Everyone here is awesome! The frames are the best in Arizona and the customer service is so superior, words cannot truly convey how much I love this place.Granted you pay bit of a premium price up front, but these glasses outlast any pair by 3x-5x years and therefore are actually a better bargain. You all rock 👊🤟

Really nice place with nicer people working there. Owners are great wonderful and so polite. I came i for a screw for my sunglasses and they were able to help me right away without a charge. Now thats a human thing to do. God bless them to continue the good work. Thanks a lot!!

My wife and I purchased numerous pairs of glasses from the owners which were very expensive and found out that my every day glasses were made with the wrong prescription according to a very well known optical company in Charleston, SC. This place has been in business 70yrs and is very reliable. I had the owner and the certified optician (35 yrs) analyze my prescription. The owners of Sassy Glasses were not going to take any responsibility or going to repair my defective sun glasses in which the color faded out. They also were not going to remake new lenses for my every day glasses and therefore I wasted my money and time. I now cannot use them. I do not recommend Sassy Glasses because customer service is lacking and owners do not take any responsibility for the products they sell.

I love Sassy Glasses. They have the most unique and beautiful styles of frames. The salespersons help me pick the perfect styles for my face. I have purchased several different frames, with different colors complimenting my face and I get compliments all the time.

Very helpful and friendly. The staff here really takes a one on one approach to makes sure you are taken care of. I came to learn more about the EnChroma lenses. I did not realize what a stark difference they would make. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back in future visits. :)

It was time to upgrade my glasses following a recent exam and Sassy Glasses was the last shopping stop. Im glad I saved the best for the last. First, they have a fabulous selection of contemporary frames to select from, just what I wanted. Second, the staff are incredibly helpful and listened carefully to what I wanted and suggested several frames that I would have been perfectly happy with. The last pair, newly added to their selection was a winner, for me and my girlfriend; after all she looks at them more than I do! Third, eventually a decision was made and we arrived at the lens spec. They shined here too with their meticulous attention to insuring that the progressive lenses were correctly positioned and that the appropriate high index lens type was chosen.If you enjoy wearing interesting glasses and want stellar professional customer service, Im confident you will be satisfied with your experience at Sassy Glasses.

This is such a fabulous store. I was tired of seeing the same frames at all the large chains. My aunt recommended this place, and Im so glad she did. They have a great selection of beautiful and interesting frames, and everyone was super helpful. Thank you!

Fantastic selection of frames BUT TOTAL RIP OFF. Same frames on-line from several sources ran about $200 less. Try there, find frames, buy elsewhere. One time I made the costly mistake of ordering lenses there. They charged more and still GOT IT WRONG-1 eye distance, 1 eye reader. If I want to see like that, Ill drink 3 Manhattans. Also, and this is personal, there was NO compliance with Covid mandates. Masks are mandatory at this time in Maricopa county. No employees wore them. One came over and started to pick up the frames I was considering until I asked him to stop. Clueless or a big FU to customers? I love their selection but will not be back. Love to support small local businesses but not incompetence.

We shopped all over town, and Sassy Glasses had by far the best selection of cool, unusual frames. Service was unbeatable. One can really tell that this is a good ol fashioned independently-owned small business by the way they care about every aspect of the customers experience. Things might be a little less pricey elsewhere, but one certainly gets what one pays for at Sassy. Great place.

I was having a problem with a pair of glasses I got a while back from here and Sassy Glasses went above and beyond to fix it. They have a lifetime customer now, and not just because of their service but also because of their amazing selection of unique glasses. Some are very unique but I think anyone could find something at this shop. When they have a sale the value is beyond compare. They even have vintage. I originally went because I couldnt find cat eye glasses anywhere else. I will continue to go because I have never had a better eyeglass shopping experience in three states over 20 years..
