We werent to thrilled with some of the staff in the office, but it wasnt a deal breaker. They were just slower then we are used to at this location and forgot to call in our refills. The doctor himself though is wonderful. We would recommended Dr. Drury for sure.

Transferred to Dr. Drury from a doctor that left the practice and he has been very spot on, highly recommend as PCP.

Was told when I started there that they help manage rare chronic illnesses....nope... No management help for said illnesses at all. Refuses to help over weekends. No return phone calls. Hes a precious sweet man but the care Ive received in past 6 months has been horrendous. No help with covid questions just told to go to the hospital if Im concerned... No help with postural orthostatic tacycardia, no help with ehlers danlos syndrome....was referred to behavioral health.... Its a full body tissue disorder.... Not a mental disorder.... Landed in hospital over the weekend because I called twice to this office and got nothing back ... ER Dr was familiar with my illnesses and said that the care I was receiving from my primary was ridiculous and I should consider switching ...

Dr michael drury was on call and we talked at want was going on with me and see want we could come up with to fix the problem that i am having he asked me if i need to to the hospital and sead no right now he follow-up with me becoues i think he cares about me ok i told him check back on Monday ok thankyou from shannon.

Ive been a patient of Doc Drury for over four years, he is pretty much a good doctor, he listens to me and never rushes me and hes helping me taper off my meds. Only problem is the office girls there seem to be pretty confusing to me when it comes to refills. They dont really seem to listen all that well when passing along a message, either. Other than that, I really like Doc Drurys place. Four stars.

Dr. Drury is one of the most compassionate listeners and considerate doctors I have ever had. He is excellent on all counts. He is the only one I have ever trusted with my family because I am that picky. I do a lot of natural things as well and he is willing to listen to concerns and work with me and I always trust that all will be thoughtfully done.

Worst experience ever! One of the front office girls yelled out my balance across the room, that was very confidential and unprofessional. I have personally caught the girls flip patients off behind their back and call names. The girls are too busy stuffing their face, then taking care of the patients. I will never step foot in that place ever again. When I brought it to the managers attention, she shook it off and said her employees would never do that, that they were not unprofessional and never have been. Finding a new doctor ASAP!

Dr. Drury is a good doctor; however, switching to a new dr who is a better fit for me. Dr. Drury seems rushed at most visits and doesnt like too many questions. You would think Dr. Drury gets commissions the way hes so into referring you to drs within the same (IMS) group.

Worse office staff Ive ever encountered in the last 30 years of seeking medical help - the amount of time expended to get simple office tasks complete is absolutely unreal.Ive made two visits to their office, and made NINE follow-up efforts to get my medical records in their system just to schedule the first appointment with their endocrine doctor, and cant seem to even get a new prescription called in after a visit to the primary care doctor.For a practice that claims to put patients first, the lack of return calls and complete apathy about getting anything accomplished is beyond belief.To add to the frustration, every call rolls into a lengthy queue to sit and wait, only to get call center staff that cant do anything but send a message.The doctors appear to be great, but after three weeks of chasing every detail down over and over and over, I wouldnt know. Is it worth this painful of processes?

THE WORST RECEPTIONISTS I HAVE EVER, EVER, DEALT WITH !! COULDNT FIND THE NAME OF PATIENT, AND COULDNT FIND THE APPT. DATE OR TIME !!! (THATS POOR !!)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Drury for many years. He is kind and intelligent. I highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Drury but his office staff is horrible as far as sending and refilling medications. I usually have to call them 2-3 times before getting my prescriptions! I had bronchitis once and it took 18 days before they refilled my inhaler.

Dr. Drury is an excellent diagnostician and will spend as much time with you as you need. He is kind and professional. He listens.

Worst medical assiant staff , Ive left 3 message to have my test results. I did blood work 23 days ago and still no call back. No email no text message , no mail , nothing. I waited 14mins for someone to aswer the phone just for me to leave a message .Dont waste your time , insurance , co pays on this place.

They lose your records. They tell you the fax isnt working after you fax information in, not before. They also send bills via text. AVOID!! It is not worth dealing with this medical grouping.

A friend died after being misdiagnosed. She leaves behind two sons.That pa there assumed she was a drug seeker, when she told them she was in excruciating pain. Turns out she had bone cancer and is dead now
