Great experience. The embroidery was beautiful and completed quickly. Darin was very attentive, helpful, and speedy in all his responses. I was offered suggestions about color adjustments to best suite the garment, multiple stitch examples with different coloring, and the end product was placed perfectly on my jackets. I would highly recommend!

Awesome! I have work next door at Bales for 11 years and never stopped in the shop before but decided I wanted to get some Sunset gear to support our neighborhood High School. The staff was super friendly and helped me and within five minutes I was already out the door with a nice new polo shirt ordered.

Amazing customer service! I just started using them for our dance groups hoodies and they did a great job. Their customer service is awesome and Darin responds really quickly to all my questions (and there have been a lot). I plan to keep using them for future projects!

Ive worked with Team Uniforms for years and they have always been fast, courteous, and responsive to any special requests. We get all of our uniforms for our business through them, as well as all of our custom gear for our youth little league team. Great local business. Highly recommend.

I would rate zero stars if I could. These guys are extremely uncourteous and unhelpful. I wanted to get something embroidered and they told me they didn’t have time. I told them time wasn’t an issue for me and I wasn’t in a rush but they still said no. They already had the artwork for my project and had previously embroidered other items with this logo for a friend of mine and were planning to do more work for her, which is how I was referred to them. I’m not sure what their deal is - this was my first time interacting with them and apparently they just didn’t feel like making time for my business or making any effort to refer me elsewhere or be helpful in any way whatsoever. Major thumbs down.
