Always want you to work a lot of hours or want you to deal with clients that are very difficult. They will tell you there is nothing in your area but they will post on hiring sites clients in your area. They will blow up your phone every single day for you to work, very high turnover over worked under paid. For the black folks they will continue to send you to white clients that don’t like black people putting you in a uncomfortable situation. They don’t pay enough for you to be uncomfortable period. If I could give a 0 or no star I would. Before I worked for this company a few folks told me not to do it but I did because I needed extra money. I would work myself into the ground for a 200$ paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Home Instead care is a way better place and pay more and is more flexible with putting you close to home. I forgot to add when you have family emergency or have to deal with personal issues they want you to put there clients first. Absolutely not!!!!! 0 stars

BrightStar Care has provided me with excellent care. My current caregiver has been named The National Caregiver of the Year 2017. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive, and helpful. Other caregivers have been very friendly, while all assist with my exercise regimen. I would never hesitate to recommend this agency to someone needing care.

Ive been working with Brightstar Northills almost 4 years as a fulltime Caregiver..I can honestly say that this agency is a wonderful company to work for..The owner work very closely with us employees and to our clients needs. Very friendly atmosphere and all office staffs are so nice..Thankful and so very proud to be a part of this agency that I can call my second family..

There are so many things I can point out on their end with the short period of time I’ve worked there. First of all,using a Hoyer Lift is for TWO PEOPLE to operate. You need TWO PEOPLE to use a Hoyer Lift otherwise that’d be one huge lawsuit,accident or hurt on both ends. Declined a shift after I was told i was okay to use a Hoyer Lift by myself with this specific client. Think again,THATS ILLEGAL. I was a bit nervous about it,but I made the right decision by quitting. Wouldn’t recommend anyone working here if they’ll put you in the spot like that. They should know that’s a big NO to one person using a Hoyer Lift!! That’s somebodies family member that caregiver is taking care of. How’d they feel if a caregiver was taking care of their family member using a hoyer by themselves? I’d surely be frantic,and I’d never ever put my family through an agency like this!!

Caregivers did not show up, not trained for my needs and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company!
