We found ourselves in a situation where we needed a few medical supplies. After searching a few websites, Shamrock had what we needed and we went. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming, friendly, and warm. They demonstrated every piece of equipment for us, making sure that not only would it work for our situation but that we understood how to use or modify it. They even helped us locate a piece of equipment they didn’t have available at the time - which was 100% unexpected. We left the store feeling cared for.We would not be in as good a place as we are now without the lovely ladies at Shamrock Medical. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Shamrock staff for being amazing and giving a next level experience.

Right up front: the folks at Shamrock are the NICEST PEOPLE. Highly recommend! So the full story: my partner hurt his foot, and was told not to walk on it for a few weeks. We needed to get him some crutches. But everyone was sold out of crutches - not Walgreens, not Goodwill, not Walmart, nobody.So, searching for medical supply stores near me, I called Shamrock... and alas, they didnt have any crutches for sale either.But then: MIRACLE. The guy I talked to (I didnt catch his name) said they didnt have any NEW crutches, but someone had donated a used pair that was missing an armrest pad. He refused to accept any money for them, just told me I could have them if Id come grab them!When I got there, I thought Id at least buy some armrest pads so I could give these nice folks SOME money... but they found a spare pad in the back, stuck it on, and sent me on my way without letting me pay for anything! They were so sweet and generous, next time I need any medical supplies that are in stock, I know where Im going. Thanks, Shamrock!!

I have just begun working with Shamrock Medical as I prepare for my husband to return home from a rehab facility. I cant begin to say how helpful Mark has been. He has walked me through this painful process of obtaining medical equipment at a reasonable price. His patience appears to have no end in dealing with my numerous questions. He has made so many helpful suggestions as I maneuver through this process.

I read through the positive reviews and want to buy locally, I’m not a satisfied potential customer.I wanted to order a ~$2500 lift and was told they’d call me back; I called again 2-1/2 hours later and was told the manufacturer is 6 weeks out from availability.A minute after I got off the phone with Shamrock, I called a vendor in VA, talked with the owner, placed an order - it’s in stock and will ship tonight directly from CA and it’ll be delivered to my door in 2 days with free shipping, no tax, and my cost is just under $2100. I surmise that Shamrock didn’t even bother to call the manufacturer.

Great place. Mark has worked on my husband motorized scooter several time Im the past and needed a lift to get him out of his chair now. He brought 2 different lifts out to Canby to see which one was the best fit for my husband. He helped with the purchase. Id recommend his business.

This crew is aces. Thinking outside of the norm tailoring my Walker/rollator. Mark has routinely assisted in scooter choices AND walkers/rollers. The allow me to take a loaner if they are repairing my Walker. They are the bees knees.

Good people who provide excellent service. I called in for help with a patient looking for a lightweight walker. The staff there not only gave me a couple of options, describing each one. But also called back the next day to let me know he had found some additional walkers. Much appreciated.

Very impressed with the service at Shamrock. Rented a knee wheelie for a bruised ankle that I could not put weight on. After a few days, decided I really needed a walker for stability. Easy to return knee wheelie, received credit for early return, and exchanged for walker. Very accommodating. Nice prices for rentals.

I was in need of a power scooter and when I ordered it, it would take a few days to come in. In the meantime, Mark brought me a loaner to use, free of charge, until mine came in. When mine was ready, he came and delivered it to me and picked up the loaner. All of that was at no charge! Amazing! If I have any questions, or problems, he is always ready to help. I am very appreciative and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical equipment.

My wife is getting out of the hospital today and I called because I wanted to get her a medical bed for a while. Dr. is saying that she cant sleep flat for a while. I canned Shamrock Medical to see about getting a bed delivered. They were so nice and helpful. They told me that this will all be handled through the discharge at the hospital and the insurance company and I shouldnt have to do anything. What I appreciated about all this is that they didnt just try and sell me a service that I may not need. The gentleman who answered the phone patiently answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. All of this without trying to sell me on anything. Thank you for your help and I will defiantly be calling if I need equipment.

Im writing this review in regards not to the wheelchair that I rented, but to the service that i received. I did indeed rent a wheelchair and it worked great, no problems and no troubles.About a month before my parents planned trip up to the PNW my mother informed me that my father would need a wheelchair as he had recently been having trouble walking. I hadnt seen them in over a year and a half so I was taken aback - this would be the first time I would have to push my father around in a wheel chair.I looked up Shamrock Medical on Google and their reviews were already remarkable so I decided to rent a chair from them. The service was quick, friendly and the couple of hours before I had to pick them up from the airport I had a wheelchair.The time that I had with them was enjoyable but admittedly overshadowed by the revelation of my fathers mortality. I pushed the wheelchair through the rugged streets and museums of Newport, OR, the slants and hills of Portland Metro, up and down the ramp to a surprise boat dinner/ tour cruise and every night into my parents hotel room. during the controlled chaos I realized that somehow the back of the chair had sustained a small tear. Another drop of water in the bucket of my stress that had been overflowing to begin with. How much was that going to cost? 100? 200? I dont make a ton of money and was already stretching my finances with this vacation.At the end of the trip I was exhausted mentally, physically, emotionally. I dropped my parents off at the airport, wished them farewell and put the wheelchair in the trunk of my car. The drive home was hindered by the tears in my eyes, I already missed them.Two days after the date I was supposed to return the wheelchair I had bought groceries, I opened up the trunk of my car and saw it. I completely forgot to return the medical equipment! I panicked! I called immediately and apologized profusely.I rushed home, wiped it down and hurried to Shamrock Medical to return it! I was at the peak of my stress, on the verge of tears and still beaten down from the emotions that followed my parents visit. When I brought it in the wheelchair the blond-haired women (I really wished I had gotten her name) looked up the documents - I braced myself for a large bill and strength to hold back my tears.She said, Were not going to worry about the two extra days. I was flabbergasted! She approached the wheelchair and I apologized to her, I hadnt tried to make excuses about the late return. The stress had consumed me and made me forget about it, I was willing to pay for my mistake.I then pointed out the slight damage to the back of the chair and she told me not to worry about it, normal wear and tear. I was so taken aback, I didnt know what to say. All I could do was apologize and give her a hug. I thanked her and rushed out of the store because I was so close to crying from the catharsis. There were several other customers in the store and I didnt want to make a scene.Thank you so so much, from the bottom of my heart. I know it was just renting a wheelchair but the ramifications of it dug so deeply into me. I wasnt just renting a chair for my father, I was paying for and acknowledging his physical decline - the fact that he might not be around much longer. You made it just a little less stressful with your forgiveness and for that, thank you.I absolutely and whole-hardheartedly recommend this business.

Mark came out and picked up my VA issued power chair and returned it 24 hours later fixed. Thats nearly a miracle. Doing anything with my equipment with the VA is usually a long and painful process. This time was no exception; until Shamrock Medical came out and took care of the problem. I definitely trust and appreciate these folks! They treated me like a person not like a name and a number!

After being released from OHSU Acute Trauma I required a bathtub chair and a hemi-walker.Insurance was a week out for my walker, however Shamrock Medical had one I could rent to fill in the time gap.The employees are so nice, helpful and understanding. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I know that, if in the future, I need something medical equipment-ish I know where to go.
