This dental office is super LIT! I was going to another office and the work that I got there and the staff from the other office (Gental Dental) was nothing like the service level of Deer Valley Dental.Deer Valley Dental has found the way to make business and value the patients to make it as if its your first time coming in feels like you have been going there for years each time you visit the office.Doctors and staff are all great and super engaging when visiting, making it feel like an inviting dental office and not just a place of business.So in short - Deer Valley Dental Group is the office you want to go to for all your Dental service needs. I highly recommend them.

The first few times I came here were fine, however at this point I give up on them honoring my appointments. One of my appointments I had scheduled 6 months out while I was in the office and even took the day off of work so I could make this appointment only to find out they had to cancel my appointment a few days before when it was too late to change my schedule. So a few months later I decide to reschedule my appointment, that was cancelled on me last time and make sure it is at the end of my work day so I dont have the same mishap as last time wasting a day off. I received a call a few days prior stating that they had an earlier time slot open and to call them back if I want it. I did not want it and even went an confirmed my appointment through their online portal. Then the day of my appointment I get a call that they need to move my appointment to the middle of the day or they will need to cancel my appointment. Whats the point of making the appointments if they cannot be honored?

Would not recommend this office . I was seen by a dentist here three months ago. I actually really liked her and the assistant. I needed a few fillings and crown done so I was slowly getting treatment done every few weeks since I am a cash paying patient and dental work is expensive . When I called to schedule my last appointment they told me the dentist I had been seeing was no longer there and I would be seeing the new doctor they hired to replace her . She continues to tell me since he is a different dentist he prefers to come up with his own treatment plan and I would have to pay for an exam and x-rays even though I was seen three months ago? They do have a nice affordable “new patient “ special so even though I was annoyed I decided to go ahead and schedule a new patient exam .. the front office Woman was very persistent about making sure to fill out new health history paperwork and “checking in” prior to my appointment. On the day of my appointment I waited in the waiting room for 20 mins to be checked in only to find out they canceled my appointment because they didn’t have any insurance on file and supposedly had called asking for that information?? 🤯 When scheduling I was VERY clear that I would be paying cash .. just like I had in the past . Neways . She did me a favor . To much of a turn over and money mill.

Phenomenal place! Made me confident about my oral health and my journey to straight teeth. Having lived with terrible teeth my entire life it’s really great to feel this way. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr. Mojgani for the excellent service I received! I highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

I’ve been coming to Dr Mojgani for several years now after an awful experience with another dentist. This place is clean, modern, and all the staff are really friendly. They care about your comfort and care and don’t push procedures unnecessarily.

Abject failure. They do nothing but up-sell you. They make you wait and ultimately when the hygenist wasnt available for the appointment I had booked, the DENTIST comes in to do my cleaning and didnt even do a good job!!!! I know after 40 years what my teeth feel like after a cleaning and this wasnt it.....OH....but they sure love to lecture you and use scare tactics to get you to invest out of pocket in other procedures. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This office requires you to fill out extensive questionaires every time you have an appointment. I am talking multiple pages of questions. I was going every three months and they expected this every time. They do this so their staff doesnt have to enter information in to the computer. It is ridiculous the patient is expected to do the work of the staff. Dentists are great...office staff is not.

As a new patient, I didnt know what to expect for my first visit at Deer Valley Dental Group. Im here to tell you that this was, by far, the best dental experience Ive ever had. ALL of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I hadnt been to the dentist in an embarrassing about of time but no one made me feel bad or judged even though my teeth were in bad shape. Dr. Mojgani deserves a dental award! He truly cares about his patients wants and needs and works hard to satisfy them both. Stay away!!! They will take you for every penny they can!!! I had a tooth pulled. I had a appointment with the surgeon but he over booked and told me I either had to wait 2 hrs past my appointment or have the dentist do it. I never had a wisdom tooth pulled before. We agreed on a payment plan but instead of asking me how I was doing they only cared about getting a credit card on file. All my stitches and bone injection came out of my mouth within less then 10 hrs. I have offered to let them see the horrible job that was done they refused unless Im agreeing to more work. Save your money. These people are no good and care NOTHING ABOUT their patients. 330 dollars wasted and thats with insurance. Do yourself a favor RUN!!!!

I have had nightmares about the dentist since I was a little girl. The second I walk into the dentist my whole body starts shaking. I have had awful memories with the dentist. I remember always being judged and I never wanted to go back. I’m now 33 and I have never been to a dentist office that made me feel comfortable till now. Deer Valley Dental work is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. In fact this last time I went in, I didn’t even need to take anxiety meds to calm me down. Not only did my doctor do such an amazing job he makes me feel comfortable and continues to ask me how I’m doing because he knows I get very nervous. The whole entire staff is AMAZING!! I 100% recommend this dentist office!!

I have had very negative experiences with dentists before, but I’m so happy to say my view of going to the dentist has completely changed since I switched to Deer Valley Dental. When I had my first exam it was clear I had a lot of work ahead of me. Over the last year I’ve had 3 crowns and an implant done. They did everything possible to help work around my work schedule and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. My teeth look great now and I feel much more confident in my smile (no more editing and whitening them in pictures with apps). I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone searching for a new dentist!

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and Im pleased with the work/recommendations Ive received.I cant stress enough that I trust DVDG is an patient first practice. Had a very bad experience at this dentist. I started with a payment plan but I forgot my credit card. I made my first payment the minute I returned home. I decided just to pay them in full 45 days later now they are double billing me. They are very disrespectful I have tried to call them 4 times today about this matter and they just hang up on me. They talked me into treatment my insurance didnt cover. Stay away from this place. Very unprofessional.

The staff and dentist are great, but I had to go back in because of sensitivity and was asked to give it ten days. I have, I’ve contacted them & no reply. They knew I wanted my tooth pulled and no crown. I was afraid the crown would go bad & $2,200 down the drain, well, that is exactly what happened. The sensitivity is bad and getting worse and now here I am back exactly where I started, the difference is I’m $2,200 less in my pocket! The office not responding, obviously, they didn’t want to listen to me from the beginning and now that they have my money they really don’t care. Run...

It took me a few years to find an office with flexible hours, nice staff and a dentist that I trust. I’m happy to report that I found that in the Deer Valley Dental Group. I’ve been coming year for two years now and haven’t had an issue. Dr. M has taken great care of all my dental needs and I look forward to many more healthy visits.

So I have never had a good dental experience. I came here when I broke a tooth and I dont regret that! They are so amazing here. The dentist here listens to your concerns and genuinely cares. So now this is my go to and am getting all my work done through them!

The location was convenient, my insurance covers, and most of Google reviews were 5 stars. Those were the reason I chose Deer Valley Dental Group for my annual cleaning.Dr. Mojgani was friendly, nice, and treated me in professional manner. All staffs were friendly and helpful. I could give 5 starts if I was not told I needed another appointment for cleaning after a hour long exam. Anyway, I should have not ignored those 1 star reviews. I had similar experience with them.They told me that they could give a crown in the day after the serious exam, but once I declined their recommendation of a crown, which my insurance doesnt fully cover, they said to me that I needed to come back for cleaning a hour later or make a new appointment. I was shocked.I waited another hour and half and had my teeth cleaning finally, but it was rough and took only 15 minutes to clean. The hygienist was OK but not great. I am sorry to say that but Deer Valley Dental Group may focus on finding fixable tooth to make profit by offering an expensive crown to patient. They seem not care about dental hygiene or cleaning teeth so are short of hygienist. That is sad since all staffs there were nice to me even I dont speak English very well.

This is a wonderful office! Everyone is super friendly and actually cares about you. They help you with what you need to take care of your teeth and health. I even come back now that I live out of town. Definitely a place to go for your teeth and health!

Had a crown put in. I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. They made sure I was relaxed and they let me know all the steps that were needed to take along the way. Had three other crowns put in throughout the years and they did a good job with those too. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Ive been coming here for a couple years now but before I went here I had a disaster at another dental office with my crown. They can make crowns in a single visit with CEREC. Dr. Mojgani is a great guy, he cares about his patients. I had been to a few dentists around the valley and Deer Valley is by far my favorite. I feel like I can have honest conversations with my doctor and know exactly how I am doing with my dental health and how to continue improving good habits.

A great place to get a procedure done. Its comforting and the staff was so friendly and pleasantly nice. Dr. Aldridge is one of the best dentists Ive been to. He even called for a check-up the day of my oral surgery. He listens as well. Its a good feeling having a doctor in your corner that is so patient oriented. My experience was horrible!! I went in for a cleaning and X-Rays and came out with a Crown that wasnt fully covered by my insurance. Obviously they didnt tell me that my insurance didnt cover that particular crown at 50% like it did with other crowns. They pressure you into getting the most expensive crown, but they dont go over the prices. Today I had my teeth cleaned, which I paid for in advance from the previous visit. The lady that helped me was in charge of billing told me that they dont need to explain what they are charging you. Its your responsibility to know what you insurance covers. I was finally able to get my teeth cleaned after waiting another two weeks. Stay away from this place!!

Super disappointed in my experience at Deer Valley Dental Group. I took time off work to be there at 9am on a Thursday, figuring it would take about an hour. I was a new patient and only seeking a biannual cleaning and check up.They didn’t even call me back into the room until 9:20am... then an entry-level tech attempted to take my X-rays. She had to take x rays of 5-6 different teeth each 4+ times and she kept complaining “I suck at interiors. I’m so bad at interiors” and called in another tech to help her. This took FOREVER! Then the second tech could sense my frustration and tried to go super fast... which hurt and was rushed.Finally I actually got into a dental chair, the dentists examined me and made some recommendations on what I should be doing. THEN THEY ASKED ME WHEN ID LIKE TO SCHEDULE MY CLEANING! That’s what I came there for in the first place!!! No one on the phone warned me that all new patients get a new patient exam and MAY OR MAY NOT get an actual cleaning. They told me the dental hygienist was too busy that morning and I’d have to come back. I was furious.The dentist graciously offered to do the cleaning for me, but even that was rushed and not thorough. Then another tech came in to floss me and was SO ROUGH. I’ve never bled that much in a dentist appointment in my life, nor had to jump out of my seat in pain. She was unapologetic about the whole thing. I couldn’t wait to get out of that place.

This place is amazing! I had just left Gentle Dental completely unsatisfied. After wasting a good hour over there, I called Deer Valley Dental. I told them that I didnt want to take off another day of work for a routine cleaning like Gentle Dental was asking me to do. They were flexible and worked me and my 2 kids in. The ladies at the desk were pleasant and the dentist came through making small talk with the girls. The lobby was kid-friendly with toys, cartoons, and video games to keep the kids occupied while they were waiting. When they brought us back, we were taken care of. The dentist sat down and asked about my concerns and questions. The x-ray technician was great too. He offered me water while I was waiting. Overall, the staff created a warm, caring environment and they made the paperwork aspect sooo much faster and easier than Gentle Dental. Im extremely happy with my experience there.

I had an emergency tooth issue (crown came off) and needed help right away. Deer Valley Dental Group was able to schedule me as an emergency procedure, and in fact was able to schedule me in as a new patient workup before I left the clinic. Fees were clearly explained ahead of time and I was offered options for treatment. I generally have anxiety about dental work, but my visit was handled professionally and my comfort was an obvious concern to all the staff. Highly recommend this office.

Been coming to this office for over a year, and I can tell you they took away my fear of the dentist! They have completely fixed or reversed all problems with my dental health, and always take great care of me when I come in. Finally the staff are so awesome, they always greet me by name and I can say I fully trust all of them when Im in the chair.

I had Dr. Farzan Moigani; and, he is the main reason I would recommend Deer Valley Dental Group. I appreciated that he initially met with me, informed me of what he would recommend, and was then going to have the Dental Hygienist meet with me (he/she happened to not be available and Dr. Moigani did the cleaning). I liked that he makes the decisions regarding your care, and not the hygienist. At other Delta Dental (Ive been to two others), the hygienist told the dentist what I needed; and, I was ridiculously badgered by the hygienist!!

Great team here guys...from the start all the wah through the process it was 5 star experience.
