I have never had any problems with this doctor or staff. I use dr levy and dr Epstein both very professional.

DO NOT RECOMMEND was seeing Dr. Epstein he was quick to order a bunch of different tests which was fine HOWEVER when I would show up for my followup to review tests results results had yet to be received or he wouldnt review them until I was sitting there with him and would schedule more followup appointments pretty much for no reason. They clearly only care about making their money. At my last appointment I was clearly disappointed and made it known. He brushed off my complaints and suggested that if I didnt have a primary care physician that he has a friend at the same practice. At that moment I was done with them and a red flag went up in my mind. I could already imagine them bouncing me back and forth for more test and unnecessary followups. NEVER AGAIN. He lacked sympathy for what my diagnosis ended up being. I asked how can I make it better (diet changes, exercise, etc.) he had nothing to say and would only recommend or want to purscribed me all these medications. Dont recommend, dont bother.

Regret piling on to the negative reviews, but unfortunately, I have had similar experiences with Dr. Levys practice. While he seems like a nice man, his practice is run like its a prior century. No use of internet or texting. You can expect to sit in the waiting room for extended periods after your appt time, subjected to medical wonder advertising on the tv, and then wait for an hour or more once you make it to an exam room, only, if youre lucky (?), to be visited by someone offering you a chance to sign up for their in-house Rx service. When you inquire of his PA as to when he might even arrive to the building, you get a blank look. Well, Im looking elsewhere for medical services.

Dr. Levy and his staff do not care about you. My grandfather had a mental health issue and is now at the hospital with someone sitting with him 24/7. I called and begged Dr. Levy and his staff to help 15+ times from January 4-6, 2021 (his nurse and the appointment setter) and left six voicemails only to get a return call saying they needed to see him to do anything. She didnt show any compassion nor care that he was still in the hospital. I started calling before my grandfather ended up in the hospital. They did nothing and still arent doing anything. He has been my grandfathers primary for 20+ years. He doesnt do anything in a timely manner - expect to wait 2 hours to just see him. Need a referral? Expect 30+ days to even get a call just to go see a specialist since him and staff forget to submit the documents, but wont give you their information. Need to understand something about an illness or medication? Use google - youll have better luck of getting an answer. Save yourself!

No one ever answers the phone during business hours. Im trying to pay a small bill ($15) but they gave me no details like date of service/whats it for etc. Its absolutely ridiculous. They dont even offer a voicemail. Let alone, answer the phones so you can just make an appointment. Im really disappointed and will change doctors. My fear is they wont send/fax my patient records to the new docs since they dont even answer the phones. Super frustrating and save yourself the hassle!

I noticed that Dr Levy accepts new patients! He doesnt take care of the ones he has...how can he accept new ones? He doesnt respond to phone messages. takes foreve rto get in to see him, and you sit hours in his waiting room.. The staff is rude and not patient friendly. I do not reccomend him especially during this horrible pandemic.

These people are terrible!They do not care about their patients only their wallets. Do not expect to get results in a reasonable time. You will have to call and leave multiple messages before they bother to try.I was told by the office manager that they dont care about bad reviews but I hope this will save someone the frustration and lack of care that I recieved. A horrible and painful time in my life was made 10 times worse by these heartless unprofessional people.Any place is better than this!

The front desk is horrible. They dont listen to their messages, they dont apologise for their lack of service. I would not go to this doctor.

Do Not Use! I researched thoroughly online for a good doctor when I had problems and literally found no good reviews on any endocrinologist in the area except this one. I had work done over a year ago and just received my first bill and have been threatened to be taken to collections if not paid in full now because of their mistakes. The people you have to deal with there are horrendous and unprofessional. They have no business running a clinic.

I travel from South Scottsdale to see Dr Levy. He’s the only PCP I trust. The office & rooms are spotlessly clean. Dr Levy is caring & compassionate & he is the best!

Dr Levy had been my Dr for over 20 yrs. Never had any issues with him. You may have to wait a while before seeing him. But there is a legitimate reason. He does not rush you when you see him. He does what needs to be done to give you the very best in healthcare. My wife and I both see him. So if you want a Dr that cares about you, then Dr Levy is your guy for all your needs as a Primary Care Physician.

Couldnt ask for better docs than Dr. Levy and Dr. Dubnow. Theyve been taking great care of us and related family members for over 25 years. As an added plus, they both have a good sense of humor.

Dr Levy is awesome. but I had to leave his practice. The front office staff and office manager (Name is Ann) are awful. Very rude, no compassion for patients or their needs. I was refused medical care. Witnessed this behavior with other patients and now it has happened to me. Shame that office staff can ruin Doctor/Patient relationships and I bet Doctor Levy never hears of these incidents as these staff hide these things from him. I have asked to talk to Doctor Levy and they wont let me. And I leave messages for him to call me but never does as I am also sure they never give these to him.

He’s been my husband’s and my PCP for numerous years and we both like him very much. Only comment is they don’t do any digital contact, ie., portal, email, etc.

Dr,levy is 5 star dr, has patient,good sense of humor, really cares about his patients health and well being, wouldnt recommend anyone else in the field!!!!!!

Worst place to go they will send you a bill after a year and they will threaten you for collections DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ripped off scam Anything you call it.

Pasty the practice manager is very rude. I will never recommend this office to anyone. I feel sorry for the doctors in this office because of their staff. They need to take a course on customer service and learn some manners. They need to remember they work in health care to care for patients. Not to attack them!

Excellent doctor! Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but he really talks with patients.

The staff (front desk, in lab, in billing and nurse) are pathetic; Id a bad experience; when I asked a question how they bill lab tests, they said they dont know, talk to xyz lab where they send samples.after two weeks of my lab tests(the billed my insurance); I did not get any call from doctors office, When I called office number Ive to wait at least 15min to get to doctors staff, they will take message and give a vague answer saying when nurse gets this message they will give a call; but it never happened. so far I called doctors office 4 times; every time new persons picks the phone and says they will pass the message to nurse.If possible try to avoid this doctor
