I cannot recommend this office enough! Every staff member makes you feel welcome and cared for. Friendly faces at the front desk, knowledgable chiropractors, and a stellar massage therapist. Dr. Elliott practically cured me of the neck, chest, and back pain I was having from starting a new desk job, helped my husband with back pain and leg numbness from his desk job, and even helped my 7 year old son with focus issues he was having in school and emotional issues in general. My sons teacher was thrilled with the difference she saw in my son after just a few visits with Dr. Elliott. You wont be disappointed in your care here!

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS OFFICE!!! Not only are the front desk staff filled with ANGELS! BUT! The DR is INCREDIBLE. He went into great depth on what my back and neck needed. He showed me where I was struggling, then made adjustments accordingly. I walked away feeling like a brand new woman. This office is incredible! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They are willing to work with you and accommodate you to the best of their ability. Dr. Elliot helped my son, who was born 15 weeks premature, with his severe reflux among other issues. I can not reccomend them enough!!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I have been coming here for about 6 years on and off...their front staff is amazing!!! Always kind and a beautiful To walk in to.Usually not more than a few minute wait, truly care about the well being of their patients!! Both doctors listen to your issues, go over your x-rays and just don’t snap crackle pop you like many do...Their adjustments are smooth and easy. They r very precise with their movement and have become great professional friends! I would recommend both doctors to any of my friends and family!!!!!

Having gone to several chiropractors in my adult life I can truly say River City Chiropractic offers a different more lasting approach to my neck adjustments. Unlike traditional popping and twisting neck adjustments the unique Blair method has me convinced in coming in for corrective and maintenance issues. I so appreciate Dr. Elliot educating me on the importance of maintaining upper cervical correction that I am able to recognize when my atlas is out and needs an adjustment. I so appreciate river city chiropractic.I went in when my knee was hurting really really badly and the first time that Dr. Crawford adjusted me it was like a weigh was lifted off my shoulders. I felt so good. I try to recommend everybody I can to Dr. Crawford. I like his personality and I like the way he cares about how his clientele is is feeling. He is very knowledgeable and I am thankful I met him.

I had never had a chiropractic adjustment before I decided to see Dr. Crawford for lower back and shoulder pain. He is very nice and informed, and made sure to educate me on what he would be doing. I dont often have time to get an adjustment, so I can feel the difference if its been too long. My adjustments are pretty quick and efficient, and the office staff are very nice and helpful as well. Overall, great experiences there!

I have had a long time fear of Chiropractors and getting bones cracked and popped. Well during the start of my third trimester of pregnancy, I was having so much sciatic nerve pain I couldn’t even move sometimes. I On my first visit Dr. Elliot sat with me and eased all my fears about what they actually do and how it works, I’ve been going once a week for 3 months now and can’t believe the difference In sciatic nerve pain. The receptionist (I wish I knew her name) always recognizes me when I come in and is so kind. And Dr Elliot makes me feel super comfortable. I’ve also heard really great thinks about Dr Crawford. I think if you’re looking for a chiropractor than they should definitely be first on your list to try.

I love this place. Dr. Elliott has kept the many issues going on in my spine from getting any worse. Dr Crawford even helped my cat. They are wonderful, caring, and great at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Came in with some severe nerve pain in my leg, did not even get an adjustment or any pointers on my first visit even though I could barely walk into the office. Started coming 3 days a week noticed some improvement but my ailments always came back with no real improvement on pain. The doctor would leave early on days I scheduled to come in close to closing time leaving me hanging with another doctor which I did not appreciate at all. Towards the end of me coming to this place I would call in to get an appointment scheduled earlier due to some severe pain and the doctor was not able to see me. Finally went to another doctor and got a second opinion. I was in so much pain I got to the point where I could not work and support my family. Called in to possibly get a refund on all of my prepaid visits and they declined and said I would actually owe them money if they refunded me. So long story short I feel like this particular Doctor Scott Elliot does not care about his patients and if they get better or not. I was not happy with the services I got and now am out a bunch of money that I was not able to use at this office because I was proactive and got a second opinion and am in a much better place now. Generally if somebody is not happy with a service they were provided good business owners provide a refund. All I was asking for was the last remaining visits I had prepaid for refunded.

April 2018 I went for a walk in preparation for Bloomsday. The day after I had sciatica and four days later my entire right leg from my hip to my toes was numb. For about a week I contemplated going to my primary care dreading that he would recommend steroids. So I called River City chiropractic and made an appointment. It took four months of dedicated routine appointments and continued maintenance appointments but the numbness resolved and I am able to sleep better because I have less lower back aches. Dr. Elliots philosophy of whole body care is his best attribute. The entire staff is super friendly and professional.

I struggled with severe pain after a car accident back in 2007. I went to one chiropractor every week for 13 months until he said he’d no longer see me. He said my lifestyle wasn’t letting me get better. I saw another chiropractor for 6 months every week and saw no improvement. I saw a third chiropractor twice a week for 4 months and he was very mad that I wasn’t getting better. Eventually I gave up for over a year and thought I was just going to live in constant pain for the rest of my life.I ran into River City Chiro at the fair and felt like I should try them out. The approach to my injury was completely different than the other practitioners. After two months of weekly visits, my daily sever pain diminished gradually to absolutely no back pain. I go in periodically a few times a year and it has allowed me to live normally. I truly believe that it saved the quality of my life and my overall health.

I love River City Chiropractic and Dr Crawford! Everyone is so helpful and very friendly. There is also an awesome kids play space so my kids can play while I get adjusted, which my kids love!

My favorite chiropractor is Scott Crawford. He knows how to keep my frame straight. I was in a heap of pain several years ago with numbness in my hands and feet, and come to find out several parts of my spine were out. (probably had been for 20 plus years.) Now that Im in his care I have no numbness and am usually am pain free. Once youve been out for a long time and then you are adjusted regularly, the difference is amazing.

Great experience going here, had neck and back pain for years and finally went in to get it check out. Saw major progress only after going for a about a month and still go in for treatment regularly. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend.

After a day of splitting firewood, I found myself unable to sleep the following night due to pain in my upper/mid-back. I scheduled an appointment with Doctor Scott Elliott the following day, having only been in to see him one time prior to this. He was able to get me in within a few hours, and he spent ample time listening to my concerns, examining my condition, and making adjustments. I felt heard by Doctor Elliott, and I felt that he was genuinely concerned about the pain I was dealing with. I felt like a new person the following day. Words cannot express my appreciation for River City Chiropractic. I used to live in Coeur d’Alene and when I had back and neck pain I would visit Dr. Elliot for an adjustment and without fail his treatment had me aligned and pain free within a very short time. Recently I returned to visit family in the area and I was in excruciating pain and had been for a couple of months. My back and neck were out. I had tried other chiropractors in the past and basically gave up as their treatments did not work for me.The Blair technique that River City Chiropractic uses to reset your atlas is key to restoring proper alignment. Within a couple of days after my treatment the pain was completely gone. I could move again. I could sleep again without waking up all night long in awful pain. Thank you Dr. Elliot and team for making this such a pleasant visit. Also, the fee for a treatment is more than fair and worth it!

The doctors take time to eval and diagnose the problem before they start adjusting. Great front desk staff. Organized place with great patient care. Ive heard from other patients whove seen lots of chiros that River citys treatment style is unique and they have a special way of adjusting the atlas.

I have been seeing Dr. Elliott with River City Chiropractic for over 4 years now. I had severe neck pain and tightness along with many headaches from multiple car accidents when I started coming to see Dr. Elliott. I was very impressed with how much he wanted to know about my history and made sure to get the appropriate X-rays to see what was going on. He has helped me TREMENDOUSLY and I am now at a point where I can go in to get routine adjustments for my well being. (If you aren’t sleeping well at night and are having headaches don’t hesistate any longer on getting evaluated!) On another note, my 2 little kids also get adjustments every now and then from Dr. Elliott and not only is it SUPER reasonably priced to have your kiddos adjusted, they help so much! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I am very grateful.

Ive seen doc Crawford who did thorough x-rays, intro and adjustments. Only thing I dont like is the auto raise chiro bed. They have electrical stim and chair massagers. And a baseline quiet waiting area. ALOT of chiropractor offices seem to be a social club. River City is pretty low key. I wish they offered traction.

I have only been with River City Chiropractic for a month now and am so pleasantly surprised with the staff and physical results. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Myofascial, and Sjogrens. I have been plagued with headaches and migraines for years and have been seen by numerous chiropractors over the years.Dr. Elliot found a bone spur at the base of my skull that the prior chiropractors never found that takes 20+ years to get like it is. This shows how much tension my neck and shoulders have been under for so long. He also found that I have no curve in my low back, again over looked by the other chiropractors. I have sprained my back twice and have been stuck on the ground unable to get up. The adjustment style is very gently but very effective! My atlas has had issues staying aligned for years, and now it is starting to hold! I came to Dr. Elliot with numbness going down my arms into my hands and am now having relief from that and finding that the culprit is probably the atlas, again I have always slept on my side as I was never comfortable on my back, and now only a short time into my adjustments things are changing and I am finding myself wanting to sleep on my back instead! It has been amazing to see the effects of having the atlas stay in alignment and how it helps all the way down my spine!The staff is always friendly and knows who you are!
