The staff are very welcoming and kind. I am not very fond of dentists but the office is very comfortable and pristine. The environment is great and looks amazing.

Very friendly and helpful office. Staff communicates extremely well. I have to say that in 40 years of going to the dentist Emily is the best hygienist I have ever had! I will definitely be requesting her for all of my children and my husband. She educated me as she did the work so that I understood more about my teeth and how everything works around teeth. I finally understand now why they tell you to floss everyday. I am not a big flosser but her explaining everything help me understand why it is important. And what happens if I dont. I am so glad I found this office. The actual dentist is super friendly and does great work. Thank you!

I have never been to such a great dentist. Dr. Jason Alred is awesome. Professional and funny. He is great with kids and adults alike. He does his best to limit the amount of visits to get the work done. when you are busy its very kind to have someone think about your time too. I highly recommend this dental office. This is the first dentist my kids havent had to have gas. They are so freaked out at other dentist.

My 15 year old daughter had her first appointment at this office today to have a baby tooth extracted. The front office/assistant gal was very nice and helpful and was able to get us in quickly. The dentist was kind and thorough and took his time with her. Made her feel comfortable. Im already going to recommend this office to my friends and family.

My entire intake experience was great. The clean, stylish office and warm greeting from the receptionist created a lovely first impression. I was brought back almost immediately by Lydia, who was kind and professional, and I didn’t have to wait at all for Dr. Jason to come speak with me. He not only addressed my questions, but took the time to thoroughly answer them by showing me the relevant teeth with the camera. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Next appointment already booked!

I was amazed to learn the hygienists are not vaccinated for Covid-19. The website says the office is following CDC guidelines. I am pretty sure the CDC says to get the vaccine.

I had a tooth literally break on my lunch break one day, without hesitation Dr. Jason had me In the chair and In no time I was better than before. I was a little nervous to have not only a crown but crown lengthening done. Dr. Jason walked me through every step of the process. He is so meticulous with his work and for that I am grateful. Dr. Allred was able to get me in last minute for a root canal after my tooth broke! He was quick and very professional. My husband who had a bad tooth also went to see him prior and had an amazing experience as well. We both hate going to the dentist but this was pretty painless.

Dr Allred was fantastic with my 12 year old daughter who needed two baby canines removed in order to make room for the adult ones to come in.She was nervous and gets very anxious about shots.Dr A was kind, sneaky about his shots and pulled the teeth in just a couple of minutes. It was pain free and we left with a happy girl carrying a little container of teeth.All of the staff at River City Dentistry is very kind and understanding. They make it a breeze for my kids, myself and even my scaredy cat husband!

I met Dr. J (Dr. Jason Allred) today and it was the best thing Ive done for myself in years! I had a problem with a bridge Id had done previously. My dentist quoted me 3,000.00 to repair it. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. J. He repaired the bridge the same day in his office. I have a wonderful bite, no pain, no problems. Im 71 years old but Im no dummy. I have never enjoyed the dentist and I have had very few experiences where I didn’t walk out feeling like I was the worst patient they ever seen. But with Dr Jason, there was nothing but encouragement. At no point was I embarrassed or harassed. All of my visits with him were a pleasure and I would not hesitate to visit again. River City Dentistry is a state of the art, class act. Dr Allred took care of me on a weekend emergency call about my pain, he scheduled me into his office Monday morning and diagnosed I needed a root canal. Without waiting he went to work with his staff rearranging his patient schedule to take care of me that morning. I went out of town that week and he continued to monitor my progress with ph calls and texts.I am impressed with the personal attention and professionalism!!!!

Dr. Jason is such an awesome dentist!!! He truly cares about his patients, he helped educating me about each treatment needed to be done, root canal, fillings and extraction. He drew me a nice picture to explain the root canal procedure lol. During the RCT, he kept checking on me, making sure that I was comfortable since it was a long procedure. He is a perfect dentist to do fillings too, because hes very picky and he took time to make my teeth look good so I can smile with confident!!I can tell that Dr. Jason takes great pride in all his work, including post op care, he wanted to know if I was healing ok after the extraction/implant procedure. Ive never met any dentists who checked on a patient like Dr. Jason did, he is the best!!

I was ONCE a long time client. They were fine when I was a healthy guy. I started having seizures, however, and that is where their friendliness and compassion ENDED. Seizures are no respectors of schedules or appointments. RCD time and again charged me $50 for missing my appointment EVEN THOUGH I HAD SEIZURES THAT DAY. Me not showing up was actually protecting their LIABILITY but no MONEY was always more important than my medical and physical SAFETY! if you have health problems or are older and likely to develop such conditions, I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. In fact Run the other direction because money is all they care about.

Letstand just get this out of the way... I have had a huge fear of going to the dentist since I was a kid. Things havent changed in the the many years that have followed. There was a 15 year period where I did not go to the dentist, but the time came that I had no choice. I knew Dr. Donna previously, and after talking to her about my fear of dentists, she convinced me to make an appointment. Needless to say, I was terrified when I arrived for my appointment, but Dr. Donna and her awesome staff made me feel as comfortable as this chicken could possibly be at my first appointment in a very long time. The appointment went very well, and I have been a patient for several years now. Im still a chicken, but Dr. Donna, Brandy, Emily, Lydia, and the rest of the staff have been great every time I have been in for whatever reason. I highly recommend Dr. Donna and River City Dentistry for their skill and caring attitude!
