Im very happy with the service provided. Initially I conversed with a gentleman after hours and I got a call back the next day. I spoke with Gina O. who explained the service in detail and the costs. We agreed to meet the next day at my family members home. Gina arrived promptly and was personal yet professional in her demeanor. She had a contract with her which I read and it was exactly as she stated with no surprises meaning she did a great job explaining.Fast forward now roughly a month into the service and I am very happy. My mother had a few problems which they immediately informed me of. Employees, ALL of them I have dealt with have been caring, great demeanor and personal. Im really impressed with this operation and my family member also likes her caregiver Lisa and my family member can be hard to please. In a world where oftentimes we are met with people that are ambivalent towards others or just trying to make it through the day, this operation stands tall and I am thrilled to have found them.
