His staff is very professional & know what they are doing, Dr. Page always has the latest & best equipment available and keeps up to date with it all. His Staff member Joe is so kind and sweet . I ask for him every time because he is so professional and knows everything there is to know about glasses, frames, fitting them & everything. He is very patient & never makes me feel rushed at all. I am so grateful to Dr. Page at AZ Vision for introducing me to the option of mono-vision, which requires me to wear a hard contact in one eye overnight. This allows me to read without glasses the next day- all day. I am past my mid-50s and I never thought this would even be possible! I don’t have to hold menus, instructions, books, etc at an arms length like most of my friends and family members over the age of 45. This has been a very easy transition and such a blessing! I’ve been going Dr Mark Page’s Arizona’s Vision since 2015. The level of customer service, competent staff, cutting edge eye technology and wide choices of frames sets his practice far beyond the typical box stores. Ever since Dr Page Educated me about the effect that blue light has on the body, I knew he cared about my health and the longevity of my sight. They have all the styles of frames and major brands in stock. If you want a special color lens for your sunglasses, they can also get that for you as well. I get my prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses and contacts here every year. I will not go anywhere else. By far one of the best local family ran business in town. I have been to other big box places for glasses and eye exams, but they always made me feel like another number in their queue. In 2018, I started at Arizona Vision and i will go here for the rest of my adult life! They paid attention to me and my personal needs and have an extremely friendly staff that really wants to help their customers feel and see better! We’ve been going to this vision center for more than four years now. In general, the place is clean and the staff are very nice and professional. The only complaint that I have in this place is that they don’t have a wifi. I can’t understand why is that so when it’s very common to business establishment to have that. This will allow people who work to have the ability to work while waiting for their or their kids’ appointment. I do hope that they consider that.

Just moved to Phoenix and I chose this Center because of the reviews and their ability to work with my Insurance(VSP). Staff and Dr were very pleasant. Appointment was fast from start to finish. I chose new frames and the style I wanted wasnt in house. Employee researched online options and found the perfect pair. Whole experience was seemless.

I was greeted by the technician, Jayci. This is the second time meeting her. She is everything that this office represents. Jayci is a people person; she clearly genuinely enjoys what she is doing. Dr. Page was thorough in explaining each option in depth and made me feel safe that I was making the best decisions for my vision which means everything to me.

They are looking to rip you off. I am from out of town, and my contact lense plunger melted in the heat. That is a specialty item, you cant find at most pharmacies. I came here, and asked if they could help me out. They had what I needed, but asked for $10. I can buy 3 for $5 off amazon. I pointed it out, but they didnt care. They knew I had no option to wait. I did NOT appreciate the price gauging.

Great experience with staff and the facility - very organized!My only complaint is that they didnt notify me the order would take 14 days until AFTER I finished paying for them. Feels like a long time to receive the glasses that I just paid a fortune for.

I have gone to Arizona’s Vision for my vision since I was 12 years old. I’m now 23. I can honestly say every time I’ve gone (which is every year since I was 12), I have never once had a negative experience. So happy with Arizonas Vision and their protocol for safe Covid practices and the care I received for my vision needs. I noticed signs outlining Clean Rooms ready for use. Jaycee was great outlining the different tests needed and efficient. Dr. C Thomas was excellent in explaining the changes to my vision and options available. Even with the complexity of my wife needing cataract surgery the Dr. explained the process, the options, and provided an excellent referral for the procedure. The Dr. did this all while wiping/disinfecting equipment down and sanitizing as the examination took place. The receptionist was taking temperatures and provided direction as we checked in and the management provided the outline for next steps. Thank you Arizonas Vision Eye Care Center!!

Just had my umpteenth visit with AZ Vision. They are the best. They use the latest techniques and equipment to check my vision and their medical staff is great. Joe S is one of the most professional folks I know and I use him exclusively to measure and fit my frames and lenses.The entire office is staffed with great people. I been using them for well over 10 years and wouldnt think of using someone else.

I really love the people and choice of glasses. The only thing is I felt rushed both times when the doctor was checking my eyes.

They really go above and beyond for their patients, review your benefits for you, and help you understand exactly what benefits you have as well as when they renew for you NEXT exam! They take pride in the care they provide AND IT SHOWS! I encountered this place from my daughter having a bad result on her mini eye exam at her Pediatricians office. So we came to Arizonas Vision as it was one of the few places we found that would do an exam for a toddler! ANYTHING with a Toddler is difficult, but theyve been so great and were so patient with my daughters struggles through eye dilation and that 1st eye exam. Now, its been a year and we returned for her yearly and naturally she was nervous from remembering her past experience. Everyone was SO nice (and very patient) last time, but she still went into the 2nd experience timid (but not upset). After this 2nd visit, shes now even more comfortable, and was beyond excited when we returned to pick up her glasses. I really couldnt be more pleased with this place! Our initial eye doctor is 5 minutes from our house, but weve switched to Arizonas Vision and make the extra little trip because you just cant beat the care they give. Every interaction is exceptional from the time you walk in the door, until departure. Its the Disneyland of eye doctors!

I love the staff! They really do help you with all aspects of getting your glasses. I love that they follow up and that they offer a test thats different than getting your eyes dilated that will net similar results.. that made it possible for me to get a proper evaluation without having to worry about whether or not I could drive myself home afterwards.

I have been coming to this eye doctor for a over 2 years now and couldnt be happier. The entire staff here is great and you always feel welcomed and never pressured (except to do the x-ray of your eye) but that is understandable since its in your best interest and is only 30 dollars. I especially like sandy as she always helps me pick the best glasses and its nice having somebody with much better fashion sense than me helping out. Ive got the personality of a brick so its nice knowing my glasses are at least fashionable and have a personality for me.

When I called I thought I just had a discount plan through my medical insurance, A day later Janet called and told me had done some research and found my vision insurance I had no idea I had, which saved me a great deal! They are so knowledgeable and have a great selection of glasses. I saw Dr. Ulrich and he was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain the changes in my prescription. I got some sweet Gucci prescription sunglasses, Ill definitely be back to order my regular glasses. Oh and ask for Carmen! She knows her stuff!!

I called to schedule an appointment had to wait 3 weeks just to get in then I call a week before my appointment to confirm the time just to find out they never even scheduled me in the first place so I scheduled for 4:30pm on 05/28/20 I drove over 36 minutes left work early to make it to this place and find out they double booked me and had to reschedule me now I have to drive in rush hour traffic just to get home they had 2 phone numbers in my chart even though on the phone I told them my new number the two times I spoke to them and instead of calling both numbers to reach me they waited till I was in office. I work in the medical field so I know first hand how offices can get backed up and out of hand but the was this was handled was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will definitely never do business with this office again not worth the stress,frustration or time.

This place seemed really great from all the good reviews but I am really disappointed. I live far and I chose to drive out of my way to come here because it sounded like such a great place. I had an eye exam yesterday and woke up with a swollen eye today. They wanted me to go in and pay a $40 copay after I spent almost $800 on frames. I don’t mind paying but I feel like they should take responsibility for this and check my eye out and see what it is I caught in their office as a courtesy. Never in my life have I woken up with a puffy eye after seeing an eye doctor it’s alarming. Please do your research before going to Arizona Vision.Following up on the previous review. Arizona Vision contacted me and scheduled an appointment with all fees waived. It turned out to be a stye and not an eye infection thankfully! I was able to get treatment and a piece of mind. I am satisfied with the service, thank you.

Arizonas Vision is absolutely FANTASTIC!! The staff is very friendly, the doctors are very open, understanding and excitable. The most amazing person of all is Kathy!! She is one of the glasses/contacts consultants. She can relate to any age and is so patient. She helped my teenage son up to and after closing time for his contact training. I went to the Arizona Vision Eye Care in Ahwatukee. Right away I was treated with respect and kindness.As I approached the door for my very first visit, I nice man immediately opened the door for me & took my temperature. He checked to see if I had a face mask, which I did. That was nice!l left my cell phone at home accidentally so I felt lost. I asked for something to read and they let me have a magazine! They allowed me to keep it! I felt more at ease. I met the eye technician who administered a few eye tests. He explained the testsand what they measured.After that, I was moved to another exam room and meet the Opthalmologist. He was very knowledgeable. He was thorough and careful. He explained about the health of my eyes and let me know about the tests results. I was amazed that he was interested in me as a whole person and connected my overall health to my vision.Lastly, my insurance was billed, so I had nothing to pay out of pocket. Once I was finished, I sat with an optic technician who explained my choices and coverages since Ill be getting my glasses here!Everyone treated me nicely and respectfully.Ill be back with other family members! This was one appointment I was truly glad I kept!

I absolutely love AZ Vision! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Janet who always has a smile on her face and then I was able to get my vision screening done and that was super easy and convenient.....I sat down with Sydonna and she helped me pick out the cutest Sunglasses and when it was time to choose frames for my regular glasses she helped me pick out something I would never have picked for myself and I LOVE THEM! Everything from A to Z was super simple, affordable and I have definitely found my new Vision place!

I come all the way from Casa Grand to get my eye exam at Az Vision. I love this place. Janet at the front desk is so helpful with getting me in for appointments ,and always keeps the candy jar loaded 😜I’ve worn glasses all my life and always had issues with finding the right fit for contacts. I’ve given up hope, but a few years ago Dr. Page was able to finally fit me with the right contacts. I am so happy I found this place. It’s worth the drive. I will say Dr. Page schedule gets booked up very fast, I just came in December and saw Dr. Fowler she was fantastic, she turned me onto daily contacts, talk about game charger!! Ask to sit with Joe or Sandy, they’ll take good care of you.

Dr. Ulrich was great during my exam; he answered my questions in a way that I’m able to understand and was sure to provide diligent Carr. Sydonna was amazing in helping me choose frames and made sure that I was informed about all products she felt would be best for my lifestyle!

I went to Arizona Vision to get my vision checked and purchased a new pair of glasses. Overall I had an excellent experience. The gentleman that checked me in and did all the initial testing was great. He explained everything and made that very easy. I saw Dr Fowler she was very knowledgeable and professional. Then I got the pleasure of working w Sydonna, I really got lucky. We sat down and went over what my insurance covered and then she asked me what kind of glasses I was looking for. Sydonna took me over and started picking frames that she thought fit my description and factored in what would fit my face/hair, ect. I really appreciated that and the glasses she chose for me where exactly what I was looking for. I can guarantee that if I walked over there on my own I would have never even tried on the ones I picked out. Also when we narrowed it down to 2 pair, I couldnt decide, she asked other Opticians to give their opinion. I am very excited about my final decision and cant wait to get the call that they are ready. Arizonas Vision made getting my eye checked a fun and easy experience.

I needed to get contacts for the gym. I called and was able to get an appointment within a day! The staff was very attentive and courteous. My appointment went very smoothly. Everyone was very knowledgeable, from the front desk to the doctor. I was given multiple options for contracts and we decided on the best fit together. I walked out with several trial pairs of contacts and I love them! Ill definitely be back for all of my (and my familys) vision needs!They also do a TON in the community. I love supporting local business when they give back so freely!

Fantastic service all around. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient (and Ive never had to wait more than five minutes for an appointment). Very comprehensive eye exams with state-of-the art diagnostic equipment. Dr. Yamamoto is wonderful. The frame selection is so good, its hard to choose, and I appreciate that the range of frame styles has improved to include some great styles that are affordable. My daughter just got her second pair of glasses from AV and loves them!
