Levis personal training has been excellent. He knows exactly how to challenge me to get the most out of a session. Ive been going to him 3 times a week since February 2020, and the progress Ive made in my strength and endurance is substantial. Not only has Levi improved my physical ability, but he has also taken time to get to know me outside of the gym. The personal attention he has been able to provide is a testament to his dedication to his clients.Levi has also been sure to take care my knee which has been a point of injury in the past. Hes very good at listening to my feedback and changing workout plan to make sure I dont reinjure myself. I feel extremely comfortable when I am working with him because I know he has my safety in mind.I highly recommend Levi to anyone who is in the same position I was; new to fitness and not really sure where to start. He is a great coach and teacher who will help you reach whatever goals you set for yourself.

Levi provides more than a workout. He pays attention to my needs and adapts every session so that I leave feeling like I worked but also feeling really great. He listens and pays attention to where my pains and weaknesses are and has helped me improve greatly. I am almost 60 years old and am doing squats, lunges, balancing exercises, and other core work with weights. Would recommend him to anyone!

I first started working with Levi exactly a year ago today. I got to say I had no idea what I was getting myself into as I have never worked out a day in my life before. Levi help to develop me physically mentally and spiritually I am beyond blessed to have signed up with him. I can now say I’m in the best health of my life and I feel better than ever. Thank you Levi! To anybody who is questioning weather transformative coaching will work for them let me tell you it will work beyond your dreams. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Great open minded experience with Levi! I went to Levi for shoulder pain that has been bothering me during my workouts. We talked things through and physically I was fine. He pointed out something that was even deeper. We had a great conversation and Levi was very patient with me. After our session I felt refreshed & relieved by letting go the negative energy I had within. Highly recommended to anyone physically or emotionally stuck in any aspect of life.

I am been struggling with lower back pain for over 7 years, and last year it got to the point where I couldn’t walk, and had to have an MRI/Injections/PT... Over the last year I have been making strides to improve. However after one session with Levi and working through the emotional aspects of my pain, I had an immediate massive improvement.
