Extremely unprofessional behavior from the owner and trainer of this gym. Curtis is a true disgrace and is only self serving in his endeavors. He belittles people who are not like him and is extremely bigoted. I would not recommend joining or giving money to such a hateful man.

Im in day 4 and Curtis is kicking my behind!! I love this place! My body is hurting because Im working muscles that NEED to be worked! I hurt in a good way! Im so pumped to keep going and getting better with each day! I highly recommend Rockstar Bootcamp! You wont be sorry! A special thank you to Curtis! He is motivating, professional, funny, and serious about his business. He gets everyone pumped up with his enthusiasm! He also takes the time to answer your personal emails and texts if you have questions about your body and health after your workouts, and I appreciate that! He is a ROCKSTAR!!

It never gets boring because they change up the workouts every day and they are challenging--and Curtis helps modify the workout if you are a beginner. The class times are also very convenient for people who have 9-5 jobs like myself. I strongly recommend this boot camp!

I absolutely love Rock Star Boot Camp! I never have to worry about what Im going to do for a workout now! Every week Curtis organizes his kick butt classes that are guaranteed to make you work hard and sweat! And you cant beat the 40 minute class time!

My wife invited me to join her for a class a while back and it was very fun. Curtis encourages you while providing expert instruction. It is definitely an intense workout that will bring results!

Curtis is such a great encouragement to everyone, this is a gym that pushes you but not beyond what you can physically do. He makes sure to adjust an exercise if you have a medical issue that would prevent you.

Love this place, every day is a different workout. You never know what youre gonna get your self into each time you walk in. And to me, thats what makes a perfect gym.

Bought a Groupon a while back for Rock Star Boot Camp and had the best workouts EVER. High intensity and everyone is so encouraging. Wish it wasnt as pricey as it is or else I would have continued with the camp. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Rockstar Boot Camp. Ive struggled with weight loss for a very long time and I finally found my motivation. Mindy & Curtis are amazing instructors! Not only do they motivate and push us, they teach us how to target our muscles the right way! Anyone can exercise, but if its not done the right way, it wont be effective. I definitely recommend Rockstar to anyone & everyone!
