The place shouldnt exist. They do not pay their employees thousands like their commercial says and they sent you unprofessional workers to for you. Its beyond ridiculous.

The worst company. Constantly being bought out, changing names, changing practices and policies. Caregivers hate them because of their low pay rates, non-existent health plan (basically zero coverage), zero benefits(2 paid days for holidays per year) and constant changes. Even during COVID-19, they offered their caregivers ZERO INFORMATION on where or how to get vaccinated. These are people who work hard taking care of the sick & elderly in their homes, but they were of no help to them, even though they were in group 1a. My caregiver actually came with me to UPMC to finally get vaccinated! Regardless of whether our caregiver records her hours or not, which we sign off on in the application each week, they call every week and say they need her hours from us. This is not our job to record her hours! We have been with them for 1 year, and in that time we have had 4 different case managers. In addition, when our caregiver was out (death in family, 1 day of vacation), we were told they dont actually have people on staff to fill-in, so basically we were SOL! I am disabled and my mother is elderly and very frail. This was a HUGE issue for us, and we were just left in the lurch. Terrible company-AVOID them for your loved ones if you value their well being.

Filed multiple complaints against this agency! With my experience this agency is unprofessional and has no regard towards the client! Very sad that they did not protect their client and I had to go to the police and press charges....Please beware of who takes care of your loved one and research the Agency and the backgrounds they do

My daughter works for this company and she sees nothing wrong with it, except for the fact they are short staffed BECAUSE they cant find qualified people WILLING to work. Everyone wants a job, until they get it then they wont work.As far as client care, it is EXCELLENT. The clients are treated with respect and are provided with the best care possible.All these negative reviews should not even be taken seriously.

I love working for Excel Home Care. We try our best to always make the client and their caregivers happy. I am the Jessica that Alice, another reviewer and previous caregiver of ours, speaks of. I simply told the truth about her employment with us. Its a shame a bad review was left because of that! Excel goes above and beyond to ensure our clients are cared for.

This Company is like dealing with car salesmen. Before you choose them Id advise doing some homework. They said they pay the best? Lie.. Paid holidays? Ive been here 11 months and have yet to receive any, xmas is the only holiday left ? Paid time off = none.. Benefits=where.. Very unorganized doubt theyll be around to stay

I work for them caring for my mom and this by far has been the most trying experience with a company I feel like I shouldn’t have switched companies. 2nd time I haven’t been paid and they give an excuse with direct depositPlease read the reviews!! The most recent ones. The company is very unprofessional, they mess up hours, they’re lack of respect for workers and clients, they lied about the holiday pay, lied about paying more. Excel Home Health is a scam. They’re cool until they get you in and collect your money after that they don’t care. 2nd Worst Company I’ve Ever worked for!!!!! You are a pay check not a client. Staff in office no communication skills. Care givers are only giving what they want not what is needed. Lazy always someone else fault cant even stand up and take accountability for the part they are responsible for

They suck I wasted over three months to get my mom care. Mike Rinds in the pgh pa office said it will be a quick process to have her in. I asked if I should make any calls to coordinator about the change, etc. He said no he has it n it a very quick process. I called several times, no return call. When I reach him he repeats himself n claims what he didnt get. Now they want me to call her coordinator n take care of business I thought was theres. They have really hurt us when it comes to her care. She has left one agency. I think if they DONT care about ppl welfare is this about money or care. When you get enough money you DONT care whos money u get after that as long as its gotten. No one corporate office helped also

At the begining like the other woman stated I thought they were great I quickly found out they were not.Very unprofessional and not very forthcomming with their business pratices are questionable to say the least FYI do your own background check on their employees. They out right lied to get our case and once they did thats when we start seeing the sheenigians be aware be very aware I would not reccommend or use them every again.
