I hurt my lower back about six weeks ago, and was in an excruciating amount of pain for almost a week before I decided to find a chiropractor. I chose the health within because of their convenient location and office hours. They were able to see me the same day, and after a new patient exam and some x-rays, we set me up with a treatment plan that includes massage therapy to get me feeling better.I went three times a week for the first few weeks, and felt markedly better in a short amount of time. Both doctors have a gentle but efficient touch, and they use multiple forms of manipulation to get the best results.I’m going twice a week now, and will taper back to once a week and then to a couple times a month, to maintain my body at optimal health. I highly recommend this office.

Great team, friendly and professional. I have had a wonderful experience with both, Dr. Smith and Grothman as well as with their massage therapist Carla Bennett. Their staff is so helpful getting your appointments scheduled when you need them. Overall, a great experience all around. Highly recommended to help with pain and learning to take responsibility for your wellness.

Love this place. I have had back problems for 20+ years and have been going to them for 6-7 years. I have had several falls and a car accident that they have helped me through with healthy information and no drugs. Thank you so much Dr Grothman. His staff is awesome too. I currently work at Health Within Chiropractic. Prior to working here, I had no chiropractic background at all; I had never seen a Chiropractor nor did I know of anyone who had. The things I have seen and heard since being here are absolutely incredible. Not only is it refreshing to work in an environment where the patient REALLY IS the number one priority but it is also such a good feeling to be able to see the relief that people experience. I have seen people who were practically crawling into our office for their first appointment start to improve their quality of life. Patients who walked in with a cane have started leaving it at home. The nutrition exams that are performed by Dr. Grothman are extensive and extremely helpful. I now tell everyone I know how amazing getting adjusted can be. Things you never knew it could help with, it can. Stop by the office and see for yourself, its truly remarkable.

This place is amazing. I decided to follow the Drs recommendation of 24 visits initial treatment visits, followed by regular maintenance visits & I have never felt better. Im a dental hygienist & back/neck problems have plagued me for years. My back/neck are the best theyve been since before I started my hygiene career over 9 yrs ago. I cant say enough good things about Drs Smith & Grothman. I tell everyone about them!

Just up charged me $20 without telling me before hand. Cost me $60 dollars for 10 minuets of “treatment”. Been to a lot of better chiropractic centers. DON’T GO TO THIS ONE!
