I was all nervous about getting my first dot physical before i got to optimal. I walked in and instantly everyone was super nice and dr nelson was the coolest guy you could get in a situation like that. Instantly made me feel welcome and i will be going back there after my first experience.

I went in for a DOT Physical. They got me in for an appointment right away. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. So, so easy! Plus they have lifesaver mints at the front desk...always a plus in my opinion. :)

Ive been here twice. First time my experience was great. This 2nd time it was ok. Requested one chiropractor via email but it was switched when I arrived. My session was super rushed and felt a little aggressive. People are nice and friendly just felt like I was being hurried.

I have been going to Optimal Chiropractic since September 2017 and Dr. Emily has greatly reduced my pain and improved my quality of life. I went to Optimal Chiropractic based partly on Google reviews, but it was a toss-up because there were a few in my area who had pretty stellar sounding reviews. I am glad I found Optimal and the always upbeat, knowledgeable, and thorough Dr Emily. I had recurring jaw numbness, dizziness, memory lapses, migraines, etc in addition to complications of arthritis in the lower half of my body. While the latter treatment is ongoing, Dr. Emily was able to help get to the bottom of the first set of problems within four treatments. Dr. Emily and Dr. Chris do an amazing job.

Dr. Chris & Dr Emily truly have a passion for and extensive knowledge of Chiropractic. I have experienced a few other Chiros in the area and was blown away by the difference I felt after a few treatments at Optimal Chiropractic. A great place for a quick quality DOT physical. They were able to get me in the same day for an appointment.

I came into the office with a severe headache and they were able to assess that my frequent and chronic headaches were coming from my neck. They performed an adjustment to my neck which was painless and smooth. I noticed an immediate reduction in pain while I was still in the office. About an hour or so after the adjustment my headache was completely gone, I didnt have to take any pain relievers. It was amazing! One week after my adjustment and still no headache! I am so happy I found a doctor to help with my pain.

I started going to optimal about a month or so ago. i would have severe headaches almost daily, pain shooting down my legs that would sometimes make me fall, and a lot of back and shoulder pain. since my first appointment my headaches have been almost non existent, and now the pain going down my legs is dissapearing. my back, neck, and shoulder have significantly less pain and getting better. i really like how thorough she is and how she explains everything she is doing and why things hurt and how they work together. it really helps change the way you carry yourself around on a daily basis to help in recovery.

I injured my back this past Friday and it kept me up all night. The same injury had happened once before and I knew from the prior incident not to put off seeing a chiropractor. There were none open on Saturdays in my area of North Idaho. When I searched for a Chiropractor open on Saturdays the closest I found was Optimal Chiropractic, in Post falls Idaho, a little more than an hour drive away. I called right at the time they listed as opening and was able to get in that Saturday morning.I drove to Post Falls and was quickly seen by doctor Chris Nelson. He was completely thorough in his treatments. I left feeling better and was able to get a full nights rest that evening. He called to check in with me the following Monday when I was able to say I had improved even more over the past 2 days.I would highly recommend Optimal Chiropractic to anyone in the Post Falls, CDA, or Liberty Lake areas. After we had our baby my wife and I both received much needed adjustments from Dr Emily Wentworth. It made all the difference! It was my first adjustment and I couldnt believe how much better I felt!

As my back has been hurting off and on for about a year now my hubby kept telling me to go in and get adjusted, but I have not had good experience in the past with chiros Ive used and thought it was a waste of money. This last week was more continual pain so I bit the bullet and said I would find someone and make an apt. I wanted a place where they actually popped me and not just used machines or a little tool. I made a same day apt (friday) and showed up. After filling out the paperwork I went right back and started talking to Dr. Chris. I told him where I was hurting and he went right to work. After a bit of time and lots of pops later I got up from the table slowly and hurting (which was normal) he said lay back down and did a little more, also had Dr. Emily come in and do a few things as well. I got up slowly, hurting again. He said give it a couple days and then come back monday.The next morning I woke up and was able to do things that hurt me before....like rolling over in bed, getting out of bed and even lifting the toilet lid. It was literally a night and day difference just after ONE treatment. WOW!!! Why did I wait so long????For anyone skeptical or have had bad experiences in the past....I HIGHLY recommend giving CHRIS NELSON a shot.....he has magic hands. Thank you SOOO much, Im so glad I can do those simple things we take for granted without pain!
