The wait time was only about five minutes. The staff was very courteous and professional. The lady who attended to my needs was also courteous, proficient and explained fully what had to be done to relieve my foot problems.

My appt was at 10:30 and I arrived early. Waited in lobby for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once they realize they crossed my name out before even talking to me you would think that it would get better.

Love these guys,They will take care of you and do their best to get you what you need at a reasonable cost to you.

Dr. Warren is great with my four year old with cerebral palsy. We look forward to our visits. The new location is really nice 👍🏽

They took months for my brace to be ready and one lady working the front desk is extremely rude. But the worst thing is I paid a ton of money for a brace that keeps falling apart. The padding on one side only keeps falling off which is supposed to be permanently glued on the brace. I would try and go through someone else. There’s no reason my brace should be doing this, especially in the first week I got it.

Was sent by my doctor for a brace, the staff was awesome and were very helpful. I know some people complain about waiting but if your patient with them they will do their best to take care of you!

Run is a gentleman who helped me and hes so awesome he doesnt make you feel never seen nothing hes very very make it easy on you

My teenage son was a client for 2 years to treat his scoliosis with multiple back braces as he grew. We worked with Kurt Kamienski who was nothing shy of amazing. Kurt did everything he could to ensure my son was getting the best care from himself and the scoliosis staff at Phoenix Childrens hospital (Dr. White). The duo of care givers is what every child with scoliosis deserves.There are a lot of negative reviews about the front office staff. Let me say, a smile goes a long way apparently because my spouse and I never had an issue with them. Be nice and Im sure youll get the same treatment back.Thanks again Kurt and staff for taking care of my son.

Wait an hour! Really? After dealing with them for over a month.. I came to pick up my brace, and told me I needed to wait over an hour b cause Cynthia was at lunch.. @2:15...really!..I live an hour away! It’s just the delivery of a brace. Anybody could have given it to me! Not a bit of consideration of people’s time. Plus lobby was full people coming in and out, and I’m sitting, waiting!

5 stars goes out to Hanger Clinic!This location is great! I brought my 10 year old daughter in for an aircast. There is a gentleman named Ron that is a delight to do bussiness with. He is very polite and takes his time to communicate the process. He makes this place defently worth the wait. The kind ladies up front could be a little more attentive the moment clients walk through the door. Other than that they have good cutomer service.Me and my daughter will defently return here for more bussiness, if need be :) We also recommend this location for anyone else needing a brace. ✌🏼

I absolutely love coming to this location! Mike Tracy was extremely helpful. He took time to teach me how to put on my compression socks. He made me smile as I was not having the best day. I truly appreciate his kindness. The staff members here are all wonderful. I will continue to choose this location above all others🥰

Never submitted a prior authorization for my insurance and never heard back from them.The person who answers the phone has a very bad attitude.I would recommend searching for another clinic.

This place front desk are vary rude not only that lady must not have kids she gave me a aditude because I had my 2 lil ones we didnt even do are appointment because of her rudeness sad how ppl work and dont like there job I wont recommend if she work there

I give 5 stars to Freddy, the gentleman who fitted my moms shoes. He is always patient and kind to my mom. The office it self gets a 3 star. Only because you have to fax your paperwork at least 3 times in order for them to receive it. My doctors office even warned us about the faxes. They have improved over the years though.

Mike Tracy was absolutely wonderful! Couldnt have asked for a more helpful and warm person. Front desk were also quite nice. Made the whole experience more comfortable.

Having been a client of Hanger Clinic previously, my spouse, Lee Stickland, was adamant that we return here when he needed a replacement for his leg brace. As before, we dealt with Mike Tracy and, as before, we were very happy with the outcome. Mike was responsive to Lees specific problems and completely professional and helpful in getting us fixed up. The entire experience was easy and efficient and we recommend both Hanger Clinic and Mike Tracy highly.

Ive received 3 orthotic appliances in the last several years from Hanger. The last 2 appliances Ive dealt exclusively with Mike Tracey. The entire staff at Hanger is outstanding, especially Mike, who has a unique knowledge of the product and a special empathy with his clients. Hanger prosthetics on 7th St. Has been my prosthetic clinic since I became an amputee 2 years ago. Jillian in particular has gone out of her way to accommodate my prosthetic needs. She has managed to not only return my phone calls or texts messages at odd hours to handle my concerns. But most importantly she has fitted me into her hectic busy schedule almost ALL THE TIME . Her knowledge and empathy of Amputees keeps me coming back to her and Hanger prosthetics thank you.

After a very rough start with this office. In June 2016 I underwent a below the knee amputation at St. Joes Hospital. That is where I was introduced to Hanger Clinic, specficly Jillian O. She consulted me about what to expect in the future and was amazing. She had me fitted with the need protective gear so I could begin healing. During my healing time she constantly stayed in touch and was always available to answer questions and even delivered supplies to my home. When it came to get my first prosthetic, she was ready and to say she was amazing would be an understatement. She assisted in maneuvering through the insurance process so I could get my prosthetic leg as quickly as possible. 2 plus years later, 2 prosthetic legs later, thousands of texts and phone calls later here I am... A client for life..... Jillian is and will always be the one I goto for my prosthetic needs. She is a valued asset to Hanger and simply said, an amazing human being. I love my experience with Hanger. The staff is always amazing. A shout out to Victoria, Kelly and Abe is also in order as well.... They are an amazing team and I do not know what I would do without them.... Thank you!

Mike Tracy is a first rate orthotist. He knows his craft. I am so thankful that he solved my pain problem after major foot surgery that was performed in Nov 2018. I went in w/ a script from my doctor and he discovered that no lift added to my shoe was needed. He gave me a heel lift insert and voila most of my pain is gone. I will continue to improve and do exercises. His expertise is what I needed yesterday, June 6, 2019. Mike, Thank you so much. You are my go-to orthotist if any issues arise in the future!

Mike Tracy knows hope to keep my son entertained when hes giving me trouble. He makes me feel good with his work and he knows what hes doing and knows how to keep kids happy by a simple sock.

Without a doubt the worst office and the receptionist wants to give you a hard time so we know ,,,, SHE IS IN CHARGE ...... loves to make you wait and let you know that she is the boss there and I as a patient know nothing ..... My Doctor sent an order for me to receive a pair of support hose each month as opposed to every other month .... Last year I did not get my correct hose per a glitch between my Doctors office and Hangar .... I was telling this girl that and she said NO you can only get every other month ... WE have worked that out with the insurance for every other ... no exceptions .... what could I say .... today I go in for another pair of hose ... Cynthia has told me repeatedly .... because I get the same hose ... I can drop in and pick up another pair .... no this receptionist is boss ... she tells me I cannot pick .... she will see if she can get me in for an evaluation..... I wanted to explode ..... I walked out ..... and If I cannot find another office ... I will never go in this one as long as she is employed there ... She is whats wrong with this office and she has given me flack over the phone ...

If i can give them a ZERO i would.poor customer service.refused to provide me a hand brace.just a filthy company to deal with.

Waited an hour to be asked how tall and how much my brother weighs. In a doctors room. They do not have scales or taps. Or any way of measuring anything for the cattle that come here. we only fill the prescription WHY DO YOU HAVE DOCTOR ROOMS FOR PEOPLE TO SIT IN FOR OVER AN HOUR?

I saw Jillian & Abe for my prosthetic leg. I have been a patient of Jillian’s for about 4 years. She is. Very committed & goes above and beyond. Today,she & Abe both worked for 1 1/2 hours to see what was going on with my leg. And they figured it out! A bad valve was causing me to lose suction. I highly recommend the Hanger facility on 7th St. for prosthetic issues. Kelly at the front desk is always friendly and helpful also.

I had some questions about a billing statement and I called the office. The young lady that helped me on the phone, I recall her name being Meghan really helped me and explained to me all the questions and reasoning behind my bill. Without her help and patience I probably wouldn’t be at this facility.

Too long of a wait just to pick up!! My son dont do very well waiting at places unknown to him I let them know up in front and still a long wait !! When everyone is just standing around talking about their weekend!! Thunderbird office is much better !!! Well never come here again

Front desk-appointment scheduler needs to get it together. A day prior I called in to make an appointment for today Friday. Coming across the valley, from Goodyear. To find out its next Friday! I hope and pray that at least the back office is on point, and have it together.

I have had MANY interactions with Hanger, always with Ron (an older gentleman) and his new colleague Abe. They are fantastic. Listen to me, ask for Ron and Abe. They have literally gone above and beyond every time for my little girl (age 2) with spina bifida. We love Hanger and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs orthotics. And listen, Ron is highly knowledgeable but he also listens to the parents needs. I respect his professional opinion very much. Because of this clinic, specifically all the help with Ron and Abe, my little girl went from having a very rotated and lopsided walk where her toes were dragging and she was crouching, to a near perfect walk! Praise God for these hard working men at this practice.

My son who is 17months old had his spica cast removed at PCH, at that time a representative from Hanger called ahead For us so we could get in and out. We waited 2 hrs before anyone came in the room, then the brace wasnt the correct size and took another hour or so to correct, at least communicate with us and let us know whats going on. I work in customer service, and this kind of service would never fly. Either hire more people or send us to another facility.

Well I come here almost everyday the staff at the window are very nice and attentive to my needs. Kelly and Sonia are always on top of things when ever I need something to get done ASAP.

Parking lot and front door for disabled people are great, but the customer service is awful, horrendous. My primary doctor sent one prescription to them and after a week I called them and they denied receiving the prescription. And when i called for information in regards to were I was in the list. The girl who I spoke on the phone told me they had an available appointment until May. And if I wanted to do a walk-in I had to be hefe before 2 and they didnt assure me how long it will take for someone to see me. And because there was another prescription that my primary doctor had to fill out, I had to take on my own form/prescription to my primary doctor to get filled out if I wanted my product to be given to me today. And after getting the prescription filled out and returned to the clinic and singing in amd taking a seat. I wasnt given a new patient forms until 20 minutes later. And from thereI been waiting for more than 2 hours one hour in the waiting area and 1 hr. & 15 minutes in the waiting room.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment with Ron but I’ve yet have not been able to make that appointment nor get ahold of his receptionist it’s been a good few months that my mother and I have tried. Plus I’ve called multiple times and all I’ve gotten is voicemail or hang ups.

Got compression stockings and Im not even limping anymore they were excellent and courteous ty for all you have done for me

Front desk is rude and incompetent every single time I call. They never seem to know whats going on, every person I speak to gives me different information its ridiculous. I spoke to a women named norma and she literally sounded like she had no idea what she was doing. Horrible customer service!

Called for service and put on hold. Waited 4 mins, then disconnected. Called back, explained what happened. Agent said let me see, then I was back on hold. Waited 5mins, then I hung up and called a competitor!

Cynthia and Roger were very nice and helpful.

They have very low customer service and they NEVER answer their phones so a oati cant appointments.
