Terrible company! Aides almost never show up or are not capable of doing the work. Emergency number is a joke! It usually goes to voicemail and if you are able to leave a message (box is full most times) they will almost never call back. This happens on a daily basis. Even after several complaints to different office staff, nothing changes. We are switching companies!

Unprofessional, not trained, rude and never show up Caregivers always on their phones ,and if you bring it to the agency attention then you are a difficult client My family member has had food clothes and money come up missing several times and no one seemed to know what happened . Anytime you bring anything to the agency attention then again you are a difficult client service coordinator or hr person or what ever her title is extremely rude If you care about your loved ones and their well-being do not use them to care for your loved one. The state needs to take a look at their business practice. Unqualified not trained rude employeeDo not use this agency if you care about your Love Ones

Very unprofessional, wage is extremely low for the type of conditions you may walk into. Staff just doesnt know how to speak to potential and current employees. No communication between staff either and it very evident.

I enjoy the training with Ms. Cinnamon. I’ve been in the home care field for almost 15years but she still was able to share helpful information to me. You never know what you might learn. The hands on training was great.. I really enjoy working with her a lot!

I just recently switched from my current employer to This company the switch went easy for me and my client I received a 1$ pay raise better benefits with Patriot home Care also better communication with the workers in the office I like how well organized they are and they have slot of work available for everyone I just Love it I’m getting paid for Holidays a d they offer 401k plan and much more paid sick leave Everything just fits just right into my life schedule and my school schedule I’m looking forward to working for this company for awhile my client even likes the company it was easy for her to switch over I would recommend anyone to work for them

Working for Patriot has been a rewarding experience both financially and emotionally empowering. I enjoy working here mainly because they are easy to work for understanding and accomodating never a problem with my pay my benefits or days off. They also make it fun here by having raffles and other incentives.

Ms. Cinnamons training and orientation was very detailed. She provided a lot of info and made sure we understood all of the info we received. She gave us a chance to ask questions and discuss things we needed more knowledge on. She was a awesome person to work with!

My family member has had food clothes and money stolen several times by multiple employees. When i came to visit I could not wake up caregiver sleeping on the couch. This company should be shut down! Do not trust them with your loved ones. They are horrible!

My experience with the training at patriot home care was not only enlightening but also fun. My trainer made me feel comfortable and welcome and treated us light family. Thank you cinnamon for being so down to earth.

Downtown staff very rude and unprofessional. In need of customer service training. They lack empathy and have zero couth. Downtown needs replaced with new staff that are knowledgeable with home health, friendly, and treat others how they would want themselves or relatives treated. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM they will play with your money as well and lie about amount.

My training with Cinnamon was extremely helpful. Just when you think you have it down packed, she teaches you something new. She was easy to work with and really down to earth. Made me want to become a trainer..

Horrible unreliable company. My mother is very sick with Multiple Sclerosis and they do not show up half of the time. My father tries to call coordinator and she does not return our phone calls and has had a full voicemail for some time. Do not trust this company to care for your loved ones.All of the good reviews for this company are left by employees that much is clear, anyone who has actually hired them left 1 star! So completely obvious, what a shady company

Cinnamon took her time and made sure we all understood the class and training. She was very polite. She encouraged questions through out our class. The class was very hands on and very informative!

Very Unprofessional and incompetent, They will leave your loved ones alone for multiple days. The Schedulers are not held accountable .No first aide or CPR training Required and they will remove you from a client if one of there family members need some HOURS WORK FOR OR WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!I wouldn’t leave 1 Star

The office staff are courteous professional and polite. It is wonderful working in connection with kind and caring people. My mother and I are very greatful to partner with patriot home care inc. The training is great and prepares you to care for whomever your assigned to care for, competitive wages(better than Ive heard about other agencies) and might i add you get paid on time!!! Ive heard some nightmares about some of the other home health agencies but have not had those experiences with patriot home care inc. Of Pittsburgh pa.Mia Patterson

Patriot Home Care (Pittsburgh Office) has been such a great experience for me and my grandmother. From the excellent help to get transferred from the office staff members, starting employment, to the training you receive to make sure you are comfortable with providing care for your loved one, all i can say is exceptional. We have been with other agencies but nothing compares to Patriot!

My trainer Cinnamon is thee best hands down if there is something that you dont know she will go out her way to provide you with the information.

Everybody seems to be nice. My only problem was being told when I signed on, I would get a raise after a year. I was told I work too many hours to be paid more than 9.25 a HR. If I would work less hours they could afford to pay me more. I call it like I see it. 70 hrs a week for a year deserves a raise
