This is by far the WORST doctor I have ever been to. He never helped me with any of the issues I went there for and every visit was about going to get labs then reading me the results which had nothing to do with anything I needed. He referred me to a physiatrist who never answers the phone or return messages. I think hes a quack and is scamming Medicare making money off all these unnecessary lab tests.

Been going to this medical facility for many years and both doctors are fantastic. Dr Gerber is my physician and she is awesome!! The office staff are very professional and friendly!! Best doctors in the valley I would give both of them 10 stars if I could!!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I am so happy I found Dr. De Castro. I moved from NJ a year and a half ago and I had not found good medical care here in AZ. Until, I found this office. My first visit was with the PA, Sarah Gerber and she was absolutely amazing. Ive also had visits with Dr. De Castro and they have been great. They both take their time and arent rushing you through the visit. The wait time when you have an appointment is not long.They take care of referrals promptly and remind you. They order all necessary tests and make sure you are getting the right care. Theyve gotten all prior authorizations, quickly from my insurance. They truly care about the patient and I cant see myself ever changing them. I highly recommend these providers. Lastly, I cannot end this review without mentioning the staff that make it all possible. The staff is kind, professional, and helpful. Wonderful job, everyone!

Setting up appointments has always been a point of pain as they have no call waiting so even getting them on the phone is always a dice roll. The doctor seems to over book patients and it takes a HOURS for anyone to see you to the point that booking an appointment seems useless. Doctor is very obstinate,so its either his way or no way. not the best.

I have been with Dr Decastro , Ilene and now Sarah Gerber for many years and I have absolutely no complaints .. The office staff and Dr Decastro have always been great and accommodating. .and I always leave with a print out explaining any questions or concerns .. I appreciate the awesome work they do.

Id give a 5 star if the wait time wasnt so long. If I have an appointment at 9 I should be seen at 9 and not 10 or 1030... sometimes later. He is a great man, listens and educates.

They suck!!! My husband was discharged from the practice, without notice, after 18 years with this Dr. PLEASE DONT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!
