The gal that helped my Mom was so informative, patient and never pushy for 80 yr old to buy the expensive orthotics.. she allowed my Mom to walk all over in the store at her pace to decide if she wanted. My Mom did buy and it has been wonderful for her in just 1 week Thank you Good Feet

I knew I needed arch supports that were better than the ones they sell at Rite Aid. My custom orthotics were dead at this point but I didnt want to spend that much money. I felt like Good Feet did a good job at taking into consideration my needs a specially when they map here foot. I didnt really care for the more durable arch supports they were giving me so after a. Of time of not adjusting I went back and they switch them out. The third time they got it right. Now I can say I am a hundred percent happy with my arch supports and my feet are so happy. The thing I like best about the Good Feet store is that you can go back after a year and get your feet remapped. If theyve changed, theyll give you modified arch supports at no extra cost. Customer service is excellent

Location: Ray Road in AhwatukeeWent in today to see about an orthodic to help with my bad knee’s. My Chiropractor recommended to get a orthodic so I thought I would check out Good Feet. Sales pitch and overpriced. The only benefit I saw in this was their lifetime warranty.The kid helping just spewed liners that were obviously taught in their onboarding. I asked up front the average cost and he said $250-425 depending on the style needed. Did the test they run and he comes out with 3 different levels that he described as the 3 step which requires you to constantly swap the inserts in your shoes and the price was now almost $1100.00. I asked if they have just an everyday all day single set and was told no. He also advised I would need a set for each set of shoes I wear and then tried to sell me on a pair of shoes that looked like something my Grandfather would wear. No thanks. I would stay away from this scam. They may work but you can get the same thing from a running store for 1/3 the cost.

Money well spent. I have suffered with Achilles Tendonitis for two years. A podiatrist did not give me the pain relief and positive results that my arch supports from the good feed store have given me. I was able to take the stairs for the first time in a year and a half. Thank you good feed store!

I had a good in store experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable and took his time with me. My 3 star review is due to 2 things:1). The cost of the inserts was very expensive. Most people would have difficulty purchasing them.2) My feet still hurt in the morning. The inserts help, however I assume it is too early to determine if they will take away all of my feet pain. I will amend my post after I give them some time.

I’m torn about this review because the lady that helped my wife and I was so knowledgeable and friendly. She didn’t even squabble when we left without purchasing. Our problem with Good Feet isn’t their product or people, it’s the PRICE! I read online it was around $300 which I was going to have to coax my wife into. But when she said over $1,000 we about passed out! I mean REALLY??? I don’t know how they stay in business with prices like that. But maybe there are alot of folks out there that don’t mind spending a thousand bucks on some orthotics.

Absolute total rip-off and fraud. Hundreds of dollars for a couple of pieces of plastic that do not not stay properly placed in shoes. Don’t believe commercials.

I broke my ankle several years ago so it took awhile before I got used to my foot supports. They have made such a positive difference in my life. I’m able to get around at work and home without pain. I am so grateful I purchased them.

Great staff and store. My foot was hurting so bad I thought I was going to have to start using a cane to help me walk. Ive had the orthopedic inserts for a few days now and I cant believe the difference in my foot. The pain is almost gone completely, sometimes I forget their was something wrong with my foot. I came all the way from Tucson and it was more than worth it customer service from Anthony and Troy was amazing no pressure was felt, Anthony was amazing the shoes he picked for my son were perfect its like he knew him. Why I came so far you ask because theres only one Good feet store in Tucson Arizona and they will rip you off.For $576 I got inserts and three pair of cushions when my intentions were to get my son a good new pair of shoes and inserts Mary at the Good feet in Tucson informed me they didnt have his size and when I got home and realized she charged me for things I didnt even want, I guess I bought two get one free deal on the cushions she said I had no options of bringing them back that theyre non-refundable please dont let that stop you people the Good feet store is all about great customer service and experience always reach out to customer service before going back into the store or simply tell them you spoke with customer service and watch how quick they refund your money I didnt even want my money back I knew my son needed this wonderful product but I did not want to give them my business to the Tucson store so I got store credit and purchase gift cards with my store credit especially knowing Mary makes commission there was no way she was taking money from me like that she should really be ashamed of herself, so we did a little road trip and for $576 I got my son a new pair of Brooks tennis shoes the same inserts and I have a hundred and some change left on a gift card and it cost me less than $15 in gas to get out there and back Troy and Anthony made the experience beyond enjoyable very personal, caring staff. I have no problem driving out there every 6 months very happy beyond satisfied customer right here thank you good feet

They are awesome. I came in for my annual check up and they were great. Very efficient with my time and readjusted my inserts to fit my current arches.I recommend them to anyone who has plantar fasciitis or any other foot problem.

Im really pleased with my experience at the Good Feet Store. My salesperson was very professional, patient, and answered all of my questions. I am verysatisfied with the product at this point. Ive followed the instructions for the past four days, and I cant believe the difference in my knees and my ability to walk without pain, and very little popping noise in my knees. I only hope that my current experience continues to be a positive one.

Ive heard the commercial on the radio where the lady says she cried when she tried on the arch supports. I thought it was a bunch of bull, but what the heck, wont hurt to try. Although I did not cry, I gotta say, I did get a little emotional. About 4 days in with my arch supports and its night and day.

The gentleman that assisted me with my inserts was very kind, informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions and assisted me in making the correct decision regarding my plantar fasciitis and how the inserts would really benefit me. I’ve been wearing them daily and they work great!

This place is a scam! My doctor charges $400 for custom orthotics out of pocket. They want over $1000 for their pre-molded non-custom inserts. By the way save yourself the time and money, you can buy the exact same ones on Amazon for $200!!!

I was hesitant at first...but so glad I got over it and went. Best decision ever! Nice waking up with no pain and no pain at end of the day. I went far too long with painful feet and in a matter of an afternoon all my pain was gone. I rarely participate in reviews, but made an exception. So,I decided that I want good feet. My experience was the highlight of my week. The staff are super great and we had a blast. They taught me about my feet( you would think I know my own feet) anyway,I did not know how much I really needed these inserts. I know they are a bit expensive, but there are times when foot pain can and will destroy your day,your week,your month, and even your year. So,having spent triple the amount on podiatrists,Im confident I made the right choice in purchasing both the entire system and a groovy new pair of kicks. I have always had foot pain, after I had my first son last year, the pain was 10 times intense. I have tried those foot inserts at the drug store and buying Comfy shoes. Nothing seem to be working, it was too the point where I couldn’t be in a store for more than 30 minutes. I have heard of Good Feet on TV and knew I needed to go. Service was great. Experienced sales people knowledgeable on their products and services.In my particular case, the aggressive arch support caused numbness, or neuropathy, in my feet both in my toes and behind my toes after about a week, wearing them only on occasion and building up wearing them slowly in time.I did need to see a podiatrist as a result.

I went in today for some information about inserts and spoke with Jeff who was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful he actually uses the product himself. I explained my issues with planter fashitious in one foot and the hip issues it has been causing and he totally got it.... I bought the system and cant wait to see the results, my feet felt better right away.... I would highly recommend not only Jeff but anything that helps relieve foot, leg and hip pain.

First of all I shop here for the shoes . Brooks brand shoes to be specific . Brooks shoes is by far the most comfortable while also supportive shoe i’ve ever owned . Now for the arch support The Good Feet sells . I have nothing good to say them . The price is astronomically high at $1000.00 !!! They probably work alright but at that price I want them gold plated !!

The getting acquainted product demonstrations as well as the purchase process was very kind. In my personal situation, it will take my body, especially my feet and lower back, much longer to accept the product than the time predicted in the demo. The verdict is still out on whether the total product works for me. I have custom orthotics that took my body over a year to appreciate. The custom orthotics have not worked for me in every shoe I wear. This is what attracted me to the “Good Feet” concept. They provide three types of inserts in their initial purchase.

Customer for life. My sales person was as concerned as I was about my pains in my hips and feet. These arch supports changed my life. My feet would be in crippling pain daily but after about 3 days my feet adjusted perfectly to the supports. I never thought I would experience a day pain free.Biggest plus is they take Synchrony CareCredit!!!!

Horrible place! False advertising! Educate yourself before falling for these charlatans!!! FIRST: If you “support the arch”, you LOSE the arch. YOUR ARCH “NEEDS” TO BE EXERCISED!! If not, it becomes atrophied like any other muscle that is neglected of exercise. SECOND: EXERCISE YOUR ARCH!!!!! Walk barefoot for a bit. Start slow. Increase daily. Nothing STRENGTHENS you ARCH like a simple barefoot walk. (Your ancestors have been doing this for 100,000 + years) THIRD: Keep it up. Don’t quit. Remember that the human body can, and does, heal itself. If you still have doubts.... Read this book: “BORN TO RUN” with M.I.T., Stanford, UCLA, and Harvard weighing in on how supporting the arch of the human foot is a false and contemptible narrative. So. Shame on these folks for “capturing the moment” thus FOOLING YOU into a product THAT WILL MOST CERTAINLY ONLY ADD TO YOUR PAIN AND SUFFERING.

Terrible service! I went to Ahwatukee location prepared to buy. But when I asked the clerk questions about the materials and fit she became aloof. She told me i needed different inserts for exercise and for street shoes. When i asked how do you fit the inserts she became frustrated at all my questions. She told me the price for two pairs of inserts was 800 i stated that was more expensive than customs. She turned and walked away. End of story.

I have had plantar fasciitis for the past 8 months to the point where if I sit down for 1/2 hour I walk like I’m walking on glas when I get up. It was starting to get a little better with rest, but now that I purchased the Good Feet Arch Support System, and I keep wearing them all the time, I’m almost pain free and I’m on my feet and walking again! They have really worked for me. My favourite inserts are the Sports Strengthers, as they are easy to wear all day and still maintain enough relaxation in my feet that I’m not foot-fatigued at the end of the day. I’m looking forward to being able to jog again!

Went in for new cushion pads and got a full reevaluatation resulting in orthotic replacements. Been wearing for over 20 years with great results.

On the contrary to what the other 2 Reviews we saw, the Phoenix store gave us Terrific Service. The main reason we think is, that the store has a New Manager / owner Jeff Esquivel, who is honest, knowledgeable, conscientious and helpful (went out of his way to help us), particularly knowing, that we came with already purchased Insoles from the Mexican Cruise we took about a year ago.There was no financial incentive for him, yet he spent lot of time with my wife who had problem with 1 of the insoles that caused lot of pain because of improper fitting. He used new Velcro, refitted & gave us opportunity to ease it in the next few days by trying at home. And not only that, he gave us 18 New velcros free for future use, incase we need them, for readjusting. How many times do you see this kind of service!!!Thanks Jeff. We are thankful & appreciative of your time & Service you gave us.We strongly recommend you give him a try, by making an appointment, so that you get him and nobody else for great service & make your own decision.In the future, if we need extra Insoles, we are definitely going to see Jeff.
