, friendly and knowledgeable. I am going on a year with this credit union, and recommend it to many!! Stellar!!

They should really consider keeping the lobby open later than 5 p.m.. Most people are just getting off work at 5... the drive through stations are filled with 15 cars in line@ 5:20 p.m. And more keep coming. WOW!!

Best bank ever my own bank of 18 years Wells Fargo wouldnt give me a loan but Ent was more then happy to assist me with a line of credit instead of a personal loan. I will be going through them for my next auto loan and future mortgage loan.

Great bank, crappy location and long lines. Have had to use since the closing of Pueblo Blvd location. Wish theyd extend their hours to 6pm. Hard to get there on 9-5hrs.

I checked in at 4:10pm to open a new account. I watched the personal bankers begin to wrap up their day as time went on. About 20 minutes go by & one of the bankers comes out and her attention is grabbed by another customer that had just walked through the door. After a brief exchange, they both go back to her office. A few minutes later, the banker comes out of her office celebrating with another employee about her Walk-in credit card. I watched two more bankers leave AFTER I had already checked in. They saw me waiting; there are no excuses for this other than laziness & wanting to leave for the day. Im sure ENT is a perfectly good bank, but unfortunately this branch has become victim of Pueblo mediocrity. Laziness, unwillingness to do their job, and carelessness are the common threads here. Stay away if you care about your finances; I would not trust this branch with my money.

At one time this was a great place to bank but they consistently make changes that negatively impact the members. Even the people over the phone in member service are rude and offer little help when having an issue.

Used to be a fantastic institution but recent changes have made me reconsider. Removal of any public restrooms even for members is inhumane for everyone forced to wait in line who might have health issues requiring a restroom.

Been in drive through for 30 minutes, and still waiting. This has happened multiple times. Never experienced this kind of wait at a bank. Pretty lame. Once my car is paid off, I will try to get a loan elsewhere.
