I agree with a previous review; the clinic itself is a good place to go to but the lab technician (short, overweight, Caucasian female- sorry, I didnt get her name) cannot draw blood. Unfortunately nothing was done to rectify the situation as the previous negative review was left over half a year ago. I will have to request a printout of the lab order for my daughters blood to be drawn elsewhere.

People here are so friendly and I love it,but I do have a concern with the lab technician Jodi because she cant draw blood correctly. She has to poke you a couple of times and sometimes you have to come back another time to try again. She poked my baby 3 times and wiggled the needle inside of her and still couldnt get a draw of blood.I request a nurse for the next appointment. Im also a patient there and had get my blood drawing and was hoping not to get her and she was still there.She poked me twice and did the same thing with the needle,she wiggled it inside me. Please be careful because this doesnt seem right and she needs training. Another thing,her gloves were so loose that there was no way for her to feel any vein for a baby! I worked in the medical field before and that is a NO to be wearing gloves like that!

Suzanne Hanson is the nicest doctor I have ever had. She treated me during my pregnancy and afterwards for bc. She is nice caring compassionate and really cares about what you are going through. I wish she was a family doctor so I could go to her now that I am not pregnant.

I started taking my 4yr old to the FLC on Wed. mornings last month. Ms. Ruth is great with the kids. Occasionally Ill get a reminder call which honestly makes me feel special. We havent missed a Wed yet! My son asks to go there everyday and we would if we could! I love everything they offer for the community. Weve done the Kinder Readiness class and we recently went to see Santa. Hoping to make it to the Science on Wheels event soon! My son benefits from these kinds of activities and I appreciate it so much. Thanks to everyone who makes this possible, Ms. Ruth, Martiza, her sister... Also thanks to the founders that donated the bikes. They have no idea how much of a blessing they have been this Christmas!

This place is great for pregnant women, infanta, and adolescents it has a full service lab which you can get you lab results in the next day or two or on the same cost a small but great learning center and things to keep the young ones entertained during your visit but hard to get an appointment in the same month

The people are very nice but one curtin doctor . she is very rude and very jugdmental more then a old person. She has no filter like a young child. I also waited on the phone for 30mins and as soon as if it 5pm it said they were no longer taking calls! Three stars because of that ONE doctor and because of that phone issue. Other then that they are great people.

An older male dr was so rude making rude compliments thinking they were funny never again will I go back to this place

Everyone is very friendly and they help you even if you have no insurance

Very good place, very clean ,,, especially a lot of help for Hispanics ,,,, very well attended ,,,, I recommend it
