I had a referral sent by my Dr. on Oct 11. They told us wait at least 48 hrs to verify referral was in the system and they would call us to schedule an appointment. Waited 7 days heard nothing from them. Called them and said the referral had got lost in the system call my DR. and have them send another one. Did that contacted them again after 48 hour waiting time. They told me it as in the system and a scheduler would contact us. Waited another 7 days nothing. Called them again and they had lost the referral would need to resubmit it. Called my Dr. they sent it over again. Had to wait another 48 hours called them after 48 hours. They told me I would have to wait for a scheduler to call me. 7 days again nothing. Called them and they found it but had not done anything about scheduling or calling us. What kind of place is this. I needed a cancer screening and they want to kill me instead. I Called back today Nov 26 and they still have not done anything about getting me scheduled for a cancer screening. I may as well just plan on dying of cancer because they will not do anything about scheduling an appointment.

I spent May calling, getting/sending in my PCP referral, dentist referral, patient medical records, insurance information etc. to schedule an appointment for a Dental Extraction. I finally got an appointment for August. Now my appointment has been cancelled due to the surgeon leaving Banner. When I asked, isnt there another surgeon to do my extraction?.....I was.told THEY DONT DO EXTRACTIONS! That is what my appointment was for and their website lists extractions as a provided service along with a posted Patient Care Instructions after Dental Extraction (PDF). The scheduler is the one who told me there is no other surgeon and THEY DONT DO EXTRACTIONS! I want to verify this information and I cant find a telephone number to contact support. I needed this tooth removed 2.5 years ago.

I am posting this on behalf of my sister. My sister had an appointment on Wednesday that was scheduled per the surgery scheduler for having her jaw unwired. Well we both took the day off and I took her and they proceeded to inform her that her procedure had been canceled and no one even told her! Her jaw has been wired shut for three months and it was time to have it done! She was in tears because she was already petrified of the procedure only for them to cancel with no warning. Not a phone call not an email, nothing! She had already had the Covid test and everything and apparently whoever scheduled her scheduled her for a day that the doctor wasn’t even in the office! Such horrible customer service! She went back today, the next day, and waited in the waiting room for over an hour before even being taken back for her procedure. I am so unhappy with this place! 😡
