Amber is amazing! I am a nurse and have been very disappointed in the Medical field lately. Amber was working with my insurance on medications for me and was really on top of it. She called me and made sure I was aware of the current situation and called after to make sure all is well. Amber is EXACTLY what the Medical field should be and I was very impressed. Amber DEFINITELY deserves a raise, and a position where she can be a role model for others. Thank you Amber!!

I was supposed to have an appointment but maybe 20 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying the doctor refuses to see me. So the receptionist tells me she is going to send over paperwork to get blood drawn and waited for 2 HOURS just for them to tell me they never sent over the paper work. So we call the office and the receptionist refuses to put a doctor on the phone and has and attitude.

This practice has really gone downhill, in both the policies and the selection of providers who care for you. Dr. Goldberg is the only decent doctor there because he seems to care if youre doing well. Everything else about the practice is terrible, from the staff that answers the phones to the people who care for you when youre in office, from their inability to return your calls to their rigid office hours that land in the middle of work days, from their medication refill line that nobody ever seems to check to their god awful medication policies that force you to see a doctor every 6 months despite having been seen in the past 6 months (Those were sick visits, and they want to see you for a healthy visit). I was misdiagnosed in January 2020 with a bad cough and given a medication plan that prolonged my suffering until my normal doctor was back, diagnosed me correctly, and got me medicine that actually made me better.Do yourself a favor and find out who else is in network.

The practice called my cell phone three times within 10 minutes. I am not a patient there and have no connection to them. When I picked up, it sounded like a fax was being sent. I called them, and after listening to their 20 minute long Covid message, I was able to talk to a live person. I asked them to stop calling me. The receptionist actually sounded annoyed with me. Ugh!

I was legitimately yelled at by a pediatrician here, to the point of years, because I had asked for medication for my diagnosed adhd condition with a history of depression already. NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU MEDICATION FOR ADHD WITH HISTORY OF DEPRESSION!!!!I left embarrassed, because you can hear through the walls easy so I know people mustve heard her, and in tears.I went to a psychiatrist within a week and got my proper medication for adhd and was able to successfully finish high school with little to no problems.

I been coming here for years and had an amazing doctor until she left the practice. Since then I have seen a couple of different doctors and havent found one that I am comfortable with. Everyone just says go see this specialist to find out nothing. When I go in because I am sick they focus on a previous condition. They do not listen or care about the patients.

The practice is definitely changing but I’ve been going there for about 10 years. Definitely would recommend Michelle Chi. Very detailed oriented and ask a lot of questions. No problems here

Im not sure if its because of the pandemic but Im very disappointed in this practice. I have been waiting .....trying to get a hold of someone who can connect me to my dr so I can have my medication adjusted so I can feel better. No one is getting back to me or even offering me an appointment so I can get this fixed. Please help

I was going to this location for years, my doctor retired so I stayed and just went to someone else at this location. She was so unprofessional and made me think she wasn’t educated enough to be working there. Every time I needed my prescription refilled for my birth control I had to contact her because she wouldn’t refill it in time and I was always late taking it because of her lack of communication with the CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacist told me they would send her notifications about refilling it and she just never would. Super stressful. So I left and found someone else, best decision ever. I do not recommend this place.

After being a patient here for years was told because I haven’t been in recently I was considered a new patient. And they are not accepting new patients. This was strike two. But they won’t get a third try.

They switched my doctor without ever even giving me knowledge of it they also give me a really hard time getting my prescription and the Secretaries are rude very short with me on the telephone and I get a sense that they don’t actually care about anyone’s well-being they just want the money in your pocket Definitely considering switching to a different practice

I was a patient there since my youth. I recently became sick and they denied me care because i had not been there for over a year. I was told to go urgent care. The receptionist was rude and condescending, and not helpful whatsoever. I would not reccomend this place.
