We had an amazing experience with Dr Patel! I was impressed with his ability to relate to my 7 year old while also explaining her eyesight situation to me. Weve had bad experiences at other eye doctors so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy Dr Patel made the whole process. We were seen right away for our appointment and were able to pick out two very nice frames with the friendly front staff. I would highly recommend Dr Patel to anyone.

Dr Patel is excellent, he explained everything well, answered all my questions and was very nice!However, the staff out front were the opposite. I felt like they tried pulling a scam with the glasses pricing, telling me my insurance covered everything and then not until he took my credit card did he say there was a $150 charge for the lenses! Very sneaky and disreputable! I feel I was very mislead

This was by far the best exam I have ever been to, rather than the typical doctors who just go back and forth saying which is better and kick you out, Patel is actually trying correct your vision to 20/20 and let’s you know when you’ve reached it by engaging with you. Dr. Patel was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and was honest about what my vision correction needs are. I was concerned about my night time vision and my distance vision. He let me know that my distance vision was within a normal range and didnt feel I needed a correction.

In the past, my eye exams have been very long with unnecessary chatter and extra examinations that were never explained to me. However, I appreciated the structured method to Dr. Patels eye examination that he has incorporated. I noticed that he used our time with specific questions throughout my eye examine. Straight and to the point. He would tell me what I was to expect with each section of the examination. This is what I enjoyed about my visit. This is not to mention that the store front staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The young lady helped me fill out my forms (I am horrible with names, however, I do believe her name started with a T -- I came in on Sunday afternoon 12/29 @ 4pm). I enjoyed my visit so much I asked the gentlemen if I had filled out the form that would notify me when I was due for an eye examination in a year! Thanks again for the delightful visit to your store! By the way, it was my wife who suggested that I come see you! Best!
